Dan and his team delivered! We had a difficult schedule and Dan worked with us and made it happen on time. One of the installers, Barnaby, even noticed a small flaw in one of the windows and replaced it right away. Everything looks great.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work I received from Rhonda and her team. I had 4 old wooden windows replaced (one had rotted out and broken, and prompted the precautionary replacement of the others) and the vinyl they were replaced with looks and feels wonderful. The installation was fast, effective, and super impressive. I live on a second and third story condo unit with the windows being on a third floor. How they were able to make changing that window look effortless - I do not know, but they did! I highly recommend Rhonda and her team! When I get around to replacing my old wooden exterior doors (soon hopefully!) I will definitely be using Pro 1 Windows and Doors again!

I couldnt be more pleased with this entire process. We replaced odd sized windows and a rear patio door in a 1950s home.Rhonda was amazing right from the beginning. She was super responsive and worked with a couple different design options for us.Pricing was excellent and the install crew were quick and respectful of our messy home. 15 windows and a door were installed in 1.5 days.

Pro 1 delivers an awesome product. The windows and patio door look great and we can tell a huge difference in noise reduction from our busy street! It’s nice to have a patio door I can slide open with 1 finger instead of using both hands and my entire body weight to hoist it open like before. The install crew was great too, very courteous and professional and fast! They worked around me and my 2 year old being there all day and were careful to cover the furniture and cleaned up very well.

Pro 1 Windows and Doors were great to work with and their products are superb too. Rhonda was always responsive to our questions and was very flexible with our installation schedule. As we were remodeling using another contractor, we had some issues with the framing dimensions however Rhonda team made everything good without any fuss.

We decided to have our windows replaced. We received quotes from the bigbox stores. I felt pressured from Lowes and Home Depot was pricey. Pro 1 was very competitive in their pricing and did a great job on the install. Rhonda was great when it came down to tailoring to our needs. I highly recommend these guys. Plus they are local.

Talked to 2 other companies who had pricing worksheets where they start with a high number and then work it down to make you think you are getting more value. One started with a ridiculous price of $96K for 27 windows....yes $96,000. Felt like I was buying windows at the state fair (sorry if state fair purchases work for you :)). We finally found Pro1 where the prices are reasonable, they are easy to work with, and they deliver a high quality product. We are very happy.

After having had several contractors over to our home for various other needs, we were completely blown away by how great Pro 1 performed.First and foremost, Rhonda and her team are top notch from the estimate to the final installation. Pro 1 is super knowledgeable about various solutions, and were able to find the perfect fit for us by balancing cost, look, and functionality. When they say that they do not subcontract, they do not subcontract. We have had other contractors tell us the same, but when time came to perform the work, guess who showed up...subcontractors. Pro 1, on the other hand, has a core team that can only be described as living the mantra of good old fashioned American pride in workmanship.They were able to install 7 windows of various sizes in less than 5 hours, and were quite careful to ensure everything in our home wasnt damaged during the work. Im still finding screws in my yard from a fence installation done by a different company from almost a year ago, but there is not even a hint that any work was done on the windows, other than the fact that they look great and are functioning perfectly.Cant thank Rhonda and her team enough, and fully plan on using them from here on out for all things window and door.
