I shoot a lot. And when I say I shoot a lot, I mean I work about 90 hours a week running a studio in Brooklyn and tending to off-site clients elsewhere. I came across a last minute shoot in Dallas and, not prepared with travel gear, needed to find a cross-country rental house to provide me with grip and lighting for a shoot with a fairly large client.I contacted bolt productions somewhat last minute and within a ten minute conversation they were able to provide everything I needed, confidentially and cordially. Im a working, full-time photographer in New York City and can confidently state that Bolt Productions has an inventory of lighting, camera, and grip equipment thatd easily rival some of the largest NYC rental production houses.Upon pickup, they helped me load each and every last piece of gear into the car; and this sort of service says a lot. Really awesome place and great people who take care of you for any of your photo/video rental needs. There have been a few occasions where they took off the cost of small items and it was such a nice gesture. They are friendly and they always get back to us really fast in times when we need to rent very last-minute.

When I think of great customer service, I cant help but think about Bolt. Of course they have great gear that is very well maintained, but my favorite thing is the service. They have an amazing team, and I can speak with anyone there and know that I will get knowledgeable advice and fantastic customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!
