We stopped in there last weekend because we were looking for a new place to get cigars. They have a good-sized walk-in humidor featuring Monecristo cigars and plenty of others. The staff was friendly and helped us pick out some new sticks that we hadnt tried before.Then we had a chance to sit at the bar for a while. The bartender was nice. They dont have a cocktail menu. I would recommend they consider adding one because people asked about it a lot while we were there. They have a good spirits selection with some high-end picks. However, their beer selection was pretty lacking so it would be nice to see some more options there. They had some different wines. We actually had conversations with the bartender on what we would recommend there.Everyone was super friendly and we had a lot of good conversations there. Fun place.

Awesome place for selecting good cigars and a good bar area. Gentlemen that helped us out and of course I forgot his name but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He advised me about this cigar and it was great, in my opinion. Montecristo New York edition was a fine cigar and is one of my favorites.

These guys have a great selection of cigars and a very nice lounge and bar where you can smoke them. I wish Id found it earlier in the day, but still had time to enjoy a quick Ashton VSG before closing time.

Very spacious place and great selection of cigars. I’m a novice smoker and I like to try various kinds when I get the chance. I would definitely go again when it’s not so crowded. Go with time since it does it get a bit busy.

I had a really great time with a good friend. The bartender, Jasmine was really nice, informative, and attentive. The drinks and the cigars were well worth coming here for. All the staff and even fellow customers were friendly. Definitely planning on coming again. We ordered pizza from Pizza Hut and chilled, smoked, sipped, and ate.

I visit this spot 3 to 4 times a year and I must say my experience this go round was the best by far even though I did nothing different than sit and have a drink and smoke. Customer Service has gotten much better though I would have liked for someone to take come to my sitting area and take my drink request and serve it. All good for the most part.

My absolute favorite cigar lounge. They have a great selection of cigars and whiskey. The only thing that outshines it is their employees. You feel right at home with them and the friendly atmosphere they create.

Very nice cigar lounge. This was my first visit but definitely not my last. We were warmly greeted upon entry. The staff was very attentive. The atmosphere was great. The humidor was stocked with great choices. I experienced the best stick during my visit. It was perfect and had the best burn. Although no patio seating, the lounge is ventilated. The ventilation system makes it easy to breath while enjoying a stick. Nothing worst than thick smoke clouding a room of smokers and leaving a lounge smelling like a burning smoke pit. Cant wait to visit again!

Casa de Montecristo is great place to kick back, have a cigar and meet some interesting new people. The service is always great, and the bartender Jasmine knows her way around a great Old Fashion. The humidor is a good size which allows for a wide range selection of sticks.

Nice and spacious cigar lounge in the heart of Dallas.The humidor is well stocked, missing some key brands like Davidoff but has many other favorites. Surely have something you’re looking for or want to try.Worth a stop to sit back and relax on one of the large leather couches, chat and watch a game in the numerous large TVs.

I always get great service here. Caleb assisted me last time. The staff is always very friendly, its in a great part of town. The interior is amazing. I always enjoy myself.

I dealt primarily with a gentleman named Chris. Talk about great customer service! I was immediately welcomed and felt at home throughout the entire experience. This is what I love about cigars, the commaraderie and the fact that despite your differences, they are a great equalizer. He was helpful, informative and knowledgeable about every aspect. The prices are reasonable and they have gems that are hard to find. Id recommend this shop to anyone who has a passion for cigars.

I found myself in Dallas for a few days and with some time to burn I decided to check out Casa. I frequently visit one in Houston so I knew what to expect: great selection, great staff, and a great environment.Caleb, Nayla, and Jasmine were all wonderful and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend you check this place out if you fancy a cigar and/or a drink.

The prices were good not over priced I didnt see to many name brand pieces but the quality of the pieces seemed to be up to par. The service was lacking a little bit but I I get that and would still come back.

Probably my favorite cigar spot in Dallas. It is always clean and well ventilated. Cigar selection is great and if you need assistance the staff is always really friendly and knowledgeable. The bar just adds to the already great experience!

I found the cigar Ive been looking for for over 5 years, Arturo Fuente, my favorite. Theyre in kind of an upscale shopping center and so I always assume the prices are going to be high but theyre not. The service is good and overall good staff.

Outstanding Service! I dont frequent the area, but stopped in an was treated like royalty by Caleb and Jasmine (hope I spelled their names correctly), the bartenders. The lounge is spacious, the patrons were comfortable and friendly, and there is an excellent selection of drinks and cigars. The staff was patient and kind- the type that will instruct and make solid recommendation. I will certainly return, and wish this establishment great success.

In this place it pays to ask the advice of the staff very knowledgeable and can point to something new you never tried before. The open space. The staff. The customers. The lady back atmosphere. I have not been smoking cigars for very long but out of the several cigar bars and retailers Ive been to this is easily the best for a number of reasons. Number one would be that their selection crushes everything else Ive seen in Dallas and other towns. The staff is very knowledgeable and has recommended some great sticks to me. If you want to hang out and have a smoke and a drink the place is spacious with a lot of seating though it can fill up fast in the evenings.

Im impressed! This is a very welcome addition to the cigar smoking scene in Dallas. The lounge is spacious and comfy with classy decor, their large humidor has a great selection of stogies to choose from at very competitive prices, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Their WiFi is speedy and consistent unlike so many of the other lounges in the area, I so appreciate that! I dont drink, but for those that do, there is a bartender serving drinks as well. They have some great sales at the moment too, so take advantage of them while you can!

This is a great place. They have an amazing selection of cigars and the staff is wonderful. Though it’s BYOB, they still serve you as if you were buying drinks from the establishment.

There are two types of cigar lounges. The kind that feels like your friends basement where he outfitted with the best Goodwill furniture. Then there are the kind that is like Casa de Montecristo. Comfortable, luxurious, spacious, with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Its a great place!
