First of all this store is such a positive environment where all of the faculty are so polite and optimistic. Second of all their products are phenomenal as well as greatly priced for the satisfaction you receive from them. George was our sales person and he did an excellent job explaining the items. The store set up was welcoming and we had water in a champagne glass. With that being said the products are good so far and really gives a deep clean. The scrub is one that is unlike any other. I do however feel that the other products are just okay. I would have to wait to see the long term results.

While visiting the Dallas area I was welcomed into the Orogold by a friendly employee. I was hesitant to try the products because I’m a very loyal customer to Avon. I’m SO glad I tried out their 24k peel and vitamin c moisturizer. I use it regularly and it has done nothing but improve the look and feel of my skin. I highly recommend these products. I will visit then again next time I’m in Dallas.

I was recently introduced to Oro Gold Cosmetics and so far, I am delighted with the products that I ended up purchasing for my wife. I had purchased the Vitamin C Cleanser and the Vitamin C Serum and both products make my wifes skin feel nourished and very fresh. The sales lady who helped me out at the store was really helpful as well. She offered free demonstrations of both products and even went on to explain exactly how to use the product and how much to use. I was surprised to see that you needed so little product. This should actually last my wife for a really long time.

I have been using Orogold products for quite some time, but I got a chance to visit another store just recently. Unfortunately, they don’t have a store in the city I live in. I was recently in Texas for some work and I made it a point to visit their Dallas store. I found the store to be very exciting. The sales representatives were fantastic and everything was elegantly placed. I even purchased a few products for my husband from their 24K Men’s Collection.

I receive monthly facials in the store and I’m very pleased with my skin improvements. I love how friendly the staff is every time I visit.

If you like pushy sales people who use shady, used car sales/bait and switch tactics, then youve found your store. Ive used just about every line of skincare and I would rate this good. The young man who helped me started at one price then cut it in half stating he was giving me a VIP membership price (those who have spent over $10,000 in a year!) YES, that is what it will cost if you get roped into their tactics and what I believe to be fixed pictures and graphics they quickly pull up to show you how great their results are and what prices normally are...which you can easily educate yourself on by searching on Amazon. If youre interested in these products, try them online, but save yourself lots of trouble and do NOT go to this store. Galleria Dallas needs to boot this shady business out the door!

I work right next to Oro Gold at The Galleria Dallas and the associates NEVER speak to me. I had to ASK for a sample one day and still not a word was said to me. I guess I will go to another location to buy the products.

Wow I am incredibly impressed. Ive been battling with bad skin for a few years now, I have tried every face product under the sun. A friend of mine suggested I tried orogold products as she had an amazing outcome from doing the facials there. I gave it a shot, yes the products are a bit expensive but it is totally worth it, for once I feel comfortable in my own skin, I no longer feel insecure about my skin anymore! I highly recommend using orogold products.

They also opperate a flat iron kiosk with Sapphire hair products. I wasnt happy with the product because when I got home and checked it was not the same flat iron they had used on me! I tried to return it but they refused. They DONT DO REFUNDS. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH OROGOLD AND SAPPHIRE HAIR PRODUCTS. Dealing with them has been a nightmare.Update: I filed a BBB complaint and because you have failed to respond to them within the normal 22 day time frame. The BBB has informed me that this outcome will be reflected into your review by the BBB. Please understand the BBB has agreed to support my case with my lawyer.

First of all Orogold skincare is more than great. I waisted a lot of money looking for a good products for my sensitive/dry skin before I found Orogold. After using it for two months there is no way I can ever go back to any of my previous moisturizers and serums. I am happy to have Galleria store close to my home so I can consult sales associate about my needs. I had nothing but a positive experience with the people working at the store.All of the bad reviews I am seeing here look like same angry customer was bashing the store for a bad service and than you have 50+ reviews about great associates and products. I am having a very hard time to believe anyone had a bad experience at Orogold Galleria.

I have been using Orogold products for 5 – 6 months and my skin has dramatically changed. My journey with Orogold wasn’t all smooth sailing. The first time I used their products, I developed some sort of allergy. I went to their store to complain and they made me sit down with their skin consultant to determine what had happened. We later discovered that the reaction was because of one of the ingredients that didn’t suit my skin. They immediately switched my products and offered me something else. And true to their word, the product really worked this time around. Excellent customer service.

I really love such luxurious brands, but I still cannot get myself to pay that kind of money on skin care. My sister loves Orogold and has all sorts of Orogold products. I tried out one of their moisturizers while I was at her house for a vacation and really, the product was amazing. I absolutely fell in love with this product and I’m thinking that maybe I’ll add one or two Orogold products into my skin care routine. If you’re looking for luxurious skin solutions, this is the best place to be.

I went to the Orogold store the last weekend and found it to be one of the most genuine skin care brands. They offer their customers with all sorts of luxury services like free skin consultations and free product demonstrations and their staff are really helpful and polite. I was introduced to the Orogold 24K Termica collection and I really loved that whole heating thing. My skin also looked younger and smoother after the product demonstrations and I was already sold. But, they went and did one up by offering me a free facial of the 24K Termica Mask in their VIP room. Really cool stuff. I ended up purchasing the entire Termica collection and I don’t regret purchasing it one bit.

I just received the Orogold 24K Essentials on my birthday from my grandmom and got to try it out today. This product might look really beautiful, but it works even better. My skin feels so smooth and looks much better ever since I started using these products from Orogold Cosmetics. Of course, grandmas always know best when it comes to the skin. Thanks grannie and thank you Orogold. I look more beautiful now.

Each time you walk by this store, there are a group trying push things to try at you. When I did go in, the high pressure sales is on. After I did purchase something and within a week went to return a product in original bag, unopened, undamaged they will only give a store credit. Beware.

If a sample is lured into the shop there smears such a greasy type of things on your face so that you look younger (it works and you look younger) but the staff is very pushy and tries to sell something all the time though you dont want anything! The products are certainly good, but as I said, this intrusive type is not possible
