Gorgeous, for little store. About the size of your average Hot Topic with a little wiggle room. Be prepared to squeeze down aisles on a busy day. Every purchase goes towards serving persons in need. Like Hurricane Harvey charities and you can verify through your states charity registry. love this store!

So much fun. Perfect for cartoon, anime, Disney, star wars, video games and more Fandoms. Focus on clothes but they also have bags, mugs, toys and trinkets. Fairly priced. Always changing in Fandoms so keep coming back. Most of the time when you buy something youll get coupons for your next purchase.

Cool little store!

This is a neat little store and has lots of things that relate to popular genres such as Disney, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Star Wars, Stranger Things and other popular movies. I got a cute top here. The only thing I will say is even on their sales their stuff is still pretty pricey. Every time I go to Galleria Mall I always have to stop by this store though!

Like the Hirst store, this stores staff were so rude. We, the Avatar the Last Airbender fan club of the U.S. really wanted to recommend a product. The product was a Last Airbender Iroh exclusive pillow or blanket. They treated us terribly and didn’t even take our product suggestion. N9 respect for fan clubs. We didn’t want any money, royalties or anything, just a simple product to be made.

They have great merchandise and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The selection is great! One of their sales people is a little over excited and I legitimately tripped over my friend trying to back away from her on her third space-encroaching-half-yelling-with-excitement attempt to show us another thing we needed but other than that it was awesome. Beware every section you will want it all. They also donate a meal for every $10 you spend which is wonderful.

This is like a nicer version of Hot Topic in my opinion, and has a large selection of cute Anime items. The graphic tees are cute (though my pickachu one flaked off the same day :/) but the other items we purchased were quality. Nice store to peruse :)

Very cool store with a lot of Pop Culture items. Most seemed more unique than other stores trying to be about pop culture themes...

The lady employee working today (7/18/19) looked me up and down like I was trash. Then followed my husband around the store and then stared at both of us and my little daughter like we were thieves. I couldn’t even shop! Never felt so uncomfortable and profiled like that in a store before.

When I find a store that has items I like or want, its the customer service that keeps me coming back. I have never left a BoxLunch feeling that the associates could have done better. I get greeted, I cam browse without them breathing down my neck to help me find something, and they are great with my toddler being in the store.

If youre a nerd,weeb, or a geek this is your place. Not only they have nice collectibles they also have great clothing. I would definitely be back to buy some other stuff. This place is the bomb. They also donate to charity so thats always is a plus.

Workers are great, but there isnt Halo stuff and that makes me sadd.

They have a great variety of Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney, and other things there. From clothes to house decorations, to note books to jewelry and in betweens. They also offer military discount which is a nice plus.

It was alright... small and a bit cramped and nice enough staff.Its a cool place to window shop and check out new merchandise but its way over priced for the quality of some of the items. Nearly $30 dollars for a tiny plush of Gigi from Kikis Delivery Service? No thanks... I will shop around on line.Its more expensive than Hot Topic and Spencers for shirts, accessories, even plastic cups! Give it a good look around but definitely price shop else where.

Love coming here when i go to dallas! its such a cute store and has more fan gear than hot topic, spencers, etc.

I like this place found some nice The Flash gear here and the customer service was great as well.

Interesting selection, it feels like a more Western hot topic with far better prices.

I have no I idea why the Google review of this place it talking about pitas. This is a gift shop, not a restaurant!Very cool little gift shop specializing in pop-culture items. I came for the Star Wars items, but stayed for the Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Marvel, Disney, and even Bobs Burgers items! Staff was friendly. We were welcomed immediately upon arrival. They have a huge selection of Funco Pop bobble-heads if youre into that. I picked up a Maz Kanata to add to my Star Wars collection.Heres the crazy thing. I probably wouldnt have bought anything that day, but this chains moral purpose is feeding the needy. For every $10 spent, they provide a meal to the needy through Feeding America. When I saw that, I said to myself, I can spend $10.90 on something cool, AND help out? Count me in!

The prices are high, but the guy who helped me and my wife was a pretty funny dude. Made jokes that really had us going. I go to the Gallery alot and have been to Boxlunch three or four times. I would like the store a lot more if the people didnt interrupt the person who was helping me every time we turned a corner. And every time I come in one of em hits me with this script about donating to charity. Okay I get it. You have a big sign right behind the check out spot that says it. Dont have to hit me with that every time I stop in. Just let me look around or ask me what I need. Maybe make a joke like the hipster looking dude did or help me out.Today was way better than my other visits. If you are looking for old time cartoon stuff or new shows stuff you should stop by but expect to pay a lot if there isnt a deal or something.
