I went in and Bought some glass for my water piece got home took the sticker off and the glass was cracked. I took it right back and asked for them to replace it. They told me all sales are final. I asked for the manager and while employee was nice the manager was on the phone and kept trying to get his employee to get me out of the shop while I wanted an answer on why they sold broken glass. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I will never be buying glass from here again. They sell broken glass and to be honest it looked used.

No care for the customers satisfaction. I bought a thing of backwoods and they were moldy. Said its my fault that I didnt open them inside the store. I went to my car opened them and went right back inside. That owner has zero respect. Trash company.

Fair Warning they will not return or replace anything after it leaves the shop, Although they are supposed to ask you to try it before leaving (I didn’t get asked) money down the drain for a 21.00 vape .. only worked for a hour ... should’ve just bought a pack of cigarettes

Good selection, the red headed woman behind the counter was so sweet and very nice but there was this one guy who was just kind of milling around the store? I left and came back like an hour later and he was still there, he was just watching my friend and I while we shopped & talked to the woman behind the counter and said nothing. He wasnt shopping, I think he might be an employee but he was super creeping me out. If he was an employee, he wasnt greeting or assisting customers at all. There is also always ALWAYS a white car I think belonging to an employee parked right in front of the door, I had to park at a neighboring store.

I really like this store. Cigarettes, cloves, jul supplies are all priced very competitively. They stock a wide array of merchandise. The staff is friendly and attentive. Always smiling and happy to be there. Jay is very knowledgeable and helpful. Erich, Kelley and the other guy that work there are a pleasure to interact with. All in all this store is clean and has a very cool vibe!

Best smoke shop Ive found in the Richardson/Plano area since Ive moved here. The people who work there are great and take pride in the products they choose to sell. Customer satisfaction is very important to them and they have such a variety of items. Theyre prices are great especially for glass pieces and hookahs. E liquid is also very good quality and they have an abundance of flavors. I even needed a piece for my vape that the owner went ahead and ordered for me so theyd have it in stock for next time. Ive been coming here once a month to restock for a year now. Great great prices!

Horrible place services is asinine can’t believe how they were disrespectful when I was just asking simple questions about certain products in the store prices are ridiculous and not reasonable at all. I recommend going to another place. All in all I think the guy I encountered was greedy or didn’t care to much about service.

Nice to see that they have a decent selection of pipe tobacco and cigarillos, which is what I was looking for. Not just 420 supplies. Many of the (strictly) cigar shops Ive been to do not stock pipe tobacco, which is weird. Guy at the counter was perfectly nice without being overbearing. Ill be back.

Nice store with a good selection but not good at having more than 1 of things. Careful what you buy as they have a tendency not to have the supplies needed to keep using what you bought. Service is ok but if one than one customer is there, you will stand and wait.

I had the displeasure of going home with an $85 e-cig setup Thursday of this week that needed a battery that cost $11.99. I was not told about a battery being needed at that price. I would have asked about other e-cig setups with an actual battery included for a lower price below $85 which was a treat for me actually to spend on myself. To top it all off I had to go back today to find out I would need to spend an additional $11.99 that I do not have right now all because of some ignorant young sales woman who couldnt tell me about a battery. This store is a rip-off and I will not be going back. In addition for my review I would like to state that I have a type 2 sprained ankle and Im walking in a boot. So I had to go to the store twice because lack of product knowledge. This is why e cigs stores exist so customers arent ripped off.Update: I went up there a 3rd time to get a battery and have some kind of resolvment. Maybe a refund or store credit, anything. Nothing was oofferedas a sorry we messed up. The manager was just dumb struck at the story and muttered under her breath the saleswoman had been downhill for a few weeks. Well that right there is poor management. The manager admitted the sales rep was not a good employee anymore yet kept her on being useless as ever. Good riddance to this shop. This review will go on many review sites.

Stay away! Buyer beware! Sold me a defective Smok vape. Even when one employee verified it was defective, they refused to exchange it . Another employee simply shrugged and said, I dont know what to do?

I purchased a torch lighter here about a week ago. I spent around $40 total in the store, so when the lighter suddenly stopped working, I went back to Retro in Plano to let them assess the damage. Their clerk told me that this shop never should have sold me the torch they did for the purpose I specifically requested it be used for.Not only that, when the torch stopped working literally less than a week after buying, they refused me even a store credit, and essentially told me if I even tried to complain to the manager (this coming from the very clerk who sold it to me) he would only turn me away in a more rude and nasty way.Terrible service and products. Beware!

Finally found the Blu accessories!! they are very kind and nice, so for me this place has so many choices and made it so easy for me to shop that they deserve a 5 :)

Cool place. Great glass. Great prices. People are cool. One reason I give one star... I bought a scorchtorch butane lighter there for 35 bucks. The employee said it has a warranty and they honored it and would replace the torch if it broke. .so it broke about a week after I bought it. I took it in the store and they told me they wouldnt replace it and that employee was fired for misinforming others . And scorch torch didnt replace it either...they said smoke n chill wasnt a authorized dealer????? So Im stuck with this 30 dollar torch and smoke n chill seemed not to care. Hope someone reaches out to me about it . Thats a lot of money to spend on something that breaks a week after

Horrible. I bought tobacco coals & a hookah. I get home to Dallas open the box & the hookah hose is missing cause the employee forgot to put it in the box, i called them spoke to the manager we agreed he was gonna meet me 3 days later (Tuesday) he didnt want to ship it to me. Tuesday gets here i dont hear from employee or manager so i called the manager which he promised his employee was going to call me.. the whole week passed & i hadbto keep calling to remind them apparently the employee kept forgetting meanwhile i cant use my new hookah finally Saturdays i decide ive chased them long enough & Im so bothered by such bad service i was going to drive back up to plano to return the damn thing i refused to do business with these ppl i honestly was patient all week but lack of communication and service made me decide i would rather spend my money esle where. These ppl dont know how to value customers, & dont know how to handle issues when they come up. I had to drive way back up to got my money back & bought a better brand hookah for cheaper at Amazon.

Dont advertise times if you cannot follow through with actually opening the shop. I drove 20 mins out of way way and the shop isnt open 30+ mins after listed times. I went down the road and dropped my money at a Frisco shop.Way to lose business and to turn away customers. Wont be back.
