We had a great experience buying my new Sonata at Bob Stallings Hyundai. No extras added to the sticker price to add to the cost of the vehicle. We shopped other dealers and one dealer never had anyone even approach us when we were out on the lot. We really enjoyed working with Henry Corzo, who went above and beyond to be helpful. This dealer is farther from us, but we will go out of our way to do business with them because we are greeted by all employees and welcomed as soon as we step onto the lot! We look forward to furthering our relationship.

Mike Kurutz Jr. sold me my Palisade and he couldn’t have made it any easier. He brought it to my house to test drive and then allowed me to do all my paperwork over the phone. If anyone is need of a new vehicle do consider Bob Stallings. I purchased a new 2018 Tucson from them several years ago and had nothing but the best experience. Did a recall fix today (3 years later) and it was also a great experience. They have a great process from checking in the vehicle to getting the job done and notifying the customer. All communication came through the service advisor, Trish. She was very courteous, informative and provided detailed responses to questions. The recall work is my first service experience with Bob Stallings. We have purchase two vehicles from them. The other vehicle was for an extended family member. Look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them in the near future.

I had a good experience with Bob Stallings Hyundai in Dallas purchasing a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz Limited. These cars are hard to find right now and dealers are selling them over MSRP but not here. They give fair deals. My sales person was Larry Freeman and he took good care to help me reserve the car i wanted and let me know exactly when it came in. The staff I worked with were helpful and made all the arrangements for financing for me also for the price I had hoped to pay.I am extremely happy with the new car and it is everything I hoped it would be. Very comfortable and fun to drive. Way more power than I expected and very quiet. I look forward to many happy trouble free miles.

What a great car buying experience! After talking to several other dealers in DFW I found Malia at Bob Stallings. While every other dealership had added on fees due to the craziness of the market (some where up to $15,000 on top of MSRP), there were none at Bob Stallings. They were super helpful, didnt pressure me into anything, and got the exact car I wanted. Malia was super helpful, showed me all the features of my new car, and was very responsive. I highly recommend supporting this business- it was so refreshing to have fun buying a car!

Bob Stallings Hyundai is a breath of fresh air when it comes to Hyundai dealerships. They are a cut above the rest. After looking for weeks for a new Calligraphy Palisade all the other short sited dealers were marking them up 5 to 15k over sticker. Unbelievably greedy. Dont let someone at any dealership fool you they are making record profits off of this chip shortage by shafting you the customer. Not at Bob Stallings though. MSRP is it and is listed on their website and thats the price you pay. No added market adjustment and no nonsense dealer add-ons. I worked with Mr. Jamal and Miguel from financing once the car came in. They both were the pinnacle of professionalism. I will not visit any other Hyundai dealership in the DFW area now. Bob Stallings Hyundai plays the long game and wins with treating the customer right!

I am sooo disappointed in my experience here. I went to this dealership to purchase my first new car.I wanted a Hyundai Genesis SUV and they only had 1 on the lot. Turns out, one of their salesmen had been driving the car for his own personal use. Before we could test drive, he came over to tell us how there was a scratch on it because “it met with his garage wall”. There were stains in the interior and on the ceiling, his clothes and underwear were all over the backseat and the back of the car. There was trash, receipts, empty water bottles, straws, his personal effects, etc all in the car. We took it for a test drive and I fell I love even more with the car. I have a credit score in the 700s and had a substantial down payment (minimum $10k) and wanted payments less than $500-month. They came back saying I’d have to put $50k down to get my payments that low! What?! It’s a $70,000 car! That’s dang near the cost of the car and I gotta put $50k down?! Utterly ridiculous! I truly think they didn’t wanna sell it because the salesman wanted it and there’s a wait time before they’d get more on the lot. Terrible customer service to even let us see and test drive a car in this condition. They wouldn’t even take anything off the price for the damage and trashy condition the car was in due to what looked like the salesman was living in it! I guess we were just supposed to accept it. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Thanks for ruining the experience of someone moving back to Texas from New York and wanting my dream car.I left this comment 2 months ago. I called David Martinez in customer relations several times and left several messages. He has yet to call me back. Seems like customer service is not high up on bob stallings’ list of priorities. I’m sure this salesman still works there and is probably still living out of that Hyundai Genesis that they allow people to test drive with no intention of selling. Isn’t selling cars the point?!

Courtney and Ward are the absolute best team to work with. They make car buying easy and pleasurable. No headache. I had a newborn with me the day of the purchase and they were so patient. Courtney was thorough in explaining how everything worked in my new SUV and made sure that they transferred everything from my old car to the new car. He even installed my babys car seat. My husband and I have been looking for a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Limited at a fair price. We have encountered dealers adding thousands in Market Value Adjustment and thousands in required add-ons. My husband has interacted with dealers all over the country. From the beginning of our interactions with Bob Stallings Hyundai we have been treated fairly and kindly. Doing more research, the Palisade was just a better fit. No kids, no pets, just haul a small trailer with an awesome off road ATV! And the extra cargo room is a total plus+++! My exact vehicle was not available at time of purchase, and the distance from my house and work hours made it impossible for me to pick up my new Calligraphy. Service dept. manager has a stank attitude, terrible customer service and is full of it!!! Had to get a new motor on a 10 year old car with only 100k miles, multiple recalls, continuously something. I hope I never have to go back to this place ever, in my lifetime! Buy a Toyota or Honda anything but this. Youve been warned.Dont mansplain to me! Had the motor not died, I wouldnt have needed a new one to begin with. Thats a quality issue that has happened to me and many others plus the numerous recalls of which I have responded to. Yet, you didnt address your managements bad attitude which further proves my point. Your product is less than and so is that dealership. I said it and I meant it. Do better.

Yes I was charged $1000 plus for services in August for my 2017 Santa Fe. I was also told that the problem wasnt my battery, my tech called back and said a diagnostic test was done and it was the battery. Now, my emergency oil light was coming on and I was informed that I need to drive it 1k miles so an oil compressor test can be done because they cant find the problem. I may have to be charged an additional $400 plus diagnostic charge of $145 if theres other problems. I explained that I already had a diagnostic test done and was told that they checked for oil problems only and didnt do the test. This vehicle is not old enough to cause so many problems. Disappointed with this brand and service. I now have to wait til October 4th for a scheduled appointment for the diagnostic test. In the meantime I have to go to work!🤬

I rated 5 stars too quickly! After 1 or two days I have realized that after spending over $400 on tune-up, fuel induction, and oil change, my Elantra doesnt run one bit better than before. ( I am having problems with sluggish starting when the engine is warm but yet sits for an hour or so. Also at stop signs, when idling, it vibrates but never did that before). I also realized that the oil change sticker on the windshield had not been updated. This made me loose all kinds of trust and confidence as to whether or not the appropriate service work was ever done! How can I be absolutely sure I got the service work I paid for? Im not so sure I will ever go back!

Yes. I doubt management will reward the staff for my glowing review, but I almost left Stallings due to my irritating buying experience. Chris and tech team, and even the wash porter did a great job. They are why I came back again and still will again, in the future. Get the drink machine vendor in for repairs. Tell the young girl doing service drive, not to be rude to her colleagues in front of customers. If you want to be dismissive( I TOLD HIM...), it should be done privately. Her Im not lazy, Im on energy saving mode water bottle spoke volumes for her behavior. While she is young, she needs to learn courtesy and respect. She was not my service advisor, thankfully, but if she comes to me,next visit, I will respectfully request Chris instead, or another with more professionalism. All of us (clients) looked at eachother uncomfortably. Some emotions need to be addressed. Let it be a teaching moment for her. Ms. Alyssa was wonderful at service cashier too. Reward the great ones and guide and teach those who need to learn new business lessons. This way, everyone wins!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here with Josue. After getting strung along by Honda completely until the last moment where they doubled the price we had agreed on, I randomly called up Bob Stallings and they hooked me up with Josue. He did everything in his power to help me out, get the best deal within my budget, and still get the right car for me.He was completely transparent the whole way through and I saw an honesty in him that made me want to do business with him. With so few people in this business like that it was a breath of fresh air to work with him.He even dropped off the vehicle himself the next day so that it could be completely washed and detailed (I didnt mention I had arrived there about 30 min before closing but they still accommodated me).So I would highly recommend this honest business and would refer anyone looking to get an honest deal to Josue.Thanks again!

My tire was going flat on my new Hyundai Palisade. I saw the dealership and went in for help. I was quiet a ways from home and didn’t want to get stranded. The service advisor Chris was quick to help me. The took my car right in and diagnosed the situation. Unfortunately, they did not have the tire in stock so Chris called around to find one or find someone that could provide the service that they couldn’t. She set me up with a tire store down the road, I went down there, they were able to fix my tire at no charge and get me back in the road. Chris called to check on us to make sure we were taken care of and made it home safely.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had. When you get there ask for Jamal Berry. He took care of me start to finish on getting the car (amazing deal) AND followed up post-purchase. I noticed two extremely small cosmetic issues and Jamal post-purchase drove to my home, gave me a loaner, fixed the cosmetic issues, and returned my car fully gassed, washed, and detailed free of charge. I couldnt ask for better service and Im now looking to convert all my friends to the Hyundai brand and Jamals quality service. 5 stars and then some.

We had already received an offer for our trade-in from another dealership, but the new vehicle delivery was going to take time. Came in for an appointment and was told that I had to use the self check in kiosk. I told Chris R. I didnt like those and it made no sense for me to use a kiosk when there is a human there to help me. She said shed help me enter the information into the kiosk. I declined. I bought my car from this dealership and have paid thousands of dollars in service over the ownership of this and my previous hyundai. I will not buy from here again. Gotta find a dealership that doesnt make people use technology instead of service in the service department. Customers should have a choice. I choose to take my business elsewhere where a human can wait on me. I sure miss Blake. He was the best!

I was reluctant to visit a dealership now that its possible to buy a car online, but they had the vehicle I wanted. I worked with Larry Freeman, who was friendly and very informative. He communicated frequently through email to set up the test drive and financing ahead of time so we could minimize my time there in person. He answered my questions, but also gave me space to inspect the vehicle on my own. There was no hard sell whatsoever.It was a busy day for the dealership, so we had to wait a little bit to complete the paperwork, but the young woman in the finance office was very accommodating and did her best to move things along.Im very happy with the vehicle and the price.

We had been in the market  to purchase either a 2020 or 2021 limited palisade. Anyone looking to purchase one of these knows darn well just how high these vehicles are in demand. We were FORTUNATE enough to  find a 2020 limited moonlight cloud palisade in Dallas at Bob Stalling Hyundai with only 1500 miles. The vehicle was in immaculate  condition! Just as if it was  brand spanking new.. We drove all the way from Houston to purchase  this vehicle fromJulian Salazar -salesandMiguel Rodriguez-finance.From the moment my husband and I spoke with Julian over the phone, right away we sensed he was willing and able to accommodate our requests.  I specifically  asked him to be sure to have the vehicle washed before we arrived  as It was important  for me to view the vehicle in  spotless condition..well  let me say we had made our 4 hour trip and Julian did not let me down. Weve been window shopping for quite a bit when we reached out to this dealership. Initial questions were of course the availability of the desired vehicle and the dealer markups (seeing how these have become astronomical). Malia Silva reached out to us as soon as they got one in that matched our preferences, and was upfront and honest with the pricing. NO DEALER MARKUP. We bought the vehicle MSRP plus TT&L, no additional runarounds or silly games. She ironed out all the details over the phone and by email to where all we did was show up, drop off our trade in, and signed for the new vehicle. We were in and out in an hour, no games, no switcheroos, no lies. It is by far the smoothest, easiest, and most honest transaction Ive ever had with a dealership. I have been taking my Hyundai to another dealership in town. I sit around half a day, while they are doing an oil change and tire rotation. I have been to that dealership maybe 4 times. They washed my vehicle the last time I was there. I asked if they would wash it. They said I would have to wait an additional amount of time before they could get around to washing it. I decided to take my car to Bob Stallings this time as it is a lot closer to me being in Waxahachie. It was a good decision on my part. They had my oil change and tire rotation done in a little over an hour. They not only washed my car but they vacuumed the inside. The service was great thanks to service advisor(Fabian Salazr).

I was not planning to get a new car in the current market due to the crazy prices but unfortunately had to after my car was totaled in an accident. In my search, I found several dealers from different makes and models that were putting exorbitant markups on their cars (one in the DFW metroplex was adding $6,000 to their Hyundais!) or were putting on unnecessary add-ons (such as appearance packages, special wheels, etc) in an attempt to gouge extra money from customers. Bob Stallings did none of those things. They are not taking advantage of customers.In addition, I cannot stand car salespeople who try to sell you on extras or persuade you to do something different to pad their commissions. I appreciate salespeople who listen to what people say they want and help them get there. Mike Kurutz, Jr. was my salesperson and he did exactly that. He listened to my situation and helped me get into the car that I was looking for. He kept me informed throughout the process, including when there was a change in the possible delivery date of my vehicle. On the day I took the car home, he did an excellent job answering my questions, introducing me to the features of the vehicle, and making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this dealer and Mike as a salesperson.

I would just like to say, A week and a 1/2 ago Me and the wife was in search for new vehicle, we went to several dealerships, but wasnt pleased with the customer service, but on our way home we decided to stop at one more dealership, Bob Stallings Hyundai, and it was almost closing time, and we ran across a salesman by the name of Gary Grace, This guy was very very helpful, and funny, he got my attention, I was impressed with his work ethic, and his willingness to help use find what we were looking for, it took a few days but he came through. Great service provided by the company and the staff especially Josue. I drove from AR to get a specific vehicle here and they had everything ready to go for me. I wish he was able to bring it closer to me, but the service provided once I was there was outstanding. I have had my vehicle for a week now and they continue to reach out to me to see if there is anything further they can do for me or any questions about the vehicle.

FINALLY! FINALLY! A dealership that doesn’t have the classic dealership selling vibe. This place is absolutely great! I visited Dallas for business and had some down time so I decided to take my Genesis in for service. Right when I get to the location, smiles all around! I was quickly taken in and sat down to get some of my work done on my laptop. The internet is FAST! The coffee is great and the Kolaches were an extra touch! Will Jones is the man. I’m telling you this guy is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely calm. I felt great giving my keys to him. He kept giving me updates and told me what I required.... amazing service. I’m telling you great service center for Hyundai and Genesis! I guess I have to get the GV80 now.

Andrew was our salesman, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient. Then we went to finance to see Miguel and he was just as helpful. We were in and out within 2 hours and on our way with a brand new Palisade and without a upcharge that most dealers were including in the price, it was great doing business with a dealership that offers a fair price and doesnt try to price gouge.

I enjoyed working with Courtney Harris (sales) and Yessica Avila (finance) on my 2022 Tucson lease. They were very professional, the process was simple and transparent, and there were no sneaky add-ons like at some other DFW dealerships.I liked the online pricing tool (Prodigy) on Bob Stallings website because it is actually accurate. All lease terms are itemized (fees, taxes, rebates, residual), allowing me to do independent verification including backing out the depreciation and money factor. Courtney earned my trust when the lease terms from the online pricing tool, the in-person quote that he gave me, and my independent calculations all matched up.When working with Yessica on the final documents, she waited patiently as I double checked all numbers and terms on the final lease contract, helped answer questions on the contract, and did not pressure me to pay for any add-ons.I spent about a week building a detailed spreadsheet to compare around 12 vehicles of various makes and models from 8 DFW dealerships. I went with Bob Stallings because they had the lowest money factor, the best overall deal, and the most transparent process.

I come to BSH all the time to an oil change on my Genesis! Affordable, friendly, and efficient! I receive great service from all the Service agents. On this trip Chris was able to get me in RIGHT before the cut off time. It’s been difficult to get to the dealership after work coming from Farmers Branch so I was very happy that I made it just in time. I Was also able to use a coupon through the help of Chris which just made my day!!! Even gave me some tips for my electric bill when we were chatting during check out. No problems here! Great service is one of the many reasons I come back! Keep it up!

Went into this Hyundai Dealership after reading the positive reviews, we did not have a good experience, and I dont recommend this location seems like they pay for their reviews.Spoke to a guy that didnt seem to like his job,he was extremely rude,Then he tried to sell us a car at $5k more than the price thats listed on Hyundai’s website!After experiencing such horrible customer service, definitely will not do any business with Hyundai moving forward.Update to your response:This is 100% the same and only Hyundai dealership I visited off the highway, I-20 Frontage Road/Penn Farm Road.

Have tried reaching out multiple times to finance managers over the course of a year to get them to honor the warranty policy obtained when purchasing the vehicle but have never heard back with a valid policy.Vehicle Purchased was excellent but the lack of communication with my Warranty and Service policy has tarnished the experience. I will gladly review this after I hear back from Yessica.

Andrew and Ward are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Before I even arrived I reached out to the dealership and told them my situation. As soon as I arrived Ward informed me he had a car in mind and while I test drive it he would get the paperwork started. Andrew made sure the process was seamless and done in a timely matter. As somebody who was buying a car for the first time ever, they made it very comfortable and gave me confidence to go ahead and make the purchase. Inside the building was very clean, organized and well put together. My salesman was the best part Mr.Freeman was a EXCEPTIONAL salesman, he gave me the confidence to buy a stick shift car without even knowing how to drive stick, he then began to give me a 20-45min lesson on stick and even drive the car home for me I will never forget Mr.freeman nor my first car purchase and I wish everybody that works there the best going forward

My wife and I were looking to buy a bigger and a safer family car. Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy caught our eye - with a sleek design, bucket seats, and a wide trunk space along with an excellent safety rating - we knew we wanted to go with this. I started to shop around with renowned dealerships near me and was shocked to see a “fair market price adjustment” value added to the MSRP. This number ranged from 8K to 12K over MSRP. Absolutely outrageous - I called 6 dealerships and all of them had this tag.Finally, I visited a Palisade forum and read reviews about the very ethical Bob Stallings Hyundai. No market price adjustments, they sell the car at MSRP in this crazy inventory shortage environment.Finally, I wanted to mention Michael Kurutz Jr. - he was absolutely phenomenal. His prompt follow ups, his weekly check-ins, and his honesty were the key in me placing faith with this dealership. He reserved a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy and the order was pulled in by 3 weeks. I had been holding on to my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe with 250,000 mi on it just because it had been such a good car for 17 yrs, little service expense considering and of course, I had not had a car payment for quite some time. However, I was rear-ended and they totalled it, and I was forced to do what I had been avoiding. The 2014 Hyundai Sport was in excellent condition and a good buy for me. The manager of the service department took care of me as soon as she saw me and my husband waiting and immediately put us in a car while our vehicle was being serviced. My car buying process was great due to the professional and knowledgeable salesman Mike Kurutz Jr. Mike was very patient and completely trustworthy.
