Apparently being a repeat customer doesnt matter for this locally owned shop. My first few experiences at Arteriors Too were great. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy who was not only super helpful, but friendly. We purchased the Zanadoo and Imogene light fixtures as well as several other decorative pieces and a lamp. At another visit I worked with Matthew who happens to be the manager. I purchased a fire place set which had missing finials, but I knew this and was prepared to fix and replace them myself. I also purchased a gorgeous white ceramic vase. Once I got home I filled the vase with water and flowers and set it on my dining table. Not too long after I noticed a puddle of water on the table and realized the vase had a nearly invisible crack in the seam of the design. I know that Arteriors Too does not do refunds or exchanges, but this vase was not marked as broken or cracked when I purchased. I called to speak with Matthew who suggested I had broken the vase and condescendingly reminded me of the no return policy. Now Ive got a gorgeous $50 cracked vase to look at. Awesome. If this guy wasnt so rude this could be a different situation.
