Portella doors are a nightmareI paid 180k for their product and they refuse to honor their warranty. They constantly make excuses. They said their doors were made in California - then changed the story that their doors are made in Italy - but they are made in Mexico - and they dont care. Its sad that when you pay top dollar for what you think are the best only to find greed and ignorance reigns

Sent my deposit for an entry door 10 months ago. No door and will not return my deposit. No return phone calls or email. Do not buy from this company.

Too expensive. Found better vendors with cost effective and state of the art doors.

They never showed up to finish the job... bad quality bad service.
