I had a bad experience but it was because of the pharmacy, not the market. I scheduled an appointment to receive the covid vaccine, but they rejected me because I already had another vaccine before. Those pharmaceuticals are quite ignorant

The is one of the best Costcos around. Large parking lot, and plenty of gas pumps. I would like to see them get a tire station to air up the tires like the one in Plano off of 75. I like that they started to separate the organic bananas to the non-organic. The self check out is quick and easy. The self ordering for the eatery is great, if you are ordering a whole pizza. I would stop by there first make your order, then go shopping and it will be done when you are done, unless you take like an hour.

Was yelled at while coming in the store, asking for my card. I had headphones in, it was uncomfortable. I simply left the next min. He did not ask others, just me. Not sure why he singled me out rather than the plenty of Soccer moms. I did not see him card any of them, but people of color. I felt bad for the others he stopped, it was not right. Big clean store. Staff not nice, felt very bad.

I love Costco. They have everything. At great prices! I just upped my membership just so I can get cash back because me and my mom, mostly my mom, spend so much money there. 🤦🏾‍♀️ The staff is always friendly. Costco Dallas is excellent. The gas line gets atrociously long, and I recommend they get the gas first thing in the morning before all the churchgoers get out and run you over in the parking lot.

This Costco has a great location in North Dallas. I’m glad it opened so I don’t have to go to one of the two Plano locations. Staff is friendly and the store is organized. The parking lot is typically full, but you will find a space.

I go to pretty much every Costco within an hour of where I live. Theyre all pretty good. Things are usually in stock. Its usually a pretty good shopping experience.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Costco. Usually it’s great. The phone department really dropped the ball on this one. The store manager wasn’t able to assist. My issue even got escalated to the district manager for the phone department. I was promised I would hear something back within a couple weeks. It has been over a month and I have not heard back from anyone. Pretty much what I expected talking with the staff and the manager. Awful.

My main goal on this trip was to purchase a desktop computer and a few other items. I was able to find what I was looking for, but could not find a Sales Associate to assist me in finding a price on a particular brand of desktop I was looking at. Still purchased the desktop.When it came to pay, I was told to call my bank. When I inquired as to why, I was rudely informed by the cashier my card was declined.After remedying the debit card issue, I was taken care of and then abruptly dismissed by Im guessing a manager or whatnot.I chose this Costco because it is about a mile and a half from where I currently live. My next Costco run will be at a further location.I wasnt even offered the warranty plan for the monitor or desktop I purchased. Sad.

Costco ...one stop solution for all your household and kitchen needs,You can buy almost everything which we need in house.This is members club, they give different discounts on different items in different time.You need to keep visiting then or keep checking online for deals.There pizza is also very good, you can eat there or do take out also.

I Must say this a cool place if not a bit overwhelming! I was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of organic products they have!! AND they even had some great spring clothes to purchase for cheap! Such good bulk deals!And I noticed something else...the employees were really friendly!! Which makes for a much more enjoyable experience while you are perusing all the amazing stuff...its like a treasure hunt!!

This store has sold me more expired items than I can count on both hands. ALSO, the customer service people at check out are very rude, the old man at the self checkout has been seen yelling at older female customers! Just rude, and downright disrespectful. I had to call corporate as I own my own business and would never let a service member disrespect a Woman like this. This used to be my favorite store I dont know what degenerates are running this location. Learn some manners.

My list is short at costco. Toilet paper, paper towels, tuna fish and any clothing that catches my eye. Family size item are too big for the two of us, so my list is short. There are lots of organic products and produce. Checking out is fast and painless. Theres always plenty of staff on hand to expedite the process. Great job Costco!!

Nice place if you come on working days. During the weekend at the day time here is always crowded like black Friday. Staff is always helpful even they already look like tired

We prefer shopping at Costco, mainly because of the merchandise that they carry that are more appealing to our taste compared to Sams. The aisles are spacious with easy to find and locate what you need. This particular location now has a self check out. Its extremely efficient when you have a few things to buy and scan. Dont forget about the hot dog and drink combo for $1.50.

Typical great Costco, fast, friendly. Well stocked and good deals on everything. You wont be disappointed.

I am a handicapped customer who uses a mobility cart to shop. Today when I went to Costco, I went straight to the back to get a case of water put into my cart as it is large and heavy. I wanted to buy a soda at the snack bar before continuing to shop to made my way there. An employee, Eva S. quickly came up and took the case of water out of my cart saying I hadnt paid for it. No kidding, but I am still in the store; and as I said to her, I just wanted a soda and had more shopping to do. Said I could get it after I got my drink. I sat there a bit; upset; and turned around to leave, wherein she wanted to put the water back in my cart. I said that I didnt like being taken for a thief. They have receipt checkers at the front door and it isnt likely a middle-aged, handicapped woman is going to run out the front door with a case of water. Also complained to the customer service desk but that woman looked bored and uninterested. Never shopping at Costco again. I dont need to buy things at a store without compassion for someone my age who just needed a drink to take my meds.

Since its open, they have been improving the selections of the goods quite frequently. And the plus side is that there is a gas station offering very compatible priced gasoline. It requires physical membership card to access the pump. It doesnt allow the card on the Costco app for gas services. There are quite a few selecrions of veggie patties and Taiwanese snacks and desserts, too. :)

So glad to have a Costco nearer central Dallas area, whereas I used to have to travel far North on Central to get to one. Selection is great. Almost always the quality of electronics, food, and clothing is above average. This remains a great local option to keep that membership active when I need to stock up or quantity shop.

The hearing center staff takes good care of me. Ordered replacement hearing aid at no cost. Extra colossal shrimp (U/ 10), organic Millet and brown rice ramen noodles, organic Baby Bella mushrooms, organic lemon juice and sesame tofu made a fabulous Pho with Kombu broth.

Easy to get to and a great location. This place is a great example of what you want in a warehouse club.

This is one of the busier costco parking lots! Only 2 ways in and out, of possible enter from 75/ Churchill way not Coit. That said they have a nice wine selection but no attached liquor store. Clean and easy to navigate plenty of scooters available today which isnt always the case.

Terrible experience at the Tire center. Poor customer service and they acted shady a few different times. Had to go get the tire I bought from them refilled because they left the air in it at 15PSI. Would not recommend this store for tire services at all.

It is a greatest retailer i have been in the states.U find there a lot of offers and discounts that will make you crazy and want to buy stuff even if you dont need it.Also the gas station there is cheaper than else where.Also there is a food section that serves tasty and cheap beef sausages with drink with 1.5 USD.There is a lot of stuff and things there .

I did not understand why store was so packed with people all but one idiot didnt wear mask properly. did not realize people where rushingimto do fast shinning. it was a mob there. someone reminded me it was superbowl day.checkout was a mile long, but line moved very fast .. two or three mins to check out from start of line line. was grateful for super fast check out.

There is one girl that checks the cards at the door and she is rude she do waaaaay to much. She also checks receipts on the way out she is rude there ( I go a lot for work sometimes 3 times in a day if you are wondering) if she miss treats me again imma have to get a manager. So we shopped for 2 hours and while checking out came to know that they only accept Visa Cards. No master cards. This is such a ridiculous rule.They should mention it in the beginning if this is the case. Wasted a lot of time and effort.Writing this in mere frustration.

There is a wide variety of different ethnic foods. However, I think I am going back to Sams. Costco seems to be more expensive on several items that I use, especially their meats! The meat prices are all $1 more per pound at the least, most are even more than that. We buy a lot of our meats in bulk, so the very few items that were less expensive than Sams, didnt make up the difference in pricing.

Great pies and cakes for the holiday season! Apple, pecan, pumpkin, cheesecake, pumpkin cheesecake, and cheesecake factory cheesecake. All are deliscious. I recommend the cheesecake with frozen berries on top (Three Berry Blend also at Costco)

I’m here weekly- always stocked, nice employees, never any issues. My toddler loves when they draw a smile on our receipt :)

The reason why I give this location one star is because of the fact that I was shopping for my groceries and then I picked up some lettuce. The lettuce back in the produce section for the organic read 3.99 for the price and rang up as 4.99 on the register. I informed the cashier, AMBER C, that the price was incorrect and the lettuce back there was actually 3.99. She proceeded to argue with me and then went to the merchandise center and scanned the lettuce for it to ring 4.99. I STILL told her it was incorrect and then she very rudely told me that I was holding up her line and that I needed to pay for my items even though I told her the price was NOT correct. The items were paid for because of the rude customer service and the fact that they REFUSED to fix THEIR issue. I then did their job for them and went to the back where the produce sits and took a picture of the price that was advertised. WHICH SURPRISE, was the price that I told them it was the 3.99. I informed the manager on duty that I was very upset and they did give me my refund back for the dollar difference. BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE AGAIN. Make sure you check the prices at the register and whenever you pick up an item because they will not do their job and fix the prices in the system automatically so you have to pay attention. ITS SAD.

This is the best costco in Dallas metro area only because of self checkout. My shopping cart is less than 10 items and I don’t have to stand in line behind people with 50 items during checkout. Prices are also bit cheaper compared to Rockwall costco.

It is utter chaos. The store badly needs someone directing people to open lanes. All the close lanes have long lines while the middle lanes have only one or 2 people in line. The customers bunch up in line and it is difficult navigating your cart through.

I love how they always have kosher chicken and sometimes turkey. on holidays they will have things like matzah and kosher grape juice too.

I was sitting in the parking lot, as my wife ran inside to get her prescription. I was watching the staff loading an exercise bike into the back of an audi. The staff loaded the exercise bike inside. The driver offered them a tip, which they refused. He tried twice to tip again, but they politely refused. It is either store policy or the way they are trained. I am amazed to see it. Cant help mentioning it. One of the perks shopping at Costco I guess...

I went to Costco on coit rd. 12/31 ...I had my 2 children with me. I also have the executive card. I went to buy groceries to prepare for whole 30, and I bought $168 worth of food. I scanned my own food, had to make room for all my groceries on the weight machine. As I’m walking out, an older white male made sure to stop me and count all my items on my cart. For some reason, the machine didn’t scan a pineapple and a bag of $5.99 potatoes. The cheapest things in my cart. I had a the manager called on me, my items counted another 4-5 times, while my son pointed out my paper towels on the bottom on my cart, which were on the receipt. The manager comes over and looks at my receipt again. While my son and I see the next person with at least 50 items in their cart, get told by the same man.... “don’t worry Buddy, I trust ya” walk out without a doubt.No worries, I paid for my pineapple and potatoes...$8.90+ extra. And I will not ever go to the Dallas location again.... I’ll stick to the west Plano location... where I usually go.

Customer service is awesome! A week ago they forgot to put the eggs I purchased into the cart. Next time I came shopping I mentioned it and they immediately voided my eggs and gave me some to make up for the mistake! The manager in the Mickey Mouse shirt made it happen!

The lanes for gas is wide and organized with white lines on the ground. Took about five minutes to get gas on a weekend which is not too bad.
