I came in for athletic shoes....what a mess! Shoes thrown everywhere, and strangely empty shelves. Then, shoes in another department. Boxes of them, and like the other side of the store, there arent any displays of the shoes, just boxes to go through. No thank you. And really, the music. Different in each department, some loud and awful. That whole store gives me a headache. Sorry Pennys, dont think Ill come back.

Good thing theyre going out of business! They punched tags through all their nice waterproof rain jackets. A bunch of unprofessional, careless employees.

They have an excellent selection of items and the salon is great. Usually easy to get an appointment. Blade does my hair beautifully every time. Natural styles, wash and go, color, press and curl, always perfect.

They are closing this location in ten days and moving to town est mall in mesquite. Deals are really really good right now! 😉

Just beware of jewelry purchase. I have been collecting rings to leave for my grand daughters and one particular was purchased with the belief that it was real gold which it was not cause it started to tarnish. Ring was replated and returned a totally different color and within two weeks turned black when I washed my hands. Double check your purchase please beware. also purchased ring prior to the above stated ring with warranty and they cant seem to find the warranty but sure got charged for it and God forbid something happens to that ring.

The Portrait Studio was Awesome brought my little sister to take her Graduation Pictures and Jack was Fab! He knew Exactly what we wanted and we are very satisfied with results!! Will definitely come back.

I ordered my youngest son some clothes online and chose this particular store to pick it up from because its the closest store near Irving. It was a very simple process. Only problem (if you want to call it a real issue) was that the store is pretty big and it wasnt easy to locate the pick up area

The gentleman in the jewelry department was so nice and helpful. The store was very clean and well organized. 👍This location is a hidden treasure. It is tucked in close to the Sams/Wal-Mart at Skillman and NW Highway. A must visit! 😄

This store is at least 150 times better then the Mesquite store. It is clean and neat. Its like a department should be . The Mesquite store is like a bargen basement store. Well worth the drive to get there.

Had a great time shopping today at this store! Finished up my Christmas shopping with some great sales on just what I was looking for! Long line at check out but very fast and efficient clerks so it was not a very long wait at all ! Yall go and check out the half price racks and dont forget to download extra coupons on your phone to use at check out as well! I saved a BUNCH!! Im EXCITED!!!MERRY CHRISTMAS YALL!!!!!

Great pick up for online order. Store front is nice, different than most I have been to. Quality at JCPenneys varies on the brand, not my first stop for new gadgets. However, I always shop around before making a purchase and sometimes been surprised that I could find what I am looking for here.

This is the WORST company I have ever donebusiness with. I ordered custom window treatments that were very expensive. The order took forever to get and when they came they were wrong. Even thought We notified them they never came to help.Second time we decided to try themagain and ordered shades for different windows. This time they arrive on time and correct but one of the shades has a defect. They have promised several times to come fix it. It’s been months now and still no one has even called... I’m fed up

This store has so much to offer when it comes to shoes. They really had lots of shoes to choose from in fact I was able to buy 3 pairs of shoes though I dont really need them, I cant resist as they are really nice and never seen these shoes in different stores so I decided to grab them while its still there. Love them so much!

I waited close to 20 minutes In the mens section for LOD or whoever to come help, no one showed up.... Keep in mind that the store is completely dead! I decide to just go check out and leave. Nice store. Had everything I needed plus a few nifty extras. The only thing Im not super crazy about is their check out process. Its handled like a discount or super store. The check out area does not feel like a department store.

They have things in stock probably because no one wants to shop there. The customer service was poor. They tried to close 10 minutes earlier than the closing time, and had an attitude while checking customers out. I would suggest the employees stank attitude be left in 2019 if the department store wants to remain competitive with Macys, Dillards and others.

I placed an order online and had it shipped to the store. Unfortunately it shipped to this store location which is a few hours away from me. I called the store and I waited on hold a total of 2 hours and was hung up on 5 times. I have never had a more unpleasant experience with a store.

Ive never in my life knew JCPenny had its own store; since they all are join with mall shopping centers, love it.

I like this JC penny but I’ve never been so embarrassed. I had bought some Nike apparel for my son and I had gotten a size too big so went to return them. I had 4 sweat pants total, however on the receipt it only showed that only 3 were purchased. It was assumed I Had “stolen” them which I absolutely did not . I didn’t fuss or put up a fight because clearly the previous cashier thought she scanned them- I thought she did too. Total accident. It’s just the attitude I was given and the assumption of my actions was theft. It has left me feeling so embarrassed.

I do visit the photo studio twice a year at this store, two month ago I was not happy it was not the same person that took our family picture so I have to retake the photo shoot again. I would like special thanks to Cassandra the manager taking her time to make our family photo best of best and she is super hero. Thank you Cassandra.

This is a nice place but when you come in, you kind of feel like youre unwelcome. Staff seems like theyre lost at times. Some are friendly while others you cant find or just stare into space lost like they dont want to be there.

Nice place with a lot of selection. Went to get a suit for an upcoming event and came out satisfied. Only minor gripe was all the suits I looked at werent on the right sized hangers

Its a shame they cant have more sales people on the floor because the ones theyve got care about helping customers but are overworked. We must support JCPenney JCPenney is a measure of how well our economy is doing so lets go there + spend our money... besides you can pick up some great sales from carefree to more conservative garments and gifts. My chief concern is we need more cotton clothing less of this synthetic stuff that blocks us from Natural Energy that is all around us.

First time to ship to store for pickup and it worked flawlessly.Unfortunately, I had to return the item.But I found an alternative at the store and was able to take care of both transactions in the back at the Return/Pickup station.The sales rep also returned to my account a misquoted shipping charge that I didnt know was not supposed to be on the bill!Thats value added service.Thanks.

I really appreciate Tonia the lady at jewelry department who helped us. She was on the phone with headquarter to fix our problem for like 45 minutes! She did a great job. I really appreciate from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend her to anybody who look to purchase jewelry from this store.

Great sale going on....I had a $10 gift, from them for my birthday, i was able to get 2 blouses and a shaw for $2.49.

Never shop here but stopped in for a work uniform for new job and found they had a rather large clearance section. Left with a new blouse. 2 new dress pants and new shoes for about $30!

Everyone was kind and attentive and gave me new information about the curbside assistance.

I bought 5 pieces of clothing. 3 workout shirts and 2 pairs of jeans. I spent a total of $95. It was decently priced. Its just that... if I hadnt of bought those clothes on sale, the regular price would have been $217. I just dont understand why everything is so expensive these days.

Prices are confusing! Can you please just make the tags for what it really is! I couldnt find a buggy or basket anywhere and the.lines to check out were super long and not wide enough so people could get by others after they checked out.

I visited this store in order to shop for my husband in the big and tall section. They have a great selection with lots of sales on name brand clothes like Izod, Nike and Polo. They keep it very clean and organized so youre not spending all of your time shuffling through the clothes. Its always busy. I love the selection they have .

Well, I go for the Salon in JC Penny!!! I see a young lady named Nicole Harts!!! She is fantastic!! If you want your hair laid...see her!!! It can be a little pricey.....but as I say, you get what you pay for....the best!!! I have never been disappointed!! Thanks Nicole!!!

Well maintained store. However I have to say that I am most of the time confused about how much I will pay after shopping at JC Penney as the prices are hard to figure it out. Expect a little line at cashier. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and fitting rooms.

My favorite JC Penney by far. Way better than the one at Town East Mall in my opinion. They may have a fewer selection but its always organized and clean.

Okay Ill admit it. Im a huge JCPenneys fan! They have a pretty big selection. Its not crazy ridiculously priced. They seem to always have a sale and if youre patient you can definitely find what youre looking for. Im a bigger guy. 6 ft 3 in about 260 lb. They have a big and tall section there but it seems to be for really big and really tall. But still a good selection. I will say that its typically pretty difficult to find somebody who works there. Unless youre going into the fitting rooms. Then you can usually find someone there. And I dont really care for the fact that they added a salon to JCPenneys. Sometimes you get that Stinky hair smell going on in the store. But I go there enough that its never really been an issue. If you ever need of slacks and a jacket to dress nice and a pinch get pennies. You wont be disappointed. They have a great selection and I really helpful staff when it comes to the finer clothing.

The signage is all over the place. They have signs posted but the items arent on sale (bras). I was also followed I think by security...yes I had a lot of stuff. Trying to get ready for a trip abroad. If I was in my feelings I would not have bought anything.But oh well I grabbed some good stuff for a deal.

Nice first time picture shoot, family experience. Very expensive even after Groupon. I guess memories arent cheap. But they should be more affordable. The guy was personable and so was the photographer. The photographer was very generic not creative enough. I wont return Lots of picture professionals Id like to experience.

As with every JC Penney ive ever visited,the clerk was professional, yet friendly (kind of an oxymoron everywhere else,i know),the store was clean....the kicker was this:at the jewelry counter,i stated thatvi needed a watch;he askedwhat price range did you have in mind?...now, while that may seem minor,i felt no condescending attitude or derision, i said around a hundred;right over here,just like that....am i making too much of this guys attitude? as usual,i dont care,maybe i will when i go back for a matching bracelet.....ciao

My visit was pleasant until purchasing the dryer, the sales person advised me they price matching. When finally checking out and got my receipt the sales person did not match and did not know how to rectify the problem. I was disappointed of the sales persons knowledge of how to resolve the problem.

Store had excellent product, but the line to checkout was ridiculously long. We waited in line for over 30 minutes. It was busy but the cashiers were slow.

I would select ZERO STARS if that was an option. My fiancé and I ordered our wedding bands online a month ago now. When they arrived at the store the rings came in incorrect. We arranged that the rings be sent back and the correct rings be sent in. We were not given any sort of conformation for the new order or tracking details. There was many weeks of going back and forth with multiple associates in the store and not getting any answers as to when the new rings would arrive. None of the associates were able to give me a confirmation number for the new order or any general time frame for the second pair of rings(even though they had been paid for)! THE SECOND SET OF RINGS ALSO CAME IN WRONG!!! I spoke with a managers Rochelle and Nikki who were absolutely no help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! At one point Nikki put me on hold and just sat the phone down and we got to listen to her complain about us on the phone to one of her associates. I explained how frustrating this process has been and how important it is that I get the correct rings in a timely manner, as my wedding is a month away. BOTH MANAGERS ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME AND KEEP ME UPDATED ON THE PROCESSING/SHIPMENT BUT I NEVER GOT ANY CALL BACKS FROM THEM AS PROMISED!!!!!!! THE RINGS NOW HAVE COME IN WRONG A THIRD TIME!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JEWELRY DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! In the end after we had received a refund the jewelry department manager tried to offer us $50 off our next order! NO THANK YOU!!!!
