Horrible costumer service. Been told someone would pick up my tools and then nobody ever calls or shows up. All follow up calls get ignored when asking why no one ever shows up to get my tools. Not sure what the problem is. I guess they dont need business too bad.

Needed a bandsaw blade that is so short nobody carries them. Called D&R yesterday, talked to Dino and he said he could make one for me. Picked it up this morning and works GREAT! Very pleased!!!

I pick up here for a company that I work for nearby. Our shop deals alot with this location and doing business is always straightforward. Great group of guys willing to help and go beyond what I usually expect when picking up orders elswhere. Im always greeted and recieve service as soon as I walk in.
