Make sure you get all the specs when buying a phone!!! I showed up to by 2 iPhone 7s.... Well what they failed to tell me over the offerup app was that 1 of the iPhone 7s was all scratched up and the other phones thumb print recognition didnt work.... Had I known these before going I could have saved myself an hr drive.... I say find another store... theres 50 of them on Harry Hines

I’ve been coming here from past 2 years and jeff has been taking care of my orders but seeing the guy who owned or managed hifi speakers now makes me stopped going to mk. that guy does not have any customers service and he doesn’t even know how to do business. No business ethics. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by giving phones and accessories which i was paying.

I have been here twice. My experience related to customer service was the worst. On top of this I bought a phone from this place to gift my sister overseas but the second day she start using it the screen was shaking then same day it stop working. I would definitely recommend this place! I dropped my phone for the first time in history. Of course it shatters to pieces. I bought a Groupon and bought a digitizer for extra the swiping action stopped working. It was fast/very quick service. The guys are cute and very nice! They have a large store full of many different cases for phones, iPads, earphones, and so on.If I remember right they only except credit or debit. No cash!

This place is great. The staff is knowledgeable and down to earth. I had a screen repair and sometimes it could lead to other issues within the phone and I was afraid that because of the cool price that I may hear some bad news about “ additional repair concerns”, which I was told that on the phone that my price only includes the screen repair. Well I decided to give them a chance and they were very honest, it was only the screen and it was ready within 20 minutes. I also bought a case for my phone as they have a huge selection of accessories at reasonable prices ( I haven’t purchased accessories at a cell phone store in 10 years). Decent size business, clean store, amazing staff and comfortable price tags. I highly recommend.

They took the original display of my iphone and put a bad one which stopped working after 6months. BEWARE!!!! They sell refurbished Iphones. They steal parts from your original Iphone. Brought my phone in for a cracked screen repair. The phone worked perfectly except for the crack on the screen. Once they replaced the screen it started having issues. Brought it back in and they said it is a problem with the motherboard that was likely caused by the repair, but thats the risk you take when they repair the glass. I would not recommend them for repairs.
