My father and I purchased flowers for our home garden. The flowers weren’t expensive and were in great shape. They added much pizazz to our front yard. Thanks Home Depot!!

The customer service at this location is probably the best service I have received at any home depot! The staff actually approach you and ask if you need any help, that’s amazing for a home depot!The inventory seemed well-stocked, I was able to find all the items I needed. There is also a gas station right next to the main exit if you need to fill up your tank while here.

The only thing I dislike is the long long walks to the various aisles. Great friendly staff. But Ace Hardware is family owned and operated and quick in and out. Home Depot is great for a lot of items but you need to budget your time wisely as its huge.

Lowes has far better personnel to help you find the product you want, but Home Depot has more of the products you need. This is an essential place. I only wish some of those orange vest folks would pay more attention to the customer. The store would do more business if the staff did that.

Home depot is one of my favorite places so it automatically gets 5 stars. Ive I ly been to this home depot a handful times but I have no complaints. It was super crowded but they do have a hotdog vendor as soon as you walk out. Good hotdogs at that!

I can find almost anything i need for my work, but not material cars for clients, they use to kept materials instead..

I had ordered online and checked in when I arrived. After 20 minutes of no response, I went in, found my own order, and took it outside. Then I asked an employee to get a lift to put the product in my truck. 20 minutes later, I went inside and asked an employee to come help. They finally did. It too over an hour, and many people were serviced before me. I think they could do much better.

Wish there were 10 stars for Olif Marie and David in the Millwork & Design department. Olif Marie went above and beyond to pull a mechanics tool set from the top of the rack for us. She then offered to check us out at her desk.David was super friendly and chatted while he walked us out the front doors. Its folks like this that make peoples days.Great job, you two, and thanks for making our visit pleasant !!!**********

Totally disorganized, badly managed. Pre-ordered several items and was waiting to pickup. Five employees just standing around looking lost. Not one could help. I gave up and left. Bought the items at Lowes.

Home Depot was one of the very few stores open, during the storm week. I placed a order online and picked up at store. Excellent experience. Highly recommend. But some items are not available online. I know because of this pandemic, it can be a bit tough to maintain everything.

This place has generally terrible customer service. I went in to look for furniture repair markers and asked for help when an employee literally acted like I didnt exist despite saying excuse me sir about 5 times so then I flagged him down and said sir I need help and he stated he was busy helping others (which he could have said the very first time I asked instead of ignoring my existence). I asked a few others for help who more politely stated they were helping others but finally I found Candice who was very patient and kind in helping me find what I needed. She is the only reason Ive given this store 3 stars as I ended up getting what I came for with her assistance. This is not the first time such events have happened, it happens about half the times I request help which is why Im writing a less than a stellar review (which if you look at my track record I usually only review places I like and keep my mouth shut if I dont have good things to say).

No lumber carts available. None outside and everyone inside had orders stacked on top.

I go here alot its got what you need theres no problems other than its sometimes hard to find an employee to help you

I have been to this location a handful of times in the last month or two for some Backyard DIY projects and the employees were very helping everytime I visited the store. The store looked good and items were pretty easy to find.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the manager at this location. I expressed how frustrating painting was this time and it ended up being the wrong paint with old color bleeding through. The manager was able to make everything right for me in à timely, respectful, and even friendly manner. I would recommend this location to my closest friends and family. I’m so excited to finish up my own projects as à new homeowner!

This is the best Home Depot Ive shopped at. The employees were knowledgeable about the products and location of the products.

It’s pretty good for a Home Depot. This is a super busy location. My biggest gripe about the Depot is always the parking lot. I would think if they wanted contractor business they’re put in spaces that fit real trucks.

I just wish the have enough employees working there at all times. Specifically ant night or after 5pm, because you cant find help at any department.

Very obvious that these people do nothing care one bit about the company they work for. Home Depot would be wise to fire all the staff here and start over. The customer service is non-existent. They do not honor any appointment times they set. If you ask them a question, whether in person or on the phone, they will say they’re going to get someone who can answer and then never return. SAVE YOUR ENERGY, SHOP AT LOWES.

Went in for a specific Milwaukee tool that was on sale and the app showed had in stock at this store, when I couldn’t find the item asked an associate who searched and could either he asked ASM Britney for help who also searched the overhead area for a while and could after informed me she offers me a discount on a similar tool I gladly accepted the offer as I needed the tool ASAP everyone was great and appreciate the effort this is why I rather come here then the Lowe’s across the street and especially to this HD.

Best home improvement store in the nation. Haven’t run into a situation where a store doesn’t have what I need. They are also very willing to help you find a store close by that does carry what you need if the situation calls for it.

Was able to get in and out with in 15 min. with exactly what I needed.

After extensive on line research looking for some items I needed, I decided it would be best to pick up at a local store. I looked at the inventory for three difference places, before asking my disabled husband to take the trip with me.Unfortunately, the on-line inventory per store means nothing. When I askedwhy the inventory showed 11 products available, yet their number showed zero, I wondered was the purpose of real time inventory updating was...for me a total waste of time.Suggest having your IT department show real time inventory both on the public website as well as your stock status. It would certainly make people feel more confident that the product is available as mention on the web site.

Store is lacking in service. Very low availability on dollies for purchasing larger items and service for forklift drivers to lower pallets of products needed.

Employees actually help u at this Home depo?

After waiting an hour on paint, they did not put the lid back on properly and it spilled all over the back of my truck! From now on I think I’ll just go across the street to Lowe’s. If I go in there again and the lid is not properly put back on the paint can after mixing, it’s going to get spilled all over the store.

So far so good I just bought a home and I think Im going to end up spending a lot of money at the Home Depot various ones probably throughout Dallas trying to spread the wealth around but they always seem to have what I need so between them and Lowes Ive become quite the do-it-yourselfer

Needed air filters, great price

Great service from the flooring guy, the flooring order was mixed up. Returned home with two different flooring colors. We had to return the incorrect flooring. Brad the manager made everything better with great service.

I always enjoy going here they have so many things to look at oh, and the staff is always personable and friendly as well as helpful. The parking is great theres plenty of spaces. And theres even a chicken restaurant in the parking lot in case you get hungry.

There was absolutely no staff to help us! And the one middle- age African American didnt want to be asked anything, but he then helped us begrudgingly. So we went to Lowes!!!!!!

I got everything I need from this place to mount TV to wall. Store is organized with aisle signs to make it easy to find whatever customers are looking for.

This is a great store! It is also a busy store so it is a treat to have such wonderful service! I’ve been looking for a table saw for a wedding present. Craig Sanford, the department 25 supervisor answered all of my questions and placed the last DeWalt saw that they had on hold until I could drive in from out of town. I bought a new panel box on friday 03/05/2021, at this store in lemon, when I got to my job site open the box it was used panel box with a bunch of holes on. It. This box should be label as a open box ..I never often shop at this store because its nasty and disorderly. I am pro contractor that spend thousands of dollars at home depot. I usually buy at coit or 75 and. forest They are the best I WOULD NEVER SHOP AT LEMON HOME DEPOT AGAIN

Second delivery of drywall to this store. Always friendly, quick as possible on the offload. PS, home depot please install a doorbell for night delivery. Had to wait 20 minutes because they have no way to know I was there.

I have to say I do enjoy the new curbside option. When you know exactly what you want, you find it on the website (making sure its in stock) and buy (remember to select the curbside option). This is a large store and enjoyed not having to trek through the store looking what I need [and ignoring impulse buys].

Has everything but good service

Im a frontline worker at my job so I know. I see areas we can improve on. The customers experience could be so much better if everyone that was paid to do a job actually worked.

My review is based on an aggregate amount of time not one off scenario and I have been going to this Home Depot for 10+ years and lately 6months or so people that work here are more like stocking items vs helping. I hate when they point where things are vs. coming with me to show what I would actually need and explain me how to do it. I use the app so I know where the things are generally located but just in one bay there are 100s of things and it would be nice if someone there could explain. I stopped going to Lowe’s because that’s what they used to do is point or mention what isle which is useless with the app now. Home Depot is now hiring people to stock vs. to help and explain and that has been the biggest negative. I am not a contractor so if I am working on a project I don’t really know what all I need, it would be nice if people were more helpful here. I have to give this review 3 stars only because of the bald guy in paint department and Captain Hook in electrical these are the real hero’s of the store!

I purchased a large item that I assumed was boxed when ordering it online. It was a surprise when they wheeled it out, already ready to go and assembled. I was worried that I couldnt get the purchase into my vehicle.BUT... with some elbow grease and the help of Danielle & Tanner.... we got the large beast in my car. Their customer service skills and willing to help in any way is unmatched. They deserve a raise and a promotion. Thank you so much for the help!Hopefully, my boyfriend loves his anniversary gift!

Whats there to say? This is one of the best locations for finding anything you need for home building and repair.

Very crowded Urban store. Parking lot is almost impossible to get in and out of. Misplaced items are the norm stock is difficult to locate and not where indicated by computer layout. Staff more than makes up for the logistics issues at this location with friendly helpful informative and decisive service.

Better selection than lowes in Rockwall. But usually busier.

Decent place to shop but the quality of the tool boxes was junk had to return both of them with in minutes and go to Lows

So I have been working on a home edition project for the past week and I have finally finished! Through out this time I have taken quite a few trips to this Home Depot and wanted to give recognition to Jerry in lumber! This guy has helped me out tremendously during this project and always had a good attitude. He loaded all my lumber and cut every piece to the size I needed and believe me, I had a lot of measurements. He even provided me with ideas that helped me save money. I will certainly be back to this location for future projects.
