This dealership is the absolute worst one I have ever been to. I will never be returning. I bought a 2013 nissan murano and before you drive off the lot you have to have insurance, which I showed them proof that I have and they still tried to charge me to have the insurance they offer. So ultimately I was paying for insurance twice on the same car. I called them and had to fight with them to credit my account for the amount they charged me for the insurance since I already had insurance. This was when I 1st got the car. Not to mention that I have had my car for like 5 months and my car has been to their shop 6 times already. Now they charged me for having their insurance again and tried telling me that I needed proof that I had insurance and I sent it to them and I had to argue to even get a credit and they were suppose to credit my account but than they called me and told me I owed a full payment when I just paid that payment a week early and I still had to argue with them and told I was wrong. All in all worst car lot ever and I will tell everyone I see going there that they are nothing but crooks and all they do is sell lemons and steal our hard earned money. I will be contacting my lawyer.

*****Five Stars all the way***** I called a couple of days ahead and was invited in by Yvette. She was able to assist when I arrived and was very professional. I was made to feel comfortable right away because she is courteous. She listened very well to my needs and was able to match me with the right vehicle for the right price with the assistance of her manager named Zeke. He was also very professional and did not try to rush me into a selection. Instead, he also recommended vehicles he thought I would like. Together, they satisfied the reason I was there. Ask for Yvette when you go because her service is great...and if youre lucky shell introduce you to Zeke as well!!!!

Do not trust in this dealer JR is the worst salesman, they are selling cars in bad conditions. All the good comments that you see on this page are fake, even when I bought the car JR wrote the review for me putting good reviews about himself and drive casa. My car was dead after 3 weeks of using it, and the car is with them since then(2 months already) now I don’t have a car and my money is lost, worst agency ever!!!!

My opinion the worsted dealership ever since I bought my car all I had is headache! Payment is 245 2wks I pay $300 n still they turn off my car never been late!! I been trying to contact someone since July 1st to pay off my car NO ONE answer my call nor email when they do is just to say we will get back to you in a few days. I call every day spend about an hour on hold. When they answer I’m told hold let me get some one to help!! Aaagggrr😡😡😡 I Do Not Recommend this dealership

Literally save yourself the stress and never purchase from this dealership. Bought my car in 2 months it already broke down and took 3 weeks to fix. It took them 5 months to get me my plates. Took them 4 months to correct my insurance and then once they fixed it they “accidentally” continued to charge me for there insurance. And then it took them an entire week for them to fix my alternator which is literally a 2 ho it job. The mechanic then did it incorrectly and so I had to wait an additional 4 days for them to fix my vehicle. They are never there when they are supposed to be and they clearly don’t care about the customer. If I could go back in time and skip all of the trouble by never purchasing the vehicle I definitely would. I wouldn’t even recommend drive casa to my worst enemy’s as a dealership. I’ve only had my car for about 6 months and I can’t even begin to put into words how terrible this company is.Update: I got my car back and it literally started overheating. Like on my drive home. Absolutely ridiculous. I think I probably would have been better off fixing my vehicle on my own. And I know nothing about cars.

Payment center has the worst customer service they take so long to answer and the easiest way to make the payment for my car wasnt working so I had no choice but to call the payment center. They dont close till 6pm so I had 30 minutes to call and those 30 minutes went by and no one answered.

In January we got bad news that my car needed a new motor, we were referred to Mario at Drive Casa, I spoke to him regarding my vehicle and he said to bring it to him so he could see what needed to be done, after a couple of days he told us that it was indeed in need of a new motor. Mario went above and beyond and told us to get the car to the manufacturer to see what could be done under an extended warranty. Today one month later I got the call that my vehicle was completely done. We went to pick it up and did not have to pay anything out of pocket. Mario thank you for helping me and my family out in such difficult times. You are an amazing person and we would recommend anyone going to see you when they are having issues with their vehicles.
