I when over on 1/05/21 to return some items the rep GARNETT was there. I had a picture of my receipt one with a showing the barcode and the other showing the whole receipt and also showing my POWERUP REWARDS hi said. Yeah I can return your items because you don’t have your Papel receipt I told him that I had the picture and if he can look me up on his system he should be available to see my account. He said she I see your account but he doesn’t see any items that I bought. I told him then why do I have a picture of my receipt and the items with me. He said I don’t know may be you had some extra one. He told me that I need it to go to the same location to return it that’s just crazy.I asked for the manager on that location SHALANA he said good look with that whatever that means.I when back today 1/06/21 with my receipt I got there around 5:55pm the gate was closed so I called the store the employee answer the phone he said we are closed early today I said but you’re sign said 8pm I’m out side your door he said oh my system is down and is going to take me about 10minutes at least to come back on.You can go to another store they are opened till 8:00pm very very frustrated and aggravatedWill not go to that store ever again.

This GameStop is amazing. I come here almost every week and get the best customer service. Keep up the great work GameStop employees.

As a local guide of Dallas, Texas, I confirm GameStop, may have some expensive prices, but if your not near a Buy Sell Trade (Movie Trade Company) which is on a whole other level GameStop is all right.

The sign in the window says they close at 8pm its 7:30pm thursday February 11th and theyre closed. Trash.

They are friendly up front but GameStop does not care about the customer especially after the purchase is completed. I bought a game on sale that included around $10 worth of codes. After the purchase, I did not get the code and after 4 phone calls that lasted over 3 hours the only solution to this is to go back to the store and return the game. They highlighted that on the bright side I got the game on sale and should be happy with that alone. I will not be returning the game because I dont want to drive down there and have to wait for their slow service just to get my money back.

This is my fave GameStop! The customer service here is amazing! Nathan is always very patient with me and throughly answers all my questions and makes sure I completely understand. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and games they have there. I always leave with a smile on my face and feeling confident about my purchases!!!

This store doesnt answer the phone. Ive called with 10 to 15 min breaks for 3hrs and still get the all associates are busy. I called from the hours of 10:00 until 1:00. No way the store is that busy during school hours and no holiday. Ridiculous

The manager of the store is knowledgeable and has a great dry sense of humor.

The manager was very rude and when we voiced our concern about lack of customer service and our problem she simply rolled her eyes. Never shopping there again. The store is lacking in multiple aspects and as a fellow retail employee, the situation should have been dealt with in a better way.

The place is wonderfully organized! Has some room to move around in while looking at all the games and merch they have for sale. The staff attending me were also very sociable and helpful! We talked about a lot of things while I was there and made my expierence fun! Would totally come back here again.

I loved this place mostly because of Tyler 😍😍😍. Im a noob and shes not. She helped me pick 6 used games . And she is beautiful too so theres that. I just got a refurb PS4 at Best Buy but they only had like 7 games to pick from. So game stop is a winner I will be back to get a buddy controller.

Ive been coming here since I was in highschool, but i can say i will never go anymore. It has been getting progressively worse as a whole over the last year. Problems ranging from them giving DLC keys that are invalid with no replacement, to cutting off pre-orders well before the release. They wont answer the phones, even when the store isnt busy. Just over all this location has gone downhill so bad that I refuse to give anymore money to gamestop every again. Also David is extremely rude.

Parking is tough at this location because its so many businesses around but the store itself was quick and easy to get in and out of
