This location on Polk and Wheatland is the best I love it. From crops to wigs this place is for the sisters.

I like this beauty supply store better than Ebony beauty on Polk& Camp wisdom. The energy in this store is just better to me.

Prices soooooooo high on wigs!One braided hair wig was $22 dollars less at the beauty supply store down the street and I back up there and purchased it.Theyre very well stocked but the price points are way off.

I really like this beauty supply. Found some cute lace fronts for a great deal. The service was good, except I waited forever for the sales associate to bring me the box for my unit. She was nice though, she just kept forgetting about me. I was still a bit annoyed cause I had to ask like three other associates was she coming back. But aside from that. Its a big store with a large selection.

The hispanic chicks there were rude and not professional. They are overpriced on their stuff and the girls have a snobby attitude. If I could give them no stars I would.

Did not appreciate the manner in which they watched us while we were shopping. I advised the young girls with me not to touch anything. My girls know to let me know what they want, and I or the staff will get it. We shopped for about 10 minutes and our hand held basket was 1/2 full. I walked towards the front of the isle and the alarm went off. I almost gave them the basket and walked out...Instead I mentioned to them how I felt about them being in our community withdrawing thousands weekly yet after many years there is still a zero amount of respect for The Black race. I would love to tell them to go and set up shop in their neighborhood and treat their own the same as they (mis)treat us. SICK OF IT!

NOT A BLACK OWNED BEAUTY SUPPLY. nonetheless they have many of the same brands not much variety. Customer service is fine, staff is not very up to date on stock. They do not carry Outre at all. Not a lot of crochet hair as far as different curl patterns. Best for half wigs, lace fronts, perms and childrens accessories.

This store is in a convenient area. You can always find really good deals on here items here around back to school and during the holiday season. There is a large selection of hair and accessories to choose from. Styling tools and barber tools are really reasonable.

Do not buy clippers and electronics from here. All sales are final! They will not let you exchange them for another brand even if its unused.

The Lancaster store called the Polk store for the Audrey wig they did not have, and Polk had it! They also have Demi brushes and a host of natural hair products. Make sure to grab a burger two doors down. They are a Dallas must eat.

The entire staff are nice people and they have everything you need and if you cant find it they dont mind helping you! The wig chics are super nice too. They prices are lower than the rest! The selection is good!

This use to be one of my go to spots. I would go out of my way to shop here. Ive been shopping with them since the 90s but recently theyve hired on a new crew and those lil girls seem to think everyone that walk in the door steal. Who wants to be watched while they shop? Majority of us customers are keeping them in business but instead were being treated like criminals. Took my money elsewhere

Dirty store with roaches everywhere!!! Never got any help from any of the employees. When I finally checked out the clerk was VERY RUDE! Thank god I never used the bathroom in there. I could have caught something! Take your money elsewhere because Im sure someone better deserves it.

Went in here with my coworker to get her hair supplies to get her hair done the store is small and congested you have to turn sideways to go down the owls even if you are skinny person the guy at the front desk was rather rude instead of looking at my credit card he just automatically assume because I was a black person that I had cash app and replied to me by saying no no cash app we dont accept cash app which was a little racist to me and I did feel very very offended so I wont be going back to this USA beauty supply store is Jennys would have had what we needed from the beginning we would have never ended up here

Upon entering store no greeting. At the register 2 female Hispanics that did not speak, they carried on a conversation with each other. One rang me up told me price said debit or credit and that was it. Hmmmm I will never give store an other dime.

Dont shop here. I had a lady totally follow me around the store i almost cried because I always shopped here. Before this employee was even an employee ive been a customer but all my money spent and Im still not good enough. Breaks my heart.
