Nice food

This group is absolutely terrible. We approved them to replace a set of doors 9 weeks ago and were given a 3-4 week lead time. 4 weeks went by and then we were told 2 more weeks. 2 weeks went by and we were told 2 more weeks. At 8 weeks, we had to call them multiple times a day to get the owner, Rick on the phone and when we did reach him, he had no details and could not give us any information. He said he would call us back and never once did. I literally just called their office and was told he was on the other line, I waited on hold for just over 25 minutes, called from a different line while still on hold and they told me he had left. By far some of the worst customer service I have experienced in years and my company works with thousands of vendors every year. Shame on me for thinking they would make good on what they said.

They do excellent work for a good price.
