They sold me some old Bigen Semi Permanent Hair Color and I dye my hair..And it didnt work. So I tryed it again got same results..JJ Beauty Supply is selling old products to you..Please be aware..

I so love this beauty supply store ..its in a really great location and they have the supplies that I need when I go ..its not too big yet not too small its a just right size store.. the people there are so so so friendly ..I love the fact that they have beautiful brown skin sisters that work at the store that are the same color as myself ..it makes me want to continue to shop there and when I say brown skin I mean all shades of brown including the beautiful Hispanic woman that works at the front register also ...they are very helpful to their customers and they handle issues very well without stepping out of character .. l say that because I actually witnessed a situation that happened at the store yesterday where a customer got an attitude and was cussing because she was charged for something that she did not necessarily want and was not meaning to buy the product that they sold at the store... they were more than happy to refund her money although she was acting like a foolish ghetto woman with a loud mouth ..they handled the situation very well without stepping out of character ..awesome job ladies to all three of you that work at this location.. job well done🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Dont do beauty supply houses cuz Im a man I got nieces and nephews and nieces to go up there and girlfriend but I dont doing so I wouldnt know the holler later but I read them good cuz they have some beautiful wigs sometimes for these skis is running around here

Well i visit this one store once and I was very please, I remember how the young lady was so kind and patient with me and never skip a beat, and Had a nice smile on soon as I got her attention matter fact.and one other thing i did not realize till days later that I had visit one of the other stores they operate in the 76119 area a few times. and they also very kind and respectful, really tries to go out the way for their customer.. I believe that may be same company.. (:- }...(;>).....^^ill be back thats a fact!!!!! ...%-}

They had what I was looking for, and normally I do like going to this store for most of my beauty needs. However my last encounter with the owners here was unpleasant. I was being watched like a hawk as though they assumed me to be a their and it bothered me heavily. I was literally wearing a tank top and shorts, what was I going to steal wearing that? I didnt even have a purse, but ok. I wont likely be going here again. No thank you.

Horrible service . VERY RUDE saw them being rude to the customers in front of me then when it was my turn I was waiting to pay and the guy started to waste time trying to get with me when I was trying to just pay and leave he then took his time staring at my license then saying he couldnt see my name . how you can not see a name on my license which all licenses have names on them. He was trying to waste more of my time and I already showed him how I was not interested in him then he continued and I ended up leaving because he was so unprofessional I called and asked to speak to a manager. I believe he answered and said there not here when I asked what is the managers name he said he doesnt know. I asked if he works there and doesnt know the managers name and he said yes. Them he said I dont need to know the managers name or to talk to the manager. I told him I do need to speak to a manager and he said I dont need to he is highly unprofessional and if a manager allows their employees to talk like that then this location is not one for people to invest their money in there are better options
