I bought a Ralph Lauren dress that had a rip in the front of the dress that needed repair in order to be worn. All of the sales associates were aware that it had a rip in the front. However when I inquired about a discount due to the rip and my needing to pay a seamstress for repair, they were adamant that they would NOT give a discount at all. The customer service at the front desk is horrible. The ladies on the floor are very helpful. I would not recommend going to a store that sales damaged clothes for the original price.

They may as well be an actual high end store as much as they charge for their stuff. They charge just as much as the designers charge for the stuff brand new money 💸

Being a guy, I get some strange looks when I walk in solo. I go to look at jewelry, and once they realize that, they a very happy and eager to help. Dont get me wrong, Ive never had a bad experience just because I am a guy in a ladies world! I have been able to find several pieces of nice jewelry.

Was able to find so many fine quality clothes at reasonable prices, they really have a great selection. Shoes, athletic wear, and fine clothes are all available. If youre wanting to find quality garments without breaking the bank I recommend this store.

I use to like this place but the lack of quality inventory, lazy staff and now mask mandates (when dallas isn’t requiring them any longer) have made me a critic. I will never shop here again… mainly tired of the mask mandates by the ignorant who refuse to educate themselves on data. And to the manager… please don’t respond with your mask nonsense… it is lost on me as well as 95% of your clientele in the area…We actually really and don’t listen to the fake news

I dash into Clotheshorse monthly, lately to check out jeans: DL1961 and AGOLDE, but its also a fav place to pick up basics like yoga pants, tops, shoes and the latest designer handbags. Ive shopped there for a long time and love the selection. When longtime, regular employees are working, they greet me by name, which is always nice. And in these nutty times, I appreciate their adherence to prudent, health safety--why not, its just so easy to keep everyone safe. Shopping online only is so 2020, ugh. Glad I have this option instead.

Ive shopped here many times, and the selection is great. Sent my 21 year old daughter there to load up for summer. She was treated very rudely. First, she was ignored completely, although the salespeople looked at her several times. When she went up, with her arms full of clothes, the salesperson just looked at her until my daughter asked for a fitting room. When she brought the clothes back out and asked if she should put them on a rack, she was mocked by two of the salespeople. She came home nearly in tears. We are lucky to have many wonderful places to shop in Dallas. Clotheshorse Anon.will be crossed off our list. Its a shame that rude salespeople ruined an otherwise great opportunity for us to support local business.

Jennifer the Manager is the bomb . She resolved my issue in the best professional way today, she was fair, and truly the woman is a legend . Makes me wanting to consign with them more as long as she is running the business. I was impressed the way she handled a very upset person I was today with a sale.Apologised like a pro and moved on, ending it with a great success. She cuts to the chase making it easy on both sides.

Ive been there many times. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. The purses are locked up and you have to look and ask for what you wnat to look at more but that didnt bother me at all. I feel thats very normal for alot of places with expensive merchandise. They are a small fraction of the price there then anywhere else. I bought many items which I tend to do since the items are so much cheaper than anywhere else. The quality is always great and I appreciate the staffs help in this pandemic. Thankyou ladies.

Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They have a great selection of high end clothing at this consignment. They even offer sales according to color tag. Percent off varies based on which color tag the item has. If I had one complaint, I think the prices are a wee bit expensive, almost retail on some items.

Tried to get the sales lady to look at clothes that were designer...wouldnt look said had to have appointment...because next apt. Was coming at 3...3:15 no show..still wouldnt take 5 minutes.

Very happy with the purchases I have made at Clotheshorse. Their items are spectacular and are sold at very reasonable prices. Most other consignment stores have similar items but are marked way more than here. The ladies there have always been friendly and helpful.

This is my first go to shop when I need new clothes, as I think its better to have a few good, quality outfits than a lot of cheap ones. The service is great, even when I go in looking like an unmade bed. Ive gotten some deals better than anything youll see on Poshmark, eBay or similar - with the added benefit of trying them on beforehand. For example, I recently picked up a Carolina Herrera suit for just over $200. It still had the price tag on, and the original price was $2,600!

Stock is low, prices are to high for consignment. May do better with a sale at the department store.

The ladies that work here are fabulous. I sold one of my LV bags there and it was such a smooth and pain free experience. I definitely recommend Clotheshorse Anonymous! :)

A great place to find really good deals!I came here with my mom to buy her a bag for her birthday. Shes very picky however the staff helped her find a Chanel bag she really liked! The approachable lady staff was very attentive and gave me a good price.Honestly the purse looks brand new and Im pretty sure I got it for a steal!

Was shopping there today. The clerk was very rude. Told me that their purses was locked and I would need to ask for help. I have been shopping with them since they was in their old location across the street. I was watched the whole time which caused a bad experience. Not friendly to black customers.

I purchased the cutest Prada Peep Toe Pumps from here! And a lovely Zara tote! I love to style hunt and they always come through with a few gems.The reason I gave it 1 star is because of the service. I was born and raised in Texas so I’m used to the southern pleasantries that are really just a tolerance mechanism for people that look like me. About that, I’m 4”11, 120 Lbs (oh, and I’m black) but apparently my presence made me a target for passive aggressive customer service tactics. (The greeting acknowledging you’ve been seen followed by being followed and watched the entire time I was in the store.When I came to the register I was asked for me phone number to sign up for the rewards program but I declined because this will be my last time visiting this store. There are a dozen other local stores that I can give my business to. But I know all too well how this goes. Their pockets won’t be affected so their actions will go unnoticed Or unchecked. The clientele they keep isn’t concerned with the issues of the socially and financially inept.

I’m honestly extremely disappointed with my experience for the first time today. I was shopping with my mother, who absolutely loved this store oh my gosh. However, it was a really uncomfortable experience. While looking at the purses, my mother was told “we keep the purses locked” as if she was a thief! Like, did you not see that she was currently wearing a Louis Vuitton Monogram Speedy 40? While i was wearing a Louis Vuitton GM Ebene Neverfull? How awful. Never returning. Clearly, not very welcoming towards minorities.

Attempted to sale my fairly new Fendi bag with the dustbag and proof of purchase without even looking at my bag I was rudely told that they don’t buy. Although I’ve not only purchased from here previously but sold as well. Sent my friend up there with the same bag and she was provided an offer. The Caucasian blessing and racial profiling at its best. Left a message for the manager and no one returned the phone call.

Ive shopped here for over 10 years, great curated selections ranging from low to high end (hello $700 herve leger!) Many pieces still have the neimans tag attached. Helpful staff give kind, honest feedback in the fitting rooms. My closet is full of quality pieces that I otherwise could not afford, and I am not participating in textile and clothing waste by shopping here! Great gem in Dallas.

I love CHA! They have a great inventory featuring high end designer labels: Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, and Miu Miu (my favorite!) to moderately priced must haves like Lululemon, and James Perse. (I scored some vintage Ferragamo sandals and treated myself after spring cleaning -CHA offers great consignment, and the take-in staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend.

DO NOT CONSIGN YOUR ITEMS HERE!!!! According to their contract the amount that they sell it in the store is supposed to be a 50/50 split. That is not the case. They price your items way higher than what they put on the paper they give you about the retail price. Had I not gone in the store to grab a pair of boots I had consigned w/them that I sold online I wouldn’t have known. I grabbed all but one item as Im not going through racks and racks of clothing and the 4 other items had already sold. On the paper they sent me they were selling my boots for $75 I get in the store and they are selling my boots for $103 so I checked my other 3 pairs of shoes and all of the prices are higher than what they told me.

Ive loved CHA since discovering it almost 15 years ago, and have referred many colleagues and friends, especially those looking for evening and special occasion attire. I, too, have noticed the feeling of being followed, especially of late. But Ive chalked it up to the influx of workers who seem not to have much retail or luxury retail experience. This notwithstanding, everyone is always warm and helpful. My favorite was a cute and very knowledgeable stylist named Victor who is no longer there. He picked a very daring Roberto Cavalli that Ive worn only twice: but each time it was a show-stopper! I never would have had the courage to try it on, but for his suggestion.

This store is well over priced to be a consignment store. I also found two bags that were knock offs, I asked how do they verify authenticy and they said some customers bring in receipts.
