They delivered as promised, they did the floors in our living room and we were very pleased, so last year we redid our kitchen.Floors, cabinets and countertop, when he came out to measure for the cabinets, he noticed some small cosmetic defects in the living room floor that we hadnt noticed. That was fixed and our kitchen was finished as promised. My wife has recommended them to at least 2 of her friends.

This was my first time ordering floors. Even though I was nervous and didn’t know what I wanted, Leslie was able to calm me down and help me pick out a beautiful dark wood for my living room. Not to mention at a great price! I will definitely be going back to have her help me redo my dining room floors.

Stay away, he will tell you they have it in stock and take your money, and then they will deliver the wrong product and partial refund if you want to return it. The owner is very sweet talker and then they change when it comes to money

Best Price, Excellent Service and Quality Workmanship! Floors Masters upgraded two of my staircases. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They helped me decide on the solution, had wood samples delivered to my home to confirm the recommended product, and scheduled installation, all within a week’s time frame. The work was done in less than two days by very skilled, organized and courteous workers. The price was the lowest out of the three estimates I received for this job. I am very satisfied with the results, and would not hesitate to hire them again for any other services they offer.

Our experience with floor masters was great! Our house was built in the 80s and hadn’t had any major renovations since it was originally built (with the exception of cheap carpet put it the common areas, lament floor put in the bedrooms, and tile put in over 11 years ago) We had new bigger cabinets put in our kitchen as well as new granite counter tops and new SPC floor put in the hallway, living room, dining room, and kitchen and it all looks great! Will definitely look to use them again in the future for any new work we need done like the bathrooms! Highly recommend floor masters to anyone who needs any kind of renovations done in their home. Trust me when I say they may be called “floor masters” however they can do practically any type of renovations in your home with A+ quality.

After a very long search for new vinyl flooring, I came across a little store on Harry Hines, they carry a variety of material and at affordable prices, I went in for only one flooring and ending up leaving with flooring for 2 extra rooms, when I say the environment is friendly and welcoming, I mean it! I estimated several different places and none could beat Floor masters prices, material quality, and wide range of diff things they sale. Cabinets, granite countertops, all types of flooring, base molding etc... Eddie is easy to work with and also gives good honest advice on remodeling ideas. I’m very pleased with Floor Masters and will consistently be using them again for future remodels!

The crew that came to install were very thorough, professional and perfect in their work.They did an awesome job in aligning the granite countertop with the already existing mosaic backsplash. The granite slabs were not only reasonably priced but the designs are very trendy, popular and upgraded varieties. I would highly recommend this place.

We recently purchased a home with which we had planned a significant amount of renovations, which included new flooring through the house, installing an island, and replacing kitchen and bathroom countertops. We communicated with and received quotes from dozens of potential vendors, including online, local and national companies, various contractors, wholesale providers, etc. We ultimately chose Floor Masters after an exhaustive process, and they 100% delivered on that research and investment. They installed hardwood floors throughout the house and did a phenomenal job, which included a couple of custom styles in different places (one of which we communicated the day before and was nonetheless implemented perfectly and without a hitch). We walked through the entire house after the installation of the flooring and didnt find a single place that needed correction/fixing/modification. They worked with us on our timing and finished the entire project on a tight timeframe, and did so at a price point that was on point with the best deal we had found elsewhere.The installation of the waterfall countertop on the island and the countertops in the other rooms went remarkably quickly (within four business days of our order, the process was completed, even though we were advised to expect the process to take five to seven business days) and they did so at a price point that was significantly better than any other single vendor we queried. The end result is perfect - the edges of the countertops were exactly as we had requested, the material is beautiful, and the sink/faucet carveouts were precise and created no issues for our plumbing installations.The communication with Eddie was flawless - he called or texted me at every step of the process to update me on where we were or to communicate any potential issues, and the pricing and process were transparent from the start. I never felt like I was being upcharged or oversold, and I sincerely appreciated that he worked with us in terms of identifying areas where we could cost save as well as honestly compare his prices and products with other providers.Its extremely difficult when sifting through the renovation process to find a company that provides both excellent in quality and value prices, but were extremely happy in both aspects regarding the flooring and countertop work from Floor Masters. Eddie is a sincerely trustworthy person well worth consulting with on any home renovation projects.TL;DR: If doing any floor or countertop renovations, go with Floor Masters. Great work, great prices, and trustworthy people, top to bottom.
