Lady was very sweet and the croissant & the jalapeño kolaches were really good! The sausages in the kolaches were not some cheap baseball hot dog quality. Also the classic glazed donuts were very good too

At 6:30am, I spent $8 for 1 dozen donut holes, 1 glazed donut and a cold Starbucks coffee. NERER AGAIN! The donut holes were stale, possibly day old...the donut was not very fresh either. Are they actually making stuff fresh? I will not go back.

Great shop, super friendly people! The Oreo donut is probably one of the best donuts I have ever had. Super light and airy with a melt in your mouth consistency. The cream fudge on top was great!

The donut shop is nice. Little area for sitting and pour your own coffee area. Not many parking spots and guy outside waiting for donations a little unnerving as he spoke to everyone endlessly even little kids.

Quick, tasty, and fast service. The lady attending me today was happy to microwave my doughnut and even handed me a napkin. I know that it doesnt seem like a lot, but small details really add up to great customer service!

Tasty donuts! Light with a good flavor. They gave us free donut holes & when we ordered some croissants to go for the next day (were in a hotel), she gave us 3 full-size donuts!

Walked in with an African American friend. Was told he was trouble and he was asked to leave. Just for entering the store. Tried to talk to management and no one will respond to my phone calls. This company is mismanaged and should not be a part of this community. #boycottforestdonuts

A donut shop is more than coffee and a pastry (YEAH, I KNOW - - its s shock, isnt it???) - - A GOOD Donut Shop has yeast rising donuts; glazed or iced or cake; but most importantly they should GIVE AWAY a free smile!!! I absolutely LOVE Forest Donuts, and we have been going there for years and years. We are always greeted with a smile, and frequently we are given a complimentary donut. It might cost them a few cents, but for the recipient, a FREE donut is meaningful and appreciated. They LOVE kids and again dont be surprised with a freeby.When youre in a hurry on a weekday and need to grab a quick coffee (theyre near the Starbucks across from Medical City Hospital), or if you have a lazy weekend and just want a nice donut, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! We LOVE Forest Donuts!!!

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. The employees are rude and incompetent. I bought one dozen donuts just find they had MOLD on the bottom of each donut. I have video proof. I had to call the donut shop multiple times for a couple days (during business hours) in order to finally get someone to pick up. It was a lady who couldn’t repeat my name and number just as I gave it to her to save her life! Then she told me the manager is never there and MIGHT call me back. 10 days later I’ve yet to receive a call from anyone at Forest Donuts. So I’ll have to make time to go up there and demand a refund in person since they’re less than helpful over the phone. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Had the blueberry cake and it was surprisingly good. Tried the kolaches too. Very happy with my visitService was good too. They take charge cards via Square. Thought them to be better than the average Dallas donut place Slightly above average in cost.

Prices are good for the area. A bit of trouble for parking but worth the visit. The croissant kolaches are amazing. Friendly service and when the owner is around somehow a few doughnuts holes find a way into my bag.

That Asian lady in the store always acts sneaky. She doesnt give you your total and always increases donut prices everytime I come in there. Then she has the nerve to supplement the high cost with free donuts I dont like. I even caught here in her lie before. I added up the total of my donuts and had to correct her. Her response was I apologize. Basically if you dont keep in mind the costs of your donuts, you will be paying 8 dollars for 4 donuts.

I’m a single lady and my car broke down in front of his donut shop I came early first thing in the morning and he said he was going to have my car impounded while I was waiting for my tow truck that’s so inconsiderate and bad business #boycottthisbuisness

This donut shop is just OK. The flour used is not a premium spring wheat, so the consistancy of the raised yeast donuts is kind of like wonder bread. I had 3 chocolate donuts, the taste of the chocolate was great. They do use a quality fudge base. The pricess are a little on the high side, maybe because it is across the street from Medical City. The lady charged me $2.91.. The menu board says .79 for chocolate, and bakery goods, such as donuts in Texas are not taxable unless served with a plate and utensils. Still, the place is convenient and does hit the spot if you get a craving... 3 stars.

Not the best donuts Ive had in Dallas. This was my first visit. Either the donuts were a day old or over-fried. Just not good. Good prices though.

Delicious kolaches, fair priced, quick service. And with only a $3 minimum for credit cards, its great if youre just going in by yourself.

Terrible Customer service. No cofee made, had to wait for 5 minutes before I was taken care of, 5 donuts, 2 colochies and donut holes costed $16. Everything tasted like it was from the day before. I dont mean to sound rude but all the other donut places around have cofee made, people that are nice and dont force you to buy something just because they pulled it out for you. Do not come here if you want stale donuts because today wasnt my first time, I come here often and its hit or miss. Next time have cofee made at 9 am and listen to your customers if they dont want to buy something.

Kolaches are great. Filled donut fell apart at the bottom. This is a more expensive place than most and parking is a pain. Do not go if you are in a hurry.
