I have to give Ms. Diana Chavez-Sancen her 5 star on helping me create a Gmail and help me with my application. Her customer service is A1 I have never came across such an amazing soul. I was so frustrated that she call me reach out to me to stay on the phone with me as she helped created my accounts who else does that she was the only helpful one while everyone else were ever you go is so quick to dismiss me or even try to help. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to show that you really care about us the people that really need this job!

They got mad and fired me when I started to ask about the raises I was supposed to get when I had learned various positions on the line. Unprofessional

Our house was built with Atrium windows in 2004. We are the second owners, we bought 5 years ago. Currently, we have 3 windows where the seals are litteraly falling out around the glass. We were told Atrium Windows has a lifetime warranty so I contacted them. Initially the lady told me she needed the information from the warranty label that should be on each window. I told her not a single window has the warranty label on it still. She told me sometimes for some reason the home builder takes these labels off as they are installing the windows. My husband emailed a picture of one of the windows, as well as our address. She emailed back and said the warranty was NOT transferrable. My husband sent her a copy of an article FROM Atrium saying that they DO have a transferrable lifetime warranty. She replied that the article is from the Texas mfg plant and they DO offer a transferable warranty but since our windows were built in an Arizona plant they do NOT offer a transferable warranty.So, they only stand by the Texas plant. A lifetime warranty, is a lifetime warranty and that is that!!!! Three windows with the seals falling out around them is ridiculous!!!!! So if you live in Arizona, dont buy Atrium Windows. I am sure if an Atrium CEO or president saw this review he would make things right!!! If they do make things right I will be glad to post it!!

Several in our neighborhood including ourselves have found that Atrium does not honor their warranty support passed on thru Darling Homes. Atrium claims they can not support the warranty from previous HR Windows without an Order Number. Darling Homes said that Atrium has all info they should need. Not sure who is not telling the truth here but our warranty agreement does not seem to be worth the paper its printed on.

I ordered windows through Lowes of Killeen. The order was placed to this company. The company cant get their orders out when scheduled. Have been scheduled to shipped 3 times and now has been rescheduled to be shipped again.

What the company needs, is NEW machinery because the ones they have are very OLD and are ALWAYS breaking down and malfunctioning. Once that is done, then youll get your windows when scheduled. :)
