This wasnt just an amazing experience shopping for a car. The whole interaction between Tesla and I was memorable from the second I emailed them to set up an appointment till I left, is just something I wont forget. Their cars are amazing, their customer service is amazing, and everything Elon Musk is doing is to better our future for all of us. I do not ever see someone frowning while driving that car.

I called ahead and booked a test drive in the Model 3, available in 2018 at the time of writing on a 2-4 month wait with a $2500 reservation fee for the $50K model. The $35K base model is due for reservation in 2019. This car is just what it says on the poster, Ludicrous Performance. For the price of a gasoline burning dinosaur you can have an electric supercar from the future that goes 0-60 in 3.5 seconds with Regenerative Braking and wont need new brakes for 150K miles. The battery charges for pennies on the dollar, potentially from your solar panels for free, forever, or at one of the coast to coast Superchargers for a fully charged battery in less than an hour. Go for a test drive and show up like a responsible adult, unless you plan in advance to leave a one-star review. Teslas mission is to accelerate the accessibility of renewable energy, and all the staff I met are passionate about this direction. Thankfully we have Elon Musk to boldly and confidently provide this vision to preserve an environment conducive to life on Planet Earth and beyond.

I am giving this review simply because my fiancé and I walked in to check out the Tesla car model 3. I spoke to the sales associate first to just have him even look over at us. Its sad to have the associate not even acknowledge us. The doors on the show room model were locked. We were just walking around waiting to be acknowledged and get more information to just have him ignore us. This is not how I imagine the Tesla brand. I feel as if he assumed we wouldnt be interested buyers. It seems whatever he was typing on his computer was far more engaging! Please do better!

On 03/31/21 I preordered my Model 3 long range, red paint, 18” aero wheels, and black interior. On 5/7/21, I spoke to Allen at the Dallas NorthPark location about upgrading my interior to white which was $1000 extra. I was not informed that the Model 3 long range price had increased by 1500 dollars. I’m now having to pay 2500 dollars extra. I did not consent or was informed about the extra 1500 dollar price increase. I would have gone without white interior. Not cool Tesla

Excellent staff.First experience in a Tesla store. It’s a much different experience than normal dealerships.Was impressed with the level of detail I was provided regarding each model. Was also scheduled for a test drive at a very convenient time according to my schedule.This is how car buying should be at all dealerships.Vehicles were clean and showroom was organized with touchscreens to show you each option.

The nearest showroom is two hours from my house, so while in town we made sure to stop here. We met one of the employees, Ian and he showed us around the models on display. Ian was very knowledgeable and was able to set me up for a demo, aka test drive, same day. He really knew the vehicle and had an impressive knowledge of other makes as well. No high pressure, just a straight-up demonstration of what was in front of me. All car purchases should begin this way! There will be a Tesla in my garage in the future.

Online they say they close at 9 pm but they actually close at 8 pm. Not to mention we came here (drove from Oklahoma) 9 mins before 8pm and the lady here (Jill no lastname) told us she is sorry because she is the only one there and cannot help us. Not to mention we had already spoken to someone in advance earlier today and they told us to come in. As I write this there is still 4 mins before the store closes and she refuses to entertain us. We love our Tesla but the service is honestly by far the worst! Also now that I have seen other people who think but do not want to make it a race issue I am almost sold that might be it. Will be contacting customer care for sure.

As a shareholder and future Tesla owner I was very disappointed in the service. Went in to see if they could help me change the color of my order because it wouldn’t allow me to online. The guy working 2/1/20 was very rude and thought he was too cool to help me or answer questions. He said he didn’t have the resources to help me since he was the only one working. So instead of helping me he decides to wipe down the cars instead. When you walk into an Apple store all the employees are wonderful. If Tesla wants to stay ahead of the curve they need to hire better employees.

My son and I were out and about for a Sunday visit and stopped by the Tesla store. They have some really cool things in here. Ive always wanted a Tesla. They have some of the neatest vehicles I have ever seen. My son really enjoyed learning how to operate them too.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Quiet, fast, comfortable and reliable.I love my Tesla but arranging service is a pain.All of the meathead Texas car dealers have prevented direct communication with service centers. Competitors hate that Tesla doesn’t have dealerships. So communication is only via text and email. I still recommend the car.

Very friendly staff. No pressure sales. Get to sit in the cars in the mall and touch, but need to schedule a test drive. I test drive the model X with a reservation. We showed up on time and they were ready without a problem.

Amazing showroom to look at the cars with nice staff. When asked about the cars the staff provide quick answers and are happy to help with anything. The location inside of the mall is great as it can be seen while just walking around. The electric cars are shown with all of their features and there are pictures and videos on the walls to help provide more information for whoever walks in.

I love Tesla . Was going to get it from this place but the sales Reps didnt really seem cooperative they were just busy in making big Talks.

As a young man at the time, and a quite a big fan of Tesla, I entered the humble, zen-like, and elegant Tesla showroom, and began looking around with my family. I became quite intrigued by the, decadent morsels of information, that adorned the walls like earrings on a supermodel. I made vigorous interrogative conversation, with the staff that worked there, they were quite informative and knowledgeable. An overall outstanding and refreshing experience, that I can and will recommend to anyone.

I recently spoke to a young lady about the Tesla brand and the interest I have for said vehicles. I was told to go online and do my research rather than speaking to a hired employee who was trained for such vehicles. Interesting.

Disappointed. I walked into this store today around 2p.m. and I was not greeted nor was I approached. I’m going to be you’re stereotypical Mexican and make this a race issue. Every white person that walked in was greeted and catered to while I stood idly by waiting for someone to approach me. I’ve been interested in purchasing a Tesla for quite some time, however, I have many questions . I feel that the Tesla store could provide me with some answers. They did not provide me with ANY type of service! I hope this isn’t the case for every Tesla location because it may deter me from purchasing one. I don’t care if I walk in looking like a million bucks and dollar signs or like a homeless person off the street I deserve the same treatment regardless or my skin or the clothing that I’m wearing. I will be going to another Tesla store to see if I get treated in the same manner. It’s simple, treat everyone equally.

Pleasant experience, unlike most car dealers. Theyre not allowed to actually see the cars, so theres no no pressure to buy. The people were helpful and knowledgeable.

Before buying my Model S, I stopped by and Im 100% glad I did. here they will help you with any questions you have, providing you a chance to see for yourself the best car ever produced. Coming here really helped in deciding what I wanted in the car.

Even though I am nowhere close to affording a tesla, it was awesome just to check out the dealership and see what all the hype was about. I highly recommend just stopping by. Salesmen are very informative and friendly!

I love being able to climb into each of the tesla models on the market and seeing and feeling what the cars feel like. A guy can dream of owning one someday.

While this is a great showroom, and most of the time I come the employees are friendly and answer all my questions, I had a different experience this time. I climbed aboard the Tesla Model S (excellent car) and proceeded to turn on the radio, which came on a bit low, so a cranked it up a few notches. Then, one employee came up to me, and rather rudely, told me to turn it down. I did, and thought little of the encounter. Then, not two minutes later, he came back and told, even more rudely than the last time, to not enable Easter eggs. Easter eggs are harmless hidden features and jokes that you can enable inside the car. The one that enabled is a sketch pad on the main screen. I turned it off as instructed, but I was a bit shaken with his attitude, so I left, thinking that maybe he had had a bad day, and would be best left alone. I climbed out of the car, looked back at him, smiled, and said, Have a great day in a most sincere fashion, but instead of acknowledging me an a positive manner, he glanced up at me and frowned. This was, for me, the last straw. I had done nothing wrong, acted in a friendly fashion, and he had in turn treated me quite rudely. That was in my opinion, unnaceptable, and I hope that it never happenes again. Truly the only bad experience I have had in one of the best stores in the mall.

Definitely will not buy a vehicle from Tesla due to my experience at this location.It was my very first time seeing a Tesla store inside the mall and I walked in just to get information on pricing and how to buy. I looked at the vehicle on display while I waited for the people in front of me to finish talking to the salesman. Mind you, he greeted everyone that came in to the store that ‘looked’ fancy. I wasn’t dressed up in suit in tie, but I know I can afford to buy a tesla. They didn’t acknowledge me, greet me, nor try to ask if I needed any help with anything. I get better service at Ford, so I’ll will definitely pass on doing business with these people since I don’t ‘look’ that part and able to buy this ‘expensive’ vehicle.

The staff and management are not customer friendly with the exception of one, Jacie. I made two appointments. On the first, I test drove one Model S. I did not have time to drive the other so I scheduled a second visit. On the second visit, we never got anywhere at all.I interacted with 4 other male employees and the manager (also male). All were young. All were far more concerned with my e-mail address and personal contact information than customer service or selling a car, which I was ready to buy subject only to deciding which version of the Model S I wanted.After getting nowhere with the three young men I was dealing with, one went to get the manager. After 10 minutes the manager came out. He was not helpful at all and seemed perturbed I was wasting his time. He then turned around and walked back behind the wall where he had come from. I was left to walk out.So, I decided to buy a Porsche instead. All because of poor customer service at this location.

When your buying over 100k car you must get better customer care than or equal Mercedes well.Stay away simons Filipino but looks like Latino the moments he takes ur down payment 2500 he will ignore phone calls etc well top in California was the same. Jarret or Troy Jones all are same! I am done with them no wonder everyone was warning me how bad their customer care even my referral Johnny wallin told me the same, same Chicago Br hakiim I lived with it 2 months now. You can go on a free test drive by scheduling ahead of time, signing a release waiver, and providing your drivers license. They have several models to choose from including a P85D which was awesome to take on 75N.

Very courteous staff. Enjoyed test driving without pressure of buying.

The X and S are on display regularly. Would be nice to see a Model 3 at some point.
