I had a phenomenal experience 2 weeks ago when I came in for a new pair of glasses. Maria helped me and was very patient with me as I must have tried on over 50 pairs of glasses. Due to Covid they sanatize each pair after try on and she sanitized over a dozen pairs for me to try on. She was also very knowledgeable and patient while talking me through the benefits and different buying options. We also carried on a fun conversation, and I enjoyed getting to known her. I highly recommend the Visionworks at Northpark.

First & last time I’ll ever go here. I had to go back 3 times for them to give me the wrong prescription all those 3 times! I was seeing perfectly fine with the contacts I had before going but I just wanted to be on the safe side & get my yearly check up! Now I have to pay all over Again to get my eyes check somewhere else 😑

Candice is a phenomenal associate. Her patience is unmatched, attitude is stellar, very personable and is a wealth of information. On more than one occasion Candice tagged teamed both my mother and I (which can be a tall order) and she did so flawlessly! I will cut the ranting and raving short because I can do so endlessly.To note, the customer service did not stop at Candice. The ladies of Vision Works Northpark Dallas are all a joy to interact with, are able to steer you in the right direction for styles that are both fashionable and practical and provide expert advice when needed. I came in to the optometrist next door for my annual eye exam. I have a medical exemption so instead of wearing a mask I wear a face shield. The staff at the eye doctor were wonderful and accommodating. The staff inside the Vision works were not. In fact, they REFUSED me service because I could not wear a mask (apparently face shields are not acceptable.) The ladies from the eye doctor spoke to the store manager explaining my circumstance and they still refuse. I will be filing an affidavit of discrimination. They lost 2 customers that day- myself and hubby. There is ZERO logic behind this rule especially when social distancing is in place.

Lucy was very helpful. She was attentive, warm, and friendly. She dealt with my indecisiveness and we still managed to get everything taken care of beyond means.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to be assisted by Lucy. It was clearly evident from the beginning that she is familiar with what customer service means. I was only needing lenses for my existing new frames that I brought with me, and my wife needed frames and lenses. I have been coming to this Vision Works location at North park for 3 years. Had always been a great experience for me as Lucy was the one running the show then. However, in September of 2020 I had gone for my annual exam next door with the eye doctor and it was time to get a new pair of glasses and I wanted to try out contact lenses for the first time. Lucy helped me pick out a pair though I was hesitant trying out metal frames vs. plastic frames that I usually go for. When I received my new metal frames now September, and I tried on in the store, I felt my vision is blurry and something doesn’t seem right with these glasses. I mentioned it to them at the time but they just brushed it away. I went home and started wearing this new pair for 5 months confused as to why I cannot see with these glasses. I doubted myself in the beginning but got fed up with not being able to see. I drive myself to the store and Candice was the on duty assistant manager. I told her I can’t see with these glasses but she really lacked in her listening skills. She wanted to send me back to the eye doctor for another exam but didn’t even measure this pair on her microscope OR look at the frame on my face to determine where the problem could be.After insisting that she does the necessary problem solving steps she finally looked into the lenses and frame on my face and sure enough after she measured it the lenses were not centered. The right lense was higher then the left side lense. They should have listened and checked this in September when I first brought it up to their attention. 3 months later, now I still don’t have the corrected glasses. They failed to provide me my glasses during my yearly insurance benifits I have.

Super customer service! Shannon helped me select frames for glasses and sunglasses. She understood exactly what my insurance would cover. I have a strong prescription that requires precise measurement of the frames; placement of the lens is critical and Shannon was very careful to document everything so that my glasses would work well for me.I appreciate her knowledge of the products available through Visionworks.Thanks, Shannon!

I went to sun glass hut and the went to lens crafters and I finally ran into vision works and I tell y’all it’s was a joy. They fixed my glass in less than 3 minutes. And Albert was the one that made it happen!

Got glasses here and was hoping to have a good experience but customer service wasn’t the best. When I ordered my glasses and when I picked them up the people who helped me seemed annoyed to help me. I had an old pair from VisionWorks and was hoping to get the screw replaced since the lens fell off but the girl didn’t even look the glasses and just told me to go where I bought them which is in Fort Worth but what ever. Was going to tell them to fix my address since it was typed completely wrong but figured it’d be too much to ask for and didn’t really matter since I wont be shopping here again.

Terrible service, unprofessional staff. They were not knowledgeable and not helpful with my questions. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Went to Visionworks to get my glasses adjusted after crushing them in my school bag. Krystal was able to get them back to like new condition and even changed out my nose pads for FREE! VisionWorks at North Park mall is my glasses store. I keep going back to that location because the sales associates are very professional, courteous and helpful. Today Michael was very accommodating and took the time to find the perfect glasses for me. I didnt feel rushed or uncomfortable trying many different pairs and Michael was very honest about how the glasses looked on me, which I greatly appreciated. I have not gotten this type of 1st class service from any other eye glasses store and the prices were great. Thank you Michael and Thank you Vision Works.

I received a call from her reminding me that It was almost time for my yearly exam. She invited me in for some great promotions and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Chapman on my behalf. I used my insurance to get my everyday pair of glasses, and she also helped me find 2 cute pairs of readers for $59! You cant beat that! This optical by far was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I was not a customer but as of today I am. I came in on Saturday and The Manager Shannon greeted me and quickly help fix my glasses. She didn’t even question where I got them she quickly fixed them. Just great service!

I bought a new pair of progressive glasses from the Mockingbird location that were fully loaded with non-glare/night vision, digital lenses that I LOVED! About 3 weeks after that I walked into a glass door and broke off the left stem. Mockingbird sent me to Fast Fix in the mall, but they could not fix them and directed me to the VisionWorks across the hall from them. I spoke with Rachel and got some of the BEST Customer service Ive had in my ENTIRE 60 yr life. She called the Mockingbird store to see if I had insurance on my glasses - which I did not, but she found the same frames on sale in her store and got my lenses transferred over AND gave me a 25% discount on them. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour - happy as a clam! I have great Vision insurance and like to get new glasses each year. Usually, I go to the Mockingbird store - but from now on, Ill be giving the North Park store as their attention to detail and customer experience is AWESOME!!!

This was my first time visiting Visionworks, I saw reviews and I was in need of a quick fix on my glasses. Sure enough, Evan, was nice and quick to take care of me. I am definitely coming back when my insurance starts over!!!

Most efficient, helpful and kind staff at any eyeglass store I have ever been too! I went in to pick up contacts for my fiance and decided that since he really needed glasses I would wing the process without him being there. The girls helped me choose frames that would work not only for his face but with the lenses (he is blind so they can be pretty thick) and not only did they nail it, the whole experience took 30 minutes, I left and returned about an hour and half later and they handed all my goodies over, gorgeous sparkly new glasses and the contacts and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this location to anyone! Thanks again girls!

I was extremely pleased with my expierence today stumbling upon this Visionworks location. Though I didnt not buy today I will for sure be returning to buy from this location in the near future. Not only do they have a great selection of frames, I also met the most friendly sale associate. It is not often you meet a young person who really has the customer service skills that are so important when It comes to working a retail position. She asked all the right questions to make me feel as if she genuinely cared about how my day was going and what my needs were when it came to my glasses. Had a wonderful expierence with Candice and Krystal this past Sunday. I went in to by sunglasses but in the process shared some concerns I had with an old pair. I previously went to 4 different stores looking for the perfect eyeglasses and I was fortunate enough to have Destiny, the general manager of the store, assist me with my purchase. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff there have excellent customer service greeting you and willing to help.

I originally called yesterday to see what I could do about the frame I had just broken. An extremely polite young lady named Krystal answered the phone and quickly started telling me what she could do to help. The first option was to just replace the $160 frame, but then she asked if I had insurance. I gave her the info that she requested and she told me she didnt want me to hold because she was unsure how long the insurance would take and offered to call me back. She called back within 5 minutes! She said she could get me a brand new complete pair and a replacement frame for my current lens ALL for $112! Not only that but she had a frame in stock and would be happy to pop the lens out of my broken pair and put them in the new if I could get up to the store before she left for the day, which I did! Now I will have a back up pair in case I ever find myself in a bind like this again. I am telling you she has the best phone etiquette and customer service I have ever seen and she is just as delightful in person, if she is not a manager for Visionworks she should be. I will be returning to see her any and everytime I need a repair or a new pair of glasses.
