Fantastic experience overall with the company. Bill was very courteous and explained every step of the way the process and the end result was phenomenal. Strongly recommend this company. Their prices are very competitive and more importantly the whole process took less than 4 hrs while most companies said it would take 2 days to do it and wanted to charge a lot more. They also have a 1 year warranty and stand by their product and service.

I had my door refinished this afternoon, and I’m beyond pleased with the professional who removed our front door, sealed the opening, taped up glass window on door, removed hardware, sanded, stained, and applied 3 coats of polyurethane. Then was suggested by both Ryan and Bill to apply 2 more coats of marine quality polyurethane that would enhance the longevity and protection of our front door. I also had the door sweep replaced. Bill, did an outstanding job today and his professionalism surpassed my expectations! I had my own painting business years ago, and have a high standard of quality which he met!My front door is beautiful once again!! A huge thank you!!

Very happy with results..Bill was my tech and did a great job..was late in arriving due to traffic, but called and kept me updated on pending arrival.Very meticulous regarding the removal of old stain and lacquer, was polite and answered all questions professionally and fully. Our sun baked door looks brand new and enhances our house entryway. Would highly recommend.

Miracle Doors came out today (Bill was our tech) and renewed our front door. I was a bit skeptical that he would be able to get it done on such a cold day, but he did. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! Miracle Door was very quick to respond to our inquiry and performed everything that we agreed to with no pushy upsell. We are very pleased with our experience.

Ryan from Miracle Doors did a great job of restoring and refinishing our severely sun damaged exterior side of the front door. He did a thorough and very professional job and it took about 4.5 hours from start to finish. The only thing I would mention as a critique is that the tarp that was supposed to seal the opening once the door was removed from the hinges did not seal anything. So we switched the AC off and just let it air out for the duration, not a bad thing but not very pleasant on a hot summer day. But other than that one small problem we are very happy with the work done by miracle doors.

My experience with Miracle Doors was wonderful. JC my technician called me to say he was on the way. He was polite and his work was excellent. I would highly recommend. My front door looks awesome.

Disappointed. I played phone tag 4 or 5 times before getting ahold of them. When I finally did, they did not have any record of having refinished my door about 4 years ago; I still had my invoice. They cancelled my first appt the day of because a shortage of one worker. They said they would try and work me in (the work I needed done would only take about an hour, per their quote), but never called to update; so I kept my rescheduled appt. I received multiple emails confirming my appt but all emails listed diff appt times. I called the morning of to confirm what time I should expect them. They no showed and never called. I would NOT use them again. I am shocked as they were absolutely wonderful when I first used them a few years ago. Good luck if you want to take a chance on using this company. Ive been waiting a month to get work done by this company and it still isnt resolved.

Miracle Doors was a very positive experience for us and our old weathered door. Professional service along with a knowledgeable employee who took time to explain the process of redoing the door as well as the future maintenance of the door. They were meticulous in removing all the peeled / flaking finish, leaving us with basically a brand new door.
