So I heard bad reviews on this place but still decided to see what they were about. I had the best customer service experience from Nikki Johnson. She got me in and out in a few hours with a car! Got my car & it already came with minor issues the very next day. Car was shaking and oil light was on. Simple fix, that PLS fixed for me the next week but a car should never leave the lot without an updated oil change & tune up. Other than that this is the only problem I’ve had so far!

I had the greatest experience with PLS AUTO especially with they sales team they actually do work every way they can to either get you what you want or what u NEED . I have a damn good car and free oil changes while I have the car and a warranty as long as I have the vehicle. They do not ask for much but just be up front repos, etc. Also no late fees what car lot you know doing all this and these total prices is reasonable down payments are also. If this wasnt a FACT first off I wouldnt text all this good info be cause I hate texting lol but they are well worth it ☺☺☺☺☺☺thanks yall

This was by far the worst experience ever. I sat there all day, literally all day to finally be told that the only car I qualified for with my down payment was a Ford Escape with a huge dent in the door and a broken tail light OR a 2002 car that was still priced at over $12,000. Ridiculous....I understand that people have credit issues and issues with high down payments, but this was insulting and I spent the whole day there.I pray that PLS stops taking advantage of people who just need reliable transportation but have less than favorable credit or down payments.

So I have been with pls autos since 2018 and the car (2008 Ford Edge) I got is old and over priced (15,900$). But I’m not gonna lie it was a very reliable car until somebody hit and ran me in a parking lot where my car was parked.
