It’s was alright but it down the drain they never have a appointment it’s always a month Waite and they only take one patient per family member they close at 11 to one

Dr. Kumar is really nice! He explains everything that’s going on in your eyes and your prescription as well as what is a good add on Ake what’s going to be changed. They staff is all very nice and well. Been coming here for like 5 years.

I believe that the doctor was very nice and thorough. I think the office was well kept, and the staff was okay. I felt some of them could have been a little bit more welcoming in a sense. But all in all I believe it was a good experience. I appreciate the doctor being willing to still see my son even though we were a little late. I wasnt able to get off of work on time. Some doctors make you reschedule. So I really appreciate that.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. When I made an appointment for my 2.5 year old I asked if they were kid friendly, they said they were. I went in and the appointment was late. She got her eye drops and we waited for more testing. My daughter, being 2.5 was not a fan as this was all new to her. We then went and waited for the doctor. I got my daughter calmed down and ready to see the doctor and he comes is yelling, so youre the kid thats screaming bloody murder. Then proceeded to talk very loudly and having my daughter feel uncomfortable. After the test was done and the doctor went out of the room so we could leave, he made it a point to come back and tell me, as a mother, that he can see where she gets her eyes crossed, from me. He then told me it was MY FAULT my daughter has eye problems. I left in tears. Never again will I take my child there. I will drive 3 hours to take her to a kid friendly place before I ever go back.

I love this place, its awesome!! Everyone is wonderful!! My mother also had to go this year and she could not stop talking about how nice the staff was, Im extremely pleased!

I do not like the building location, but the service is great. Got my first pair of glasses there at the age of 32. Lost them a year later and they ordered the same pair for me over the phone. I kept losing my signal and phone kept hanging up. The nice lady called me back when I wasnt gonna call back because it was getting frustrating. They are nice people!

Terrible customer service and they treat medicaid patients differently than others. They will not contact you to tell you your prescription is ready as promised at the time of payment. They will call you a liar when you tell them they didnt call or leave a vm. I contacted them the day they said they called me and I was told they werent ready, only to receive different info later. I called 17 times and nobody answered the phone for 2 days. Needless to say my kids started school without glasses for a week ehen they were ready to be picked up. Thanks for nothing.

Dr is awesome but my experience was horrible I didn’t know anything about glasses it was my first time and I was never told about the different things I needed to pay for for the glasses I thought that was just the type of lense idk so I didn’t even get anything I needed and now I have to pay more when I could have paid 2 weeks ago but now idk if I should just change doctors bc they didn’t explain anything to me so now I’m uncomfortable and btw when I was complaining the dr was sitting there listening not tryna help at all so I’m getting a second opinion now

I have been going to Dr. Kumars office for at least 5-6 years. All of my extended family visits them for any eye care needs also. We have tried several other doctors in the DFW and have not found anyone who will even come close to Dr. Kumar. He is very knowledgeable and a few years ago he updated all of his equipment to new state of the art eye care technology. Also, they are very affordable on their prices. 5 star service.

Dont count on them for purchasing eyewear. My lenses came out melted twice now. Im having to wait a month and a half for my new glasess. TERRIBLE. Ive never had this much trouble elsewhere.

Ive been with this doctor since 08 and it stared off really well. There was only three employees besides the doctor and they were very nice. You could always call and get an appointment within the week or so.My recent experiences have not been so good. The staff has grown and they are not so polite. The wait is unbearable even when you get to your appointment 30 mins early you still end up waiting about 30 to an hour past your appointment time to be seen. Its hard to get an appointment within a two week span. I called on the 2nd and the first available appointment was the 30th.Sometimes growth compromises services, but it dont have to be. Anyone can be polite.

Terrible service. The receptionists need more training, they dont know how to send the bill to the insurance company, they send it to the patient. One of the receptionists did an eye exam on my daughter, the doctor only went to the exam room to ask her some questions, he didnt make sure everything was okay. The glasses wont work. I ended up taking her somewhere else. I hope they have already improved the service.
