🙏I was impressed by this location Dior. I heard there are only a few stores included in the USA and Canada. I was glad that they had Dallas location out of any other locations. 👍🏻🤭 It was my first time visiting this location and Ross was a very kind and friendly employee there. I had to visit the store so I can get the package done that I ordered online. They were nice enough to let me touring the store even though it was about to close 25 mins left. I didnt have time to look around everything but they didnt mind at all. I would definitely come back here 🥰

Order number 06823828Never received a refund for this product, a product that was never even delivered to me. Been more than 3 months. Criminal theft. So many call attempts to process this refund that went unsuccessful.Boycotting this company for good. 250+ dollars wasted.

Sa Megan was terrible SA. I went there to plan that I would exchange a small lady handbag with mini one. But with her bad attitude and terrible service I decided to return it instead. When I got there I asked her that I wanted to exchange a bigger bag with the small abc one in black and she came out with one scratched leather and one had a defect at the bottom. She didn’t help me to look at inside or anything, I feel like she did that for my favor. I understand that I keep changing my mind but the receipt saying that I can exchange/return within 30days with the original item. I didn’t wear it and it was in the box when I got it. She ruined my whole Sunday that I had to return it instead of exchange. I tried the small abc bag and really happy to exchange it but had to return it. Also when I got out from the store the security (lady) didn’t open the door for me. I know it was because I returned and didn’t buy anything, that was terrible experience with this store that I had over last weekend. I really like the handbag but don’t want to go back to thus store anymore.

Is larger than it looks from the outside. Great selection of latest collection. Purses and scarfs in front are displayed and presented well. Wonderful service. Love the location close to many other shops and cafes. Worth a day trip.

I was in Dallas during March 27th to the 29th for business. Though my work wouldve occupied me for one day, I made plans to spend a couple of more days to take my wife out to shop and dine. We went to Highland Village on that Sunday with the intention to purchase something at Dior before we headed back to Austin, but we were halted to enter and the door was shut in our face because there was a VIP shopping around. Disappointed, but we understood and went to shop at Balenciaga and Goyard during the wait. When we got in, it was not the experience we thought wed have because there was little to zero communication and even though we exactly knew what we wanted, there wasnt anyone willing to show us the product. What I dont understand is how are there three sales associates and one greeter, and not one person was able to assist us? When we were there the previous month the service wasnt great, but we were able have some type of communication to get what we wanted. We had intentions to spend some money, so we spent it at Balenciaga and Goyard. Those sales associates earned every bit of their commission. You know the service is bad when my wife passed up her opportunity to buy what she wanted. As for Dior, we are just going to buy our products in the Bangkok location since we go to Thailand every year. Two stars because Dior is still a great product, but the Highland Park location not a store we will walk in to from now on.

Had the absolute BEST experience purchasing the latest Caro. Simeon, my SA, was so helpful and friendly. He made the whole experience wonderful, easy, stress-free, and fun!

I just love the beauty boutique it is one of my favorite places to work. The products are amazing, the customers are kind and loving, the private events are one of a kind. It’s only 5 in the US, so definitely a place you want to visit when you’re here in Dallas. And not to bias but the makeup artist here are talented!!!!

Excellent service from the staff!

I came in to browse and was very pleased with the customer service. Was offered beverages and anything I was interested in, they were happy to bring out for me to try. I ended up purchasing a perfume and some black pumps. They offered to deliver my pumps to my home, so I expected it to arrive in 1 week. However 2 weeks later, I still did not have my shoe. I called one week in and was told that it would arrive in a few days. But it never showed up. So, I called them again now 2 weeks later. I spoke with someone who had no knowledge or authority to figure out what happened, but she offered to ship another one out again and said she would talk to her manager and get back with me. I never received a call from them...So, I am still waiting on the shoe that I have already purchased...I have shopped at various luxury stores and am surprised this kind of thing happens. Especially when it was the manager who was the one who rang up the sale!So... forward in time by a few years. I now work with a SA personally and no longer have any issues with purchasing except one time when an item held for me was mistakenly sold to someone else. Overall, very warm and welcoming service and in comparison to other stores in the area, this store is way better to shop in. Dior will fix any issues with the items you purchased for the most part while others will have you jump through a hoop at times. Love the boutique layout as well!

Incredibly nice and friendly at this boutique! I entered for the first time not expecting to buy anything and just browse but the SAs were so friendly and accommodating that I couldnt help but walk out with a small purchase. Lovely SAs and such a beautiful boutique!

Well I came with my girlfriend and was expecting the Pretty Woman experience, being looked down upon being that we werent planning on stopping and were dressed pretty inappropriately. From the second we walked in everyone was SO friendly and nice!
