Lots of great gardening stuff and gifts. We found many things we wanted but didnt leave with anything due to ridiculously high prices. I guess their business model is to rely on a single sale a day.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable . Unfortunately after visiting the Arboretum during the fall, when we arrived here we expected more native plants.

In late October I purchased a rare plant, specifically a Pink Princess Philodendron. About 2 days after I brought it home, it started declining. The leaves were droopy and the pink leaf start browning significantly. I brought the plant back up to Waltons and was told the plant was in shock and that it should perk back up and adjust to its surroundings in a few days. I asked for a partial refund and was denied because apparently they cannot guarantee their plants.My plant did not come around after a few days. It got worse. The leaves fell off, so I decided to take a look at the roots. They were rotted and fell apart. In my 2 years of collecting plants I have never dealt with root rot, so I do not believe this was my doing. When I brought the plant home, the soil was soaked, so I made sure to change it out with fresh, dry, chunky soil. In the end, I had to cut off the rotted roots and try and propagate in water. So far, no luck.Ultimately, I did not pay $300 for a rehab plant and Im extremely disappointed. Waltons should be able to stand by the quality of their plants especially if they are rare and expensive plants. Customers should expect healthy and acclimated plants for $200-300. Shortly after purchasing this plant, I heard of another customer buy a Hoya Sunrise and find it also had root rot. I will not be purchasing from Waltons in the future and would not recommend anyone purchase rare plants from here.

I love this place. Huge variety of plants and flowers, very attentive and friendly staff, and the way the place is set up makes it very easy and pleasant to navigate.

Never would I hire this company for landscaping. I was walking my dog this morning and as I was passing by I overheard a young man getting yelled at by what I’m guessing is his supervisor for using a shovel.Then he proceeded to yell he was fired. It was so loud that I could hear it and I couldn’t help but to feel bad. Who gets fired for using a shovel for landscape? Was he supposed to use his fingers?

Bought tiny passion vines two years ago and they grew like crazy. Unfortunately they didnt survive the big freeze in February. Just went and bought new ones. Hope theyll grow as well as the other ones I had.

Best garden center around. They always have healthy plants to choose from and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. 🌻

Friendly & helpful customer service- this place has a great variety of plants & they are quick to offer any assistance needed.In addition to plants, they have a really cool assortment of gifts & candles on the inside. My first time coming here and truly was the best customer service, everyone is so ready to help you find whatever you’re looking for but I have to give a special shout out to Felicia she was so informative and had the most positive enthusiastic attitude, it was such a treat to pick her brain. I can’t wait to go back.

My son and I stopped by on our way home just to visit. I always enjoy walking through and whenever I have a question as I did today theyre there and ready to answer. Ask a simple question and I had four people helping me. The answer the question and did not even try to sell the product. You know Ill be back and I need it later.

Worst service ever. White skinny guy is always angry and never helps. The plants are dried up and the employees don’t know what they are doing. Never coming back again. Rubinal’s in downtown would never treat me like this.

Such an adorable garden store! The employees here are super friendly and very helpful! Kathy helped me pick out some herbs and flowers for a window box and everything she suggested worked perfectly! I will definitely be returning!

My husband and I stopped by for a couple of hours to check out their collections of pots. They have pretty collections of it and I loved the place, very clean and relaxing.

We LOVE Waltons. Any day consisting of a trip to Waltons is a good day. Staff is friendly and theyre currently helping us landscape our front flowerbeds. Very happy with their expertise and professionalism.

These folks are super knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate their availability of organically raised plant starts for my edible garden as well as their beautiful yard plants.

A very large assortment of plants and pots. Theres a very nice gift shop.

A wonderful selection of perennials and annuals. The gift shop has great ideas for every gardener. I found some herbs I havent seen anywhere else. Worth a visit especially if youre looking for plants that you wont find at the big box stores.

Make sure the plant you pick out is ROOTED. Most of the plants this place cell are cuttings with soil and jacked the price up. This garden center is very very OVER PRICED. Not worth your time, gas and money.

We just received the water fountain we ordered to honor my son Lcpl John Wangler. We wanted something to memorialize him here at home and when we saw this one we knew it was perfect.The crew was so polite, diligent, and very clean. I couldnt be happier. They were wonderful. Well definitely be back to buy some pots for the yard.Thank you so much.

Chuck and David are amazing! They were so patient, took the time to go over my landscape design over several visits/revisions, understood what I wanted and made the best recommendations for my space. I will definitely be back for all of my landscape/garden purchases.

Great customer service and good selection of quality pots. Our visit was during the hottest part of summer after / before bedding plants and they still had a good selection of interesting plants. Plants looked healthy. Saw fountains, bulk mulch and lots to be interested in and plan how it could improve our spaces.

This place in your Rolsdex is a great resource for shrubs, evergreens and yucca, and there’s a spectacular gift shop filled with ceramic platters, candles, soaps, gardening tools and more.

They are not taking the wearing of masks seriously. Staff are interacting with customers without masks or wearing masks around their throats instead of covering their nose and mouth
