We used this company to put in bay doors. They damaged our wood floors with water after telling us there would be little dust on the inside of the studio. The representative for the company stated businesses they do work for should expect to have some damages at their own expense. The sub contractors they use are not reliable and failed to do the work promised. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware of using Johnson Equipment Company unless you want to pay for service not rendered and get slap with a Lien for less than 15 days from date of invoice.A couple of weeks ago we contacted JE to come out and access a damage done to our dock leveler. A guy came out, looked at the damage, took pictures and left within 30 minutes of being on site. We then received an invoice for $350 demanding payment for what JE considered a Service Call.Not once were we told on the initial call to schedule the visit nor the individual that came out telling us it would cost us a minimum of 2 hours at $175/hour for someone to come and give us a bid for service.Attached is the invoice and the exact service that was rendered.Conversations with the local Sales manager was curt and unreasonable, as he wrote I don’t want to argue about it as I’m extremely busy and simply don’t have the time.We received the original invoice by mail on 8/5 and today we received a Lien notice from John Burruss in main office in TX in retaliation. Completely disregarded the fact that weve spent $8.5k just YTD for services related to our various warehouses and have always made payment on time.

The website is not secure and we cannot view the products that are available from your company. Very disappointing.....

I work with Justin at Johnson Equipment as a supplier. I have been providing services for them for 4 years. A very professional organization, top to bottom. Justin values mutually beneficial relationships, and is true to his word. Some services that we provided have been contracted, others have been with a handshake. Justin has always held up his end of the deal. If he deals with his vendors in such a manner, I can only imagine that he would deal in similar fashion with clients.
