This is a very bad company do not waste your time or your money, these people inside of this store best way is so rude, they do not care about anyone they have no understanding. You cant even report them, this is a bad place to do business with, please please listen take your money somewhere else, if you go to them they will treat you very badly, it is important to read about places before you go. everything bad that these people are saying about them,is true they have done all of the those things to me, faith is a person with no heart, tell everyone you know not to go to this place, this is a store of evil

“FAITH” this lady is very unprofessional. She forwards my calls to voicemail when I am trying to gain information on why almost $200 of late fees have been charged to my account when they have never been charged to my account before. She is not considerate of the fact that when she is constantly calling my phone I am at work and that is a huge inconvenience that is affecting my work ethic. She should not be representing this company as she has no valuable customer assistance and is not helpful in any way. I suggest she needs to be coached on how to assist customers when they are calling for assistance. She always interrupt me as if I am a child which is very unprofessional and because of this I will not be giving the company best way anymore of my money. I believe she could do better in the back of the company but she should not be representing best way on the phones as she sounds as if she does not want to be there. This is very sad because I actually enjoyed best way when I first started out but now I am sad to say this had changed because of my personal account manager “FAITH” 1-10 customer service score 0
This my 1st time renting a washer & dryer. The 1st one I got was humming the first day delivered & I called asap informing them. But since I needed a washer I kept it, but I see in another review this location offered maintenance to another customer & nobody offered anything when I called. Then in January 2021 only had washer & mismatch dryer for few months, I forgot about payment due to things going on. I called dealt with Faith explained what was going on, she said they work with me but at sametime someone started calling my references??? I didnt understand why IF they knew I wasnt avoiding them about payment??? So I let them come pick up the humming washer. I went back to them few months ago cause they are closet place to my house, I was told they have NEW SET I can rent, - took my payment over phone before I signed anything - I thought thats unnormal (I see another Review they do this). So this new washer just stop working in middle of cycle & I called corporate today complaining bout THE RAGELY APPLIANCES I keep getting or complaining Im paying money but not enjoying the purpose of the rental.I look on reviews today & after reading majority horrible customer service, add my experience to list of complaints. Ijs Im not going just complain.
Worst place to rent to own will never recommend would never return they are just dumb and blame the “system” for every mistake they make including double charging over charging and processing payments even when you tell them not to. Faith garbage and any customer who comes across her hates the experience. If I could give zero stars o would seriously don’t go here !!!!

Where in the world do I begin? A family friend referred me to this company because she used to get furniture from them years ago. I found a living room suit and a bedroom suit I thought were perfect for my family. I was told that I could get only one item because of my husbands criminal history. I can understand that part so I chose to get the bedroom suit only. The bedroom suit was supposed to be delivered the next day I didnt get it the next day I was told I had to come in and sign paperwork for the item so I did. It was supposed to be delivered at 1 - 3 the next day. the next day at the time but it was supposed to be delivered I get a phone call telling me that the delivery driver called in and that I could come and pick up the mattresses myself and sleep on them on the floor. if I could pick up the mattresses myself I wouldnt be coming to you guys I have a small car already paid $200 and 4 days later I have no bed. I told him I wanted my money back because they basically dont even have a delivery driver you take peoples money but then you dont get a service so I just chose to go to Big Lots pick me up a bed put it together and Im happier without the bed from this company.

Never seen a company that cant keep their customers payment records in order. My payments are due every Saturday they will call MY EX-BOYFRIEND on a Friday and tell him my bill is due and they are looking for me. Messy just messy.
Poor service. The manager overcharges on bill payment, adds extra percentages and she does not follow her own contract. She changes your account information and doesn’t communicate with the buyer at all. I do not recommend. The people I have recommended has returned the property
I got my washer and dryer from there, before I got there I was told one thing but when I arrived I was told something totally different however the lady there did give me whatever the guy said over the phone so that made me happy. I never rented anything so it was crazy how they do things but all and all good customer service and they delivered my things on time.
Very unprofessional, this is a very diverse place... They try and pressure you into renting stuff... Even when you tell them youre not interested...The Hispanic lady... I was told she was the store manager.. Is racist.. And she tries to sell me stuff, that looks damaged. Someone needs to train her and not just allow her to do whatever and act a certain way... They want to make that commission.
I came across this store on my furniture search for google. Wen in and this lovely sales associate Rosy helped me out. Let me tell you, the service was great, they tailored to all my needs and I left with a new couch set that I love!! I highly recomendable this store!!!
BEWARE!!!!!!This best way stole money from us. We came in and got an iphone. I was hesitant for my partner and I to make a purchase. I had to spend a hundred dollars to take the phone. The company then had us pay the following week another payment. The firstThen we had set payments of $67 every two weeks. The company marketed newer iphones we got a used one because thats all that the location had.The payments were about a hundred dollars a month. This was paid in half every two weeks consistently on the same day of the week.The card was on file and the company had to get approved authorization which was not given to pay off the rest of the phone. The total payment was almost two thousand dollars for an iPhone. It was rougly fourteen hundred dollars. The contract stated payments until paid off. The store manager (white older female with shoulder lenght hair) authorized almost a nine hundred dollar payment without permission. She never called us back and they lied to the card company about the situation. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Very threatening company with prices well above any other company in the rent to own market. Im paying double you would anywhere else. Im purchasing a washer and dryer set. First the scratched and dented my wall, machine in rusty, the dryer leaves a burning smell on my clothes, had to empty lint trap when it arrived was told what they sale is all brand new thats laughable. Deliver mean and office staff rude. They showed up at my door 8pm beating on the door like a cop. Im sorry no Im not letting you in Im a petite female home alone and you are 2 big men scaring me. Was really scared by this company. I highly recommend to never use this company.
Worst of the worst I called this store to tell Rosie I couldnt afford this furniture which she said when I bought it dont worry if you cant afford it in the future we will hold it until you can. I went on to give Rosie another card because of overdrafts/THEFT ohhh wait they copy your bank numbers down and took money out of two of my accounts and one card Im not using and now I got a whopping $150 overdraft...BEST WAY YOU GUYS NEED TO COME GET YOUR FURNITURE. ANNND TO PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE I DIDNT AUTHORIZE the amount. I cant believe ppl will want to see you in more debt to meet their little quote THEY DONT CARE just the money they want.
I have had the worst experience with this company from day one. Experiences from delivering wrong furniture to CONSTANT unauthorized payments of my card. Let me explain. Day 1, my partner and I visit Best Way in Dallas. The woman at counter was very nice and showed us a beautiful Queen bed. She was so enthused about this bed herself that we were game in and signed for the bed. Next day, they deliver the bed... it’s a King. It barely fit into our bedroom but we weren’t worried about that at the time. The guy sets the bed up but we did not have a box spring. Therefore the mattress was on the floor in some areas... it was horrible. Our bottoms were on the floor and our feet in the air. The next morning we call, no one knew what to do and said it doesn’t come with one. We then requested them to come get the bed bc it didn’t make sense. They immediately found a solution. Prior to that my partner visited the store to mention to them that they had delivered a King. Best Way apologized, told us it was labeled wrong before mentioning that they had NO OTHER BEDS QN or KG. Manipulation at its FINEST. The front desk made it sound like we had options as far as beds went. We then realized she only spoke so highly of the bed we have bc it was the only one! So basically they kept our monthly installments the same but added months bc “we can’t just give you the king at the queens rate” so... you don’t have any other beds and we still have to pay the kings amount? TRICKERY! Total... over $2k for this used bed. Meanwhile, family and friends paying less fromOther rental places for bedroom SETS!! And we paying this much for a bed?! What were we thinking 🤦🏾♀️2. we were late on a payment. We paid a week later. I called to make payment and it increased by $70. I asked him why and he said they charge $10/day it’s late. This was NOT told to us upon signing. So it put us in a worse situation.3. The bed is not in my name, it’s in my partners name. I paid from my card twice. After the first time I noticed Bestway was attempting to take the money out of my acct but couldn’t bc it wasn’t enough funds on that particular card. I called and the guy straight denied. Didn’t ask no questions or nothing all he said was “we don’t do that” I told him I was looking at the statement as we spoke and he stuck to his story. I then asked him to remove my card and he said the only card on file is the acct holder.4. About a week and a half ago we called them to come pick up the bed. We had an appt and the van driver asked me if there was someone in the house who can help him love the bed. I told him just me and I’m not in a condition for that. He said that his manager doesn’t want to send him unless there’s someone here to help him. Sooooo.... how is it that them being short handed is my problem?!?! Needless to say, they never showed up. I refuse to call and remind them bc I shouldn’t have to. Anyways, I’m looking at my notifications and there are ((🗣31)) UNAUTHORIZED ATTEMPTIONS on my acct last one being TODAY!!! Going back 1) he first denied any sort of transactions 2) he said my cc isn’t on file. Then how is it STILL happening?!?! This is horrible!!

This place is terrible, when you go into the showroom the furniture looks like something from the late 70s it looks used from the 70s. The Thrift store has better looking furniture. It was terrible.
This place is terrible they gave us bed bug infested furniture! When we finally got in contact with the manager they weren’t trying to reimburse us for our mattress that was ruined but after stating we would file a civil lawsuit they reimbursed a mattress and metal bed frame instead of the box spring now they are harassing us trying to make us pay for the bed frame when they were suppose to be giving us our box spring told us to keep the bed frame until the new box spring arrived
Don’t waste your time!!! I paid for the rental of a washer and dryer two weeks before i was scheduled to move in my apartment and on the day of delivery they were supposed to deliver between 5pm and 7pm no called to update me on the status of my delivery and then the guy shows up at 8:30 pm! After he left i went to inspect the washer and dryer and it had kool-aid stains on it, the lent trap was rusty and full of lint and so was the inner corners of the door not to mention he rushed to install to the point where the maintence people had to come into my apartment the next day while i was at work and rejoin the washer hoses because water had started leaking into the neighbors apartment 😡 so then i went to wash finally and the washer is making a strange noise and i only washed a light load just to test everything out. I then try to use the dryer and had to put it on the high heat 60 minute setting twice just to dry one small load of clothes. Of course I called to complain. They sent someone out to “maintence” items that i hadn’t even had a week and once again the dryer still takes two cycles to dry a small load of clothes. At this point i told them to come get it and refund my money... do you know the manager only wanted to give me part of my money back and tried to keep the rental amount for the days the items were in my apartment even after I had called four times in the week that I had them. Also BEWARE don’t even take a partial refund from them just dispute the entire transaction with your bank if you choose to go to them because they try and sneak to get you to sign an agreement not to do a dispute/chargeback with your bank if you take the partial refund. Thank goodness I have a very good bank so the dispute process was a breeze! Apparently they do this all the time!
