Huge Texas lumber facility. Unloaded in a timely manner despite being late. I did call and let them know that I had issues and would be late. They accommodated me and it was appreciated.

Terminated for leaving my harness on the floor after telling the safety manager my coworkers wasnt working and he didnt do anything about. So i was suspend without a warning or being told I did a violation and the day I come back to work they decide to terminate me. Great way to treat people..
