Great cigar place enjoying being there and very funny people in great cigars

Ive been here three times now, and all the employees are great. Knowledgeable and friendly, never condescending.

Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Service was very helpful and friendly. Even when I got up to leave the employee came outside to Thank me !!!

Just moved to Dallas this was the second cigar spot I’ve visited.. the manager Roger was outstanding. He not only gave me a tour of their great selection of cigar but he also advised me on places my wife and I should visit to wine and dine...I will become a regular here..👍🏽

My favorite place!!! Its always a welcoming environment, everyone that comes here love sitting around having a good smoke.Theres a wingstop right beside it, and other eateries. Large variety to choose from that fits all budgets.

Worst service ever. My mother, ready to make a purchase, was completely ignored by a man who appeared to be the owner. He was so busy discussing fishing with the UPS man that he wouldnt even bother to look at her. She had product and cash in hand but after 10 minutes of being ignored she left, pissed off and extremely upset. It appears that this place likes to cater to its regular clientele. She was very offended. I write this on behalf of her because I am handicapped and she went in to make a purchase for me. I felt horrible when she came back to the car so upset. Maybe it was an off day for the place since the other reviews seem so positive but our experience was anything but positive.

Nice guys, nice spot, yadda yadda...but extremely overpriced tobacco and papers. I always regret going here when I could have just driven a couple extra blocks and saved a ton of money.

Great selection and very relaxed atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Sports on the TVs and comfy lounging chairs, hmm, I might never leave this place. Oh and did I mention its BYOB, sweetness! This has become a frequent after work stop for destressing before heading home.

Went here on a quick trip out of town Friday morning and the place looks nice, but the person attending the store and register was unenthusiastic and unhelpful. If giving an option I would buy from somewhere else.
