I cannot over exaggerate how great Palomino Motors was when I decided to trade in my Jeep. They were friendly, personable, and I got a great deal in comparison to what other manufacturer dealerships were offering me. They really seemed like a business thats not out to get every penny they can from you. Palomino appraised my jeep for $2000 higher then the dealership I bought the car from! So I traded in my Jeep for a BMW 328D through Palomino, and now Im definitely coming back to Palomino if I ever need anything vehicle related. Had a great experience at Palomino Motors. I was shopping around for a month and a lot of dealerships were throwing in inflated hidden fee and services. (Example- $299 for nitrogen in tires🙄) I was extremly surprise and sold on this dealership when I found out they have very honest pricing. It was refreshing. Gave my family and I space to look over the vehicle alone and test drive the vehicle alone. I had a more difficult time buying sunglasses then it was going through the process of this purchase. Highly recommended. And on top of everything they have such a huge variety of cars! From simple Jeeps to Lambos! So I had a field day just walking around looking at their show room. I bought a BEAUTIFUL Honda Accord Touring from them today and I had the absolute BEST experience! I was required to put $200 down to take the car off the lot until I could come look at it on a Saturday and even though I was skeptical about it, Gina did EVERYTHING she promised. Unethical business practices from true salesman putting profits over people. Slimiest place Ive encountered. Id rate them zero stars if I could. Ricardo, Jimmy, Ric, Jerry all put profit over people. Unconsciously making deals to pad their pockets. The only thing they care about is money.. Not to be trusted. Offered GAP insurance right from the start which tells me the dealership knew cars value would depreciate within minutes / hours. A straight numbers game. Dealership is in close relationship with Santander Consumer USA who is known for very known for scamming people! That to me isnt morally sound. BEWARE!!!!!

After looking at various Mustangs for a couple of days, and walking away from a couple of deals because of bogus dealer fees, overpriced vehicles, or mechanical/cosmetic issues, I reached out to Palomino via the cars.com app. Really didnt have high expectations. Doing research I found they didnt have any ridiculous dealer fees. I was curious but pessimistic. However Dennis reached out to me and I came in after work for a test drive. He had the car out front ready for me. It was super simple, pretty much as soon as I walked in he got a copy of my license, handed me the key,and told me take my time. I looked over the vehicle then drove it. I took it around for a while, on my own (some dealers send the salesman with you on the test drive). When I came back Dennis already had the numbers ready. Very straightforward. The online price was the price. There was a doc fee if $150, an inspection fee of $43, and standard TTL. NO DEALER FEES! The price was fair and the process super easy. No pressure at all. No constant barrage of texts, calls, and emails. I decided to put a deposit down since it was late and come back the next morning with payment. I showed up the next day, the process was about 10 minutes and I was on my way in a very nice, well taken care of 2018 red Ford Mustang convertible. The car was great, the price fair, but what really struck me was how chill Dennis was. Im pretty sure he wanted to sell me a car, but he was so nice and easy going it was like buying from a friend you have known for years. I would definitely buy here again, and do recommend Palomino motors to anyone looking to get a quality late model vehicle at a fair price. Ask for Dennis, tell him you saw Jasons review.

This was a great, low pressure dealership. Dont be fooled by the location or outward appearances. We bought our car from Dennis and the whole time there was no pressure, no prodding, and the staff seemed to be genuinely enjoying themselves. Dennis just handed us the keys and said go check it out, test drive it, and let me know if you need anything. It was really a great buying experience. I highly recommend you check them out.

Put aside that this dealership is next to an adult theater. Location is everything right. I wouldn’t send my daughter to buy a car at night. But the car sales service is worth the stop. They say don’t judge a book by its cover. This car dealer has great reviews and takes care of you. Prices are good and they specialize on sporty and luxurious cars. Now these are high mileage cars, but they seem to have gone under their service people’s inspections prior to being put on for sale. As a matter of fact, when I mentioned that a car they were selling to my sister in law had bare tires, they immediately put new ones for her at no extra cost. All in all great service.

I dont have much experience buying cars and was nervous about the experience. The people at Palomino, especially Ed were so helpful and really made me feel valuable and respected my time. I was acknowledged by everyone. All of my questions were answered and I felt at ease. The showroom was also nice with high end cars neatly on display.

I can honestly say I have bought many cars in my life from $10,000 dollar cars to $80,000 dollar cars and I have never received the customer service I did from Gina. The whole staff was the easiest Ive ever dealt with, and this time it was a challenge trying to find a clean car under 12,000 for my son, not only did Gina find it the service was amazing. The dealership is definitely not what you think its going to be they have a small home town showroom and old school customer service. I cant say enough about Palomino Motors but what you see online is exactly what is in the showroom cleanest cars around and best service for sure. I will definitely be trading my car in very soon once Gina finds me what I want.

Palomino has been a breath of fresh air when its come to purchasing a vehicle. Their knowledge of inventory, exceptional customer service, and straight forward conversations through out the process has made my car buying experience second to none time and time again. If buying used, this is the business to go to. They will always take good care of you!

I bought a 2012 Mercedes ML350. The check engine light came on just two weeks after I purchased it. I was told this was not that kind of dealership and that they would take care of it for me since it had just been purchased. I dropped it off with them to fix. I had to call them several times just to get an update. Two and a half days later, they tell me the wrong gas put into it and it would cost $1200!!!! I had only filled it up once and I am POSITIVE I used the correct gas (diesel). Then I took the car to Park Place who diagnosed it with something completely different. Palomino Motors was trying to make it look like something was my fault, when in fact it was just a censor that was having an issue, a much much cheaper issue. Regardless, if Palomino would have been accurate and diagnosed it truthfully, that should have been something they should have fixed on their end being as the car was so newly purchased. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR HERE.

Attentive and expedient service, Larry was awesome and really in love with not only the inventory but cars in general. He took time to share personal stories of his experiences with cars relative to the potential sale as we test drove vehicles. There was also good music in the lobby to accompany the fine luxury cars on display. Receptionist was cute and bubbly not to mention the old pro in charge of financing. They were able to work around my sketchy credit and get me into a nice 2005 Nissan Armada with 130,000 miles for only $9500 with 0 down. After an oil change and tune up it starts, runs, rides, and performs like a $13,000 truck.Not to mention with rates slightly lower than if i were to take out a personal loan through my bank (Wells Fargo). In all my assessment of the dealership is very solid and definitely on the rise, i would suggest anyone give them a try, i promise there will not be any disappointments. Side note the detail guys in the back were awesome as well.

If you want to purchase a car from them I would suggest you walk in with $500 deposit in hand so that when you start negotiations and paperwork on a car they don’t sell it to another person. After a test drive, saying “yes” we want this car and starting financing they walked in and told us the car wasn’t available because another couple just brought in $500 dollar deposit on the car! Salesman told me “The first person to bring money to the party always wins.”Are you kidding me?Sales manager stood by this policy and tried to reassure me that maybe they need to adjust their policy?!?I wouldn’t shop here unless you prefer car shopping auction style!
