Lots of items placed in the incorrect spot and/or wrong price tag placement. I always have to double check when checking out and 9 times out of 10, an item rings up a different price than listed on the floor tag. Other than that, there are tons of great finds here and its always a decently enjoyable shopping experience.

Crowded and stock was low but I could tell everyone was working really hard and may have been under staffed so I wasn’t upset about it. Not to mention right when college kids are going back so the place had been ransacked

Excellent service by the cashier to help me find a coupon for the specific product I was purchasing: large box of Keurig coffee pods. A very capable person!

I was a victim of an attempted robbery in this store. Very traumatic experience. The manager told me that BB&B Corp will no longer pay for security. This is a terrible area and needs security. Will never shop in this store again.

I love this store however there wasnt anything I liked. Too many muted colors. There are a LOT of people on the world who enjoy color! Please dont forget about the Right Brain creative individuals. We LOVE COLOR!

This store has anything you need (and much i couldnt imagine anyone needing) for your bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Since its out of my price range generally I have to go elsewhere for my appliances and bedding and towels and pretty much anything they have here but I really enjoy the unique items they carry for the person who has everything. They have a great website as well and if you sign up youll get really good coupons so I suggest, dear Reader, you check that out. 😉🙃

I had to drop about 40 miles to get to it went to town east and then I went there and just cuz I wanted some kanka for my mouth sore it was hurting and everybodys like two or three days and thats the only place that had it or I can pick it up

Despite the HUGE popularity from the weekend after Thanksgiving, they did a great job. I went in on Friday later in the day and the item I wanted was gone.I was disappointed but (and I’m so sorry I didn’t catch the right spelling) Ventina helped me out. She ordered it online for me and had it shipped to my house. That’s great customer service right there!Also when checking out, the cashier went out of her way to wish my grandmother a “Merry Christmas” in Spanish. It was very sweet and made her day.

How do ya put an item on a shelf for a price and than have a different price marked on the item but then still charge me more for the item like I just don’t get it. I bought some furniture pads that where on shelf for 4.99 but the actual packaging had 8.99 but was charged 9.19

Great store. The coupon situation is a little frustrating I had a coupon for online and pick up only. I saw my item in the store and only had this coupon so I ordered it online and left the store because I had to wait 2 hours to pick it up. When I did I was given the wrong item and the store was out of what I wanted. If I could have used the coupon in the store I could have avoided a lot of headache.Other than that I appreciate the discount and find some great items here.

Came on new years eve for an online pickup which was very straightforward and I was pleased they had security guard up front. Ended up with a return as well and they did them from all the lines which worked well.

I came to this location bc other locations said they had 1 specific vanity in stock and I get here and itvwas display. After searching 3 different locations, I found it. But, the employee said they could not sell the display. After talking w cliff and Dwayne for not even 20 seconds they made it happen. Affirmative action type of managers.On point.

Very nice sheets, covers, duvets, pillowcases. If it has one of those plastic security pieces on it, its worth it. Luckily, you can almost always get a coupon online. (Sign up for it a day in advance for emails because they purposely delay it so that you would pay full price if youre already at the store and your old coupon expires or doesnt work). I wouldnt bother with any plastic stuff such as plastic towel warmers that release a terrible buring plastic fragrance, nor anything massage related. They sell Breville, which is quality in everything they make. There are some nice plates and chairs as well.

No waiting in line. In fact we seemed to be the only shoppers in the store. We had difficulty locating items that were displayed and sought out an associate for assistance. She came over to the department and said the items I wanted were out of stock so we asked when they would be in and she looked it up and said sometime later this week. So with no definitive time or day we left. We looked at other items which they sold online for less so I purchased a few needed items and left the store. It was the saddest holiday shopping trip ever in my many decades of shopping...may be a reflection of the virus or the times.

Was able to quickly spot a salesperson to ask a question of. And she knew the answer. Two good things when shopping in person.

Visited this store yesterday and I was a victim of an attempted robbery. I was told the company wont pay for security anymore which is alarming because this is not a good area. Will not shop here ever again. Very traumatic experience.

Online ordering is a mess these days. Made a return two months ago and still have not had the items replaced or the amounts credited. When I called them, wait times were listed at a 30-45 minute wait. Online chat wait time was one hour-thirty five minutes. When I did speak to someone, they were unqualified to help. I had the original order number, a case number and the return order numbers/tracking numbers. They were still asking me how much I thought the return $ amount would be, how many items I had returned and even asked for the SKU#s. All of this was on the original order. I was on the phone with the agent and then the supervisor for 58 minutes and then the call was disconnected! Covid or not, this is demonstrative of the direction BBB is headed. I would imagine Im one of thousands of people who have had enough of BBB.

I went to Bed Bath & Beyond on Park Lane, Dallas, TX on December 10 looking for flatware, napkins, placemats, etc. in order to set my table. While there I noticed a placesetting that the store had put together. It was exactly what I had pictured in my mind that I was looking for! I had looked at other stores (West Elm, Z Gallerie, etc.) for what I had pictured in my mind, but didnt see anything like it. But, here it was! at Bed Bath & Beyond. The problem was that I couldnt find where these were being sold in the store. Jennifer was working that day and offered to help me. We found 4 of the napkins in various displays, but none packaged for sale. We also couldnt find the placemats. We found 4 of the napkin rings in displays, and Jennifer got the box out of the back, so I could purchase those. She also called other stores and researched online to help me identify the napkins. We ordered the placemats online. She identified the napkins, and we found 4 of them in displays. She wrote down the sku on a piece of paper for me to be able to buy them. She spend a lot of time helping me get the place setting I wanted. She went above a beyond, and I am very grateful! The place setting looks amazing in my home on my table with my china! I want to thank her very much! Thank you!

Went to BBB today with the one intention of purchasing a coffeemaker. Found one I thought was perfectAnd waited for a salesman. There happened to be a salesman finishing up with a customer when I spied another salesman who probably could’ve helped. However, the customer being helped assured me to wait on this particular salesman. BOY!...was he right....! His name is MATT. There happened to be only the demo model and another in a box that was in disarray. Matt went to every extreme possible - stockroom, shelves on the floor and then got on a ladder to look further. We ended up ordering on-line and it will be delivered to my home in a few days. I’m thrilled to await my new coffee maker and MATT made the experience a good one. I was so pleased with his concern to please...and he did!

Customer service a the park lane store and 75 is bad. Employees have checked out. New sticker rule. Is you need your receipt or no return. Get with Target”/ program and have the ability to look up purchases with the credit card. Also. Pick up in store should not take all day. Again. Learn from Target. If you do t improve your will be joining Linens n things

Love to browse here. There are so many interesting household items to tempt me! Typically we only shop here for kitchen items or bedding and are always happy with the selection. Also like that they automatically apply x% off coupons to the highest price item on your bill. Staff is generally friendly. Really nice place to shop.

Sometimes instead of buying things online you like to just actually touch them and see them and get a feel for them. Bed Bath & Beyond is a great opportunity for finding good deals in a brick-and-mortar store. I have joined there frequent Buyers Club and have the app on my phone which allows me to take 20% off at my entire bill every time I go there. This location is kept very organized.

Went to get hangers. Very crowded due to college move in weekend. Was still able to find what we needed quickly. Staff was friendly, every member greeted us and asked if we needed help. Checkout was fast and cashier was friendly and professional.

Big variety but to expensive for me

This store is huge, and they have so much inventory. I was in here right before closing to pick up one specific thing and I ended up with 5 or 6 things, and on the way to the register I was still seeing things that I wanted to stop and take a look at. Just be careful or you could get lost in this store for hours and hours!

I havent been in a BB&B in forever, but it was actually wonderful. We came in browsing for an espresso machine. They had exactly what we were looking for. The machine was in stock. A staff member offered to help us, and the store was clean and well organized. Upon checkout I pulled up a coupon for 20percent off on my phone.All in all a delightful experience. Ill recommend it!

This bed bath and beyond is a great store. They are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to assist you for whatever your needs are. Their store selection is never lacking and their prices are so wonderful for their Kitchenware, pillows, and bedding. I would recommend this Bed Bath and Beyond any day of the week.

I was looking for a blender and could not find the one I wanted but found a better one at a much better price. Ask the staff they might have something in the back if you cant see it on the floor. And they went out of their way to accommodate me which was awesome.

Went for wedding gift. Went down to my 6th and 7th choice before I found one in stock. Neither one am I jazzed to give them.

I seldom shop there unless I have a coupon, but I had one today, & I needed a new shower curtain & wanted another set of flannel sheets. Mission accomplished. My coupon was for $15 off a minimum $50 purchase. The total price of the sheets & shower curtain combined was $49.98 (sans tax), so I needed another couple of cents to use the coupon, so I bought a small bottle of hand sanitizer for $1.29 to put me over the qualifying minimum. Hint: when using coupons like this, where the amount saved is specified by price (rather than percentage), you will get the best deal by trying to barely get above the minimum necessary to use the coupon.So, to summarize: the flannel sheets were for the BED, the shower curtain was for the BATH, & the hand sanitizer took the total BEYOND the minimum purchase price required to use the coupon. So, BED, BATH and BEYOND, just like the sign says.

Great store, great selection, and great sales! Unlike many big box stores, they have helpful and friendly staff. I have picked up many a bargain, especially with my coupons - which are good online or in-store. I just wish it were closer.
