The assistants were so accommodating. They helped us with the perfect items for two gifts, then wrapped them in their special fabric. I needed a special soap and the assistant pointed me in the right direction. Besides everything smells so good.Who knew they made not only bath bombs, but also shower bombs?

This is a small store which I like because the employees can see and help you if you need it. They have a greeter who sends you in the right direction. They have a nice selection of bath bombs, which is why I went to visit. It wasnt too overwhelming.I had a wonderful lady at checkout. She was so professional and kind. I wish she was working every time I visit.

I love this location! The staff was really accommodating and helpful. They were all knowledgeable about product and went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. They require masks which is a relief, although I was the only patron for my visit. The staff were wearing their masks properly as well.Im a lifetime Lushie, so I visit any location I can, and this one was not a let down. Go here for good service and sociable and helpful staff!

I went there a few weeks ago (I am just now getting around to writing this review) but everyone was so helpful and nice. It made shopping there really easy. Kate was wonderful and helped me pick a gift and gave me some recommendations for myself as well!

Amazing staff! Everybody who was working there was so helpful! They answered all my questions in great detail, gave small samples to find the best fit for me, gave other recommendations, and even sent me home some other samples to try. Will go back again!

The staff here helped find us a birthday gift for our friend. It was also not over priced.

Lush was great. They were very sanitizing, they had limited people to not spread any diseases, they made you use hand sanitizer just in case we had any bacteria. They informed you on the products they had and didn’t have but did tell us where we could find it. Theyre products looked like amazing quality and the smell was AMAZING!!! Some people from my school took a field trip to this mall and in the mall some people went to the store named lush fresh handmade and before you enter the store you smell a good smell that leads you into the store named lush . Lush is a cool store to shop in for home made cosmetics they also had everything organized they had some paintings on there wall it’s like every store has some type of art in the stores they had some smell good fragrance and was very sanitary so I suggest anyone who loves home made cosmetics to go to this store 💗

2 days before Valentine’s Day. One day before Valentine’s weekend Lush NorthPark closed early. I called the Galleria store to see if they were open and they were closing at 6 due to weather. Which is slightly more understandable. But if corporate is allowing you to close at 6, that is not closing the doors at 5:30 and closing the store at 5:30. One would think the day before a romantic holiday weekend they’d want all the business they could get.

It was the first time for me. I just went to shopping with my friend because she wants to buy a good product here. I met Gabby. She was a wonderful employee here. I impress the way she treat us. She has an awesome service, but it is the last day that she works in this store. I decide to take my BF here to buy the Scrubee Body Butter. It is so good for my skin and his skin. If it had 100 stars, I would give Gabby 1000 stars.

My boyfriend and I went to the north park lush and loved it! A lady named Kate (hope I spelt it right) helped us, and she definitely made our first experience amazing!

Lush drives you in before you enter the door, the clean refreshing smells take you to another place of Zen.I recently tried American Cream shower gel.I love the fresh notes of strawberries and oranges its my new go to for shower gel. If you havent indulged you should take a step in they also have samples to try before you buy and also after purchasing the products in the black pots if you save 4 of the pots when your finished using them you can wash them out and come back for a free refrigerated pot.

Sadly, they were out of many items, but we still walled away with PLENTY of delicious soaps, a mask, and bathbombs. The lovely gal who helped us (sadly I dont recall her name) was beyond wonderful and so very helpful!

The customer experience is inconsistent and is starting to get worse by the visit. I’ve been going throughout the whole pandemic and instead of them learning to handle their customers they are going backwards. The employees were rude and don’t know how to deliver clear expectations or know how to follow up properly. I was told to wash my hands because we could touch things now, then they got upset when I smelled a product and was told to ask for a sample, and then they didn’t want to give me a sample when I asked and was told to come back another time.

They have great customer service and there was 2 ladies that worked there and created a fun experience for me.

Updated review- went back recently and they were fully stocked on products again.

Lush has been a favorite of mine for several years. Recently I visited the Northpark location and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nick. This was one of the best customer service experiences i have had. I definitely look forward to returning soon.

Rude employees!! I was told we couldnt take our mask off in the store, which is fine... but we could sniff things inside containers. When my daughter and I were smelling soaps the lady at the door came over and ripped them from our hands and raised her voice to us. We never took our masks off and she scolded us like children! I almost told her off. I chose to take the high road. I will never return. If I want Lush I well prefer online. Horrible experience.

Wife loves the bath booms. Went to store as they had more gift options than online. Friends staff helped me find the right gift.

The staff was helpful, wasnt alot of people in store at once. They do monitor the door and only allow certain amount of people in. We got what we wanted had help gift wrapping good experience.

I discovered this store while I was in Las Vegas. Im glad I did! Their products are amazing and smell delicious!!! There is a soap I bought to help with sore muscles and it works like magic on my legs & feet. The body wash leaves my skin soft & smelling good! The best part, they dont do any animal testing!!! Products were great, staff was friendly. Stock seemed little low to me as I was looking for bigger bottle of body gel. Store was spacious and lots of bath bomb options were available at the store! Since it’s in the big mall, lots of LUSH lovers and lots of LUSH beginners were mixed in the store to shop. easy to grab staff to learn about products, but also need to be careful not to grab the products other customer “tried” and decided not to get ..

Adore this location. Its in a much larger space within in the mall than it was before and Im happy they moved because they definitely needed more room to accommodate the foot traffic they consistently get. There is always someone ready to help you if youre a first timer or if youre seasoned shopper in the store looking for one particular item. Their products are the only ones I use on my skin because they do not irritate my eczema like many other brands from the grocery or drug store.Anyone, female or male, who has skin ailments should definitely check them out. I will never go back to any other store brand for my skin.

My roommate and I are trying to live a life with less waste. This store is great with that without sacrificing any quality. In fact, the stuff here is much more high quality than usual products I would get that arent cruelty free or in recycled/recyclable containers. Super helpful staff, and great products! Very nice location with a wide variety of items. Most items are costly but given that all are made from natural materials and have lasting effects such as bath bombs making you smell good all day long its worth it. The staff is very talkative though and often push people to buy items so just be weary.

Everyone in Lush is absolutely friendly and glad to help out! They all know a lot about skincare and whatever I need, theyre always happy to help. Its great getting to stop and talk for a while with people about skin types and what might help with problem skin and hair!

I always had trouble with my hair. I first went to this place few years back by accident. It smelled so good I had to check it out, now all my personal care products come from here. All the employees are really knowledgeable they will recommend whats best for you. What I love about this place is that they let you have samples so you can see whether you like the products or not.Did I mention cruelty free? And 100% natural?

I love this store! Everyone that approached us as we shopped had a great attitude and several recommended products to us. Each staff person was enthusiastic and attentive. This store is located on the second floor of NorthPark Mall. It is very spacey, which is good because they have a large assortment of products. The location is high energy and the music is almost like being at a concert. I purchased two bath balls and a few other random items. Lush has great products that are environmentally friendly.

Regret that I cant remember the employees name. Young fair skinned Hispanic with glasses and brown curly hair. She had impressively extensive knowledge of all the products I was asking about, offered me samples, and didnt make me feel pressured to purchase anything. Such a great experience.

Ive always liked this store but had a creepy experience Sunday, greeted by a sales person within feet of entering, she kept staring at me and saying how are you to which I replied each time, 2 feet more another person and I said again I was fine and just looking, 2 more feet and standing where I was going to make a purchase and a third person plus the other two standing there asking to help me. I just left after feeling so uncomfortable. I know they meant well but all retail sales should know there is over kill to offering help. They need some training on the customer experience and allowing space to look. Went to the website for my order instead.

I love Lush products, however at this particular location I was bombarded with overbearing sales associates and it completely ruined my experience. I know they mean well but sometimes I just want to get in and out without having a full on conversation or being pushed to buy new products. Please have employees learn how to read situations and not press on further! Will not be going back.

This is my favorite place in the world! How can you not walk in after the enticing floral magical scents sweep you off your feet and into the friendliest store in NP Mall! The customer service is the best i have experienced! Everyone is so positive, helpful, kind, friendly and genuinely interested in helping you find the best products for you! I love their products, their ethics, and the nontoxic goodies. I have sensitive skin and honestly Lush products are gentle and effective. My current favorites: cherry lipscrub, scrubee, sleepy face balm, tea tree face balm, and the shimmer balm!

My first time being there today it was pretty awesome. I only bought 1 massage bar but I just ended to go back a nd buy more. The smell if the cosmetics are amazing and all items being 100% vegetarian is pretty amazing.

Christmas releases are exciting! Vanilarry body spray and Gingerbread Sparkle Jar will make great gifts for myself and friends. Charity Pot is my perennial favorite. Staff Is always pleasant, especially Nina.

Over powering smell, too much going on. I couldnt believe that one bar of soap cost $10! Insane pricing! I dont care how health conscious your products are, Im fine using alternative products also made of safe ingredients at half the cost or less. This is a luxury item, unnecessary and I did not have a pleasant experience. Someone gave me a bath bomb but there was no difference between one from here and another competitor. Will not shop here.

Great place! A lot of products. Has a strong smell inside, that can make you dizzy, but iy smells great. Employees are friendly and always come to help, sometimes it can even be too much, when you dont need any.

Great friendly staff. Alittle more expensive, but well worth it. You can try just about all products and even have an employee show you how to use them in the store. Not everything is vegan, but they do have a good amount of vegan items.

Thank you for wasting my time! I came in and purchased gifts for my child, get home a realize they aren’t in the bag. Call in and the rep that answered the phone was extremely nice and offered a free bath bomb for my trouble. Said to come back in and it would be under my name in the cabinet. I mentioned it wasn’t necessary as I am leaving town but she insisted and said that it would be in the cabinet when I get back so I said thank you. I decided to go ahead and take a small side track the night before heading out of town and came to the store to pick up the bath bomb for my child and the original sales rep that sold me all of the items and helped me pick out my purchases was standing there and didn’t even say hello then the sales rep that was helping me tried to charge me for the robot after I told her three times that it was on hold for me in the cabinet. I know it’s only a $5 bath bomb but I shouldn’t have had to make 2 trips to get it. I will not be returning and I wish I could return all of the items that I did purchase in the first place!!!!!!! Not worth $100 freaking dollars!
