Roxanna is amazing! She provided excellent customer service! They also have a lot of unique furniture for a great price.

They sold the furniture that I paid for and gave me another set... It was the same set but a totally different color (which caused me to take back, or try to take back, everything I purchased to match). Then he gave offered Free Delivery which wasnt free, because delivery and set-up was already included in the original contract.

Potential buyers beware of Roxana. She lied to me about us receiving a new recliner when instead we got the one that was on the floor for show. I am very detailed when purchasing anything, therefore I examined the one we saw in the store and noticed a peeling in the material. So when we got our new one it had the exact same peeling in the exact same spot. My question is why would you sale a used product when the costumer is paying full price? I say used because when it is on the floor people sit on it and that causes wear & tear. When I went in to speak to Roxana about the issue, she was very rude. She kept interuppting me and saying it wasnt true, when I explained how I knew she was lying she never once apologized. Instead she rolled her eyes. I asked where is the one that was on the floor since I couldnt see it, why.. because it was the one that was delivered to me. Mind you we are returning costumers, I will take my business elsewhere the next time we shop for furniture.

I recently just bought a new bed from there and I’ve been sleeping so good Roxana has the best deals in town.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars... Roxana was helping me get a mattress and said it would be delivered that day then it turned into being delivered the next day and now it is 9pm on the second day and I still haven’t received anything.. stay away from this place.. I will be dealing with their company.. they need to be shut down... TRASH!!

Worst customer service ever, truck drivers are liars and delivery are super late. Worst experience i had in my life. DON’T GO overe there ever!

Last year in October I bought a living room set from them and everyone in the facility was helpful, kind and very professional. I will buy from them again in the very near future.

Been six months I went in three time emailed and text them pics of damage kept saying they will come fix it and no one came no more replies I could have paid $800 instead I paid over $2000 for some real leather and warranty when in fact its neither and I feel they take the money and dont know you anymore Ill never buy from there again I even offered to pay you guys to come fix it many time Im still waiting on a reply bad service

Bad communication with roxana first tells you that if you help with a problem of manufactures and then tells you which is not forced to aserlo, are not taken time warn you if it will help in road or not.First and last time I buy here.very bad service

For all the people who go here, they are scammers, they use false social and identity numbers, they are responsible, they just want the money, they just grab it and when you go back to ask for information, the men will grab it.
