Came into the store for the first time yesterday and had a awesome experience. I had a gentleman help me take everything I needed to my Truck and was very polite and helpful. I believe his name was Renardo or something along those lines. Go see him he wont let you down.

This place has everything necessary for all of my concrete construction needs. The salesmen are super helpful, hardworking and make me feel like my business is appreciated. Worst customer service and satisfaction ever. I called before making a 2 hour drive to pick up acid stain, to verify it was in stock. Which I was told it was. I arrived 2 hours later, purchased 500 dollars worth of stain and sealer, then waited 30 minutes while they looked for it, only to find they didnt have it. I understand mistakes happen. Were humans. So this was not the issue. The issues are that their idea of remedy was to offer to ship it to me, and charge me ridiculous freight charges, refusing to absorb those costs, all the while maintaining a dry and borderline rude manner. No apologies were offered. Even management came by to ask what the issue was... Never even looked at me.. never acknowledged the inconvenience... Nothing. Highly unprofessional. This is not the way to operate a business. If you hate your job, find a new one. I promise I will not ever be back... And Ill make sure Ill spread the word.

These guys are great. From the counter help to the loading lot crew everyone is very friendly. They always have what I need.

This is a great place. All of the people are very friendly professional and know the concrete business.I have never had an issue with the forklift drivers nor with anyone working in the yard. I have a lot of respect for CMC.

Very unprofessional all the forklift drivers are Mexican an they try to be racists. Wouldnt have gave it one star but thats the only way I could write a comment to inform you guys. Place needs to be shut down. Plus theres not enough room for tractor trailer. I could go on. To crowded its a hazard needs to be closed down.

Nice people, but yard not made for full size tractor trl... to tiny a yard...gotta jacknife to get into dock...gotta blindside out into main road(one-way road)
