Catching an early morning flight and wanted to check in with Priority Pass to grab a drink and snack. Employee was rude, told me he wasn’t open yet and made a big show of wandering around turning in TVs. Once he started counting his drawer, penny by penny, I gave up and walked back across the terminal to board. Maybe pay your employees to get there early enough to be open on time? I really hate that Gameway is often the best option for Priority Pass at DFW.

Regina was fantastic, super friendly and helpful in getting me set with everything. Doesnt disrupt you and allows you to really dive into the experience to allow time to slip away all while relaxed in a comfy chair and a nice HyperX headset.Im a Xbox guy myself so it took some getting used to, an idea would be to switch to Xbox so you can utilize Xbox game pass which has hundreds of huge titles on there for free.None the less it was a exceptional experience, i definitely wouldnt mind a lengthy layover in DFW anymore knowing i can kill some time here with the friendly and helpful Regina! She even helped a poor Army guy as his flight left early as she knew the airport layout pretty well. Super service and unique and fun experience worth trying if ya got time to kill.

Very friendly and helpful staff, it’s my first time here and not sure how it works; the staff here give me a brief intro and give us all we needed.I was shocked since I didn’t google it up before the trip. But now I can tell people who will read this: it’s 1 free drink + 2 free snacks for allPriority Pass member and up to 5 people per pass. Different location has different rules, better check before you go there. And this location is on Terminal E, right by Gate E16.

Reach 4.43 PM. They deny you. Even when close at 5.Not so great experience. Ask water - denied. Great. Never visiting again!

Went to gameway and it was an absolutely amazing experience. didn’t have the best experience with delta, after seeing gameway and a tremendous employee, Bimwa, my day went from bad to amazing. Bimwa helped me out and made my experience entertaining and very exciting. If i’m in dallas again i will definitely go to gameway again!

Game way & Victoria (employee) have made me & my sons 5 hour layover go by so quick!! Victoria was here to help with any questions, kept this place spotless & kept this momma occupied with good convo! She is awesome & so is this spot! Again, the only reason we stopped was because of how clean it was! I’m totally impressed! Thanks Victoria & Gameway for the entertainment!!

Played video games at gameway after I had a huge layover. Luckily Bimwa was an amazing employee and helped me out and made my layover entertaining and better.

After experiencing terrible layover at DFW Bimwa helped me experience a wonderful time at gameway and made my layover much more exciting.

I came to the Dallas airport today and came across a wonderful lady name Victoria who helped me with all my questions was very nice. Me and my husband played a game and anytime we are in this airport will definitely be back because of her she was a wonderful person . The game system was update chairs was nice loved this place thank you 😊

My soda was expired by about a month and they only have ps4sdont think its worth going if you have a priority pass, much better options in the airport. dissapointed sadly

Went to game way because it looked cool, everything was going well, then I started up 2k20 and the 2k account wasn’t set up and asked for an email so I couldn’t play the game. then I switched over to rainbow six siege and it tells me the same thing but this time with a uplay account. I wasn’t able to play anything my whole 30 minutes because none of the games I wanted to play were set up so I just ended up wasting $11. if you go here be aware and ask if all games are running properly to avoid an unfortunate situation

Great idea for layovers! The staff is super friendly and the 4K TV really adds to the appeal. Place is great and airports all around need this concept.

Confusing review as location is mapped to terminal b but described as e. Terminal B was great, lady there was helpful and games on PS were all current. Great seats, snacks, and drinks, nice place to relax.Terminal E location trash. Swiped my card then said oh hey were closed in 8 minutes when it was only going to be 8 PM. Are closing times varying here or actually 930?

I had a four hour wait at the airport and I loved every minute I spent at Gameway. Great easy set-up and comfortable seats, private and a place to put my bags. Lots of games to choose from - I recommend

Wouldnt recommend trying to get a job here.Was about 30 seconds into the phone I interview and Emma wasnt exactly having it today. Had to stop me there while I was about to get talked over. Not having it either.Oh well, best of luck in the future guys.

Really neat setup. Large displays and the area is clean and tidy. I fear that some people may miss their flights though.

Dec 31, 2018 I missed my flight & had to wait 9 hours till the next flight so after I finished crying I wondered around the airport & came across Game Way. My day was saved & spirits lifted! At Game Way, for a fee you can play 23 of the latest video games on Xbox live in front of a nice size flat screen while you sit in a comfortable leather chair with a headset to block out all the airport noise. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at GameWay! This is a great idea & fun way to kill time. I hope to see it at more airports soon😍Thank you Game Way🤗
