Bought a phone here very recently, I already have a issue trusting people over seas. I got a phone from them due to price and it was a good iPhone. About 2 weeks later, I received a notification saying someone from Hebei was trying to get into my Apple account. Very suspicious, I have had a Apple phone over 8years. Never had this happen, be aware please.

Classic bate and switch. They advertise every phone under the sun. When you get there, they dont have the phones, even though they have a dozen listings, then they try to sell you something different. I would recommend removing the old advertisements. (Reply to Dawn) You still have a dozen adds for phones you dont have in stock now. How do we know what you do and dont have in the store? Dont act like you care when we spend gas and time to come there but you cant even delete listing with a click of a button.

Yall seriously need to go to this phone store. I originally came here for an S8, and when I got there he showed me a phone based on my preferences that had a better camera and so I went with that phone. I like everything about the phone except for some reason my navigation wouldnt work and I can never figure out where I was. So I went up to visit the owner and let him know the issues I was dealing with and I told him what I was looking for and he got me what I was looking for and took the other phone back no problem and completely went above and beyond to make this customer so happy. So I can definitely recommend him hes got great prices great service super friendly and yeah you wont be sorry.

First off let me start by saying, the owner is not only negotiable but very honest and trust worthy. He gave me a lot of insight on a couple of phones and helped me with deciding which one i want. I will not be a repeat customer. I Bought my phone 2 months, phone started glitching after updates whould not download. Took it back to store to see if they could tell me whats wrong. The employee that sold me the phone was like yeah well look at it, because I spent X amount not the phone. Mind you I didnt ask for anything free I just wanted to know what was wrong with my phone, but instead I got a lot of oh this phone has been dropped, and oh this phone may have water damage. NOT!! phone has been in case since day one of purchase it was supposedly brand new so if any damage was on the phone it was done before I bought the phone. Instead of telling me whats wrong with it employee wants to refer me to someone else who can fix it for $35, because your technician doesnt handle the issue, but at the same time you cant tell me the issue. I also got the excuse that my phone wouldnt turn on, and as soon as I got to work and plugged it up and charge the phone and popped right on and stayed on for the rest of the day. I know no one touched or looked at my phone to see what the issue was, which I would have paid for, but because they thought someone wanted something for free I was sent elsewhere. In my book that is not good customer service, and you should always back products you sell.
