Used them to ship a package that really needed to make it to its location in 2 to 3 days. My wife was told it would be shipped in maybe 2 to 3 days after drop off and take 2 to 3 days delivery time. . So dropped off item on Wednesday it is now next Wednesday with still no confirmation of Item made it to destination. Hopefully next customer that uses them for shipping does not get told the same BS. I will not be using them again. Great price yes. Unreliable delivery time and no way to track the shipment.. out of 3 most important aspects of shipping. They failed on 2 big time. Wish I was told about the long delivery process before hand. It would have helped.

On January 1st 2020 Fastenal changed their policy that walk in customers must make a minimum $50 dollar purchase. Apparently, only 7 percent of their customers were walk in small purchases and there wasnt any money in it. Ive been coming to this store for 3 or for years because, being a mechanic, i need special hardware not available at the big box stores. Hey Fastenal, what about being a good neighbor to the little guy?

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Hands down best customer service experience Ive ever gotten. They are considerate and genuine. Recommend this place to everyone!

I use this branch often to order materials. The customer service is great, invoicing is correct, prices are competitive and most of the time what we need is in stock. Orders that have to be shipped are usually there the next day.

Excellent service and delivery to job site for no extra charge.

Go to place to get you out of tough situations. Staff know whats in stock.
