Everytime I come Im charge a different price my insurance never on file they send me back and forward dont try to help

Very friendly staff they always answer all my questionsOnly thing I would like the pharmacy to be open a little later so we have more time to pick up medications

Pharmacist demanded I bring him proof that my Drs orders were necessary and proof of my injury before he will honor my Drs prescription.He also changed my Drs prescription order of my daily dosage to half of my Drs daily dosage order. I didn’t realize this until it was time for a refill then the Pharmacist refused to acknowledge what he had done and denied the refill. I had to go see My Dr and he confirmed his orders were changed at the Walmart Pharmacy.My Dr recommend I never go back there and he was upset because a Pharmacist has no right nor Authority to change a Doctors Prescription in any way at all, nor does the Pharmacist have the authority to demand any type of Proof from a Drs Patient.. this is what Drs do they diagnose and remedy a patients health problems by tests and examination and upon these results the Dr then prescribes medicines to help the patient.The Pharmacist fills them and that’s all period!This Walmart Pharmacy is a nightmare and the Pharmacist believes he is above the Doctors.Stay away !

This Walmart Pharmacy is Awesome they are always very very helpful, yes sometimes they are busy but they always go the extra mile for me

Drive thru is the worst. I waited thirty minutes for someone to answer because I didnt want to get the baby out while he was sick and end up having to go inside anyways. Once I got inside there was only two people in line and about five people behind the counter. When I ask why was no one doing drive thru he said they were to busy. After all that I was told that my medicine still wasnt ready even though my doctor called it in that morning and I would have to wait fifteen more minutes. I end up leaving it there because I was so mad.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru for rx that was already ready. Irritating and extremely annoying. Had to actually call from drive thru 3 times

I told three people to fill my prescription and they didn’t get it done now they are closed and now I have to wait until they open tomorrow..hopefully I don’t die overnight I need my asthma meds I normally don’t have these problems with this pharmacy but this is unacceptable 🤧😩😫

Waited 15 minutes to be helpedat drive through. When someone did pick up the phone, he was not helpful and hung up while I was in the middle of asking a question. Would not recommend.

It is Walmart as all stores it a hassle in line when they are busy everybody is looking for a deal and the quickest way out of the store

Horrible customer service...i come to pick up my meds just to be told one couldnt be filled without my phone number like that was something should of been told me at drop off as well as i needed ny id
