I LOVE THIS MALL! We dont live in the Dallas area so everytime we visit, this is always a must stop! The ducks are my absolute favorite and can watch them for hours, along with the turtles. But there are a few things that make this mall stand out from the rest: The modern decor is calming. And the potted plants are exquisite. Truly. And they always have some sort of local art. Last time it was thousands of beautiful pictures. Have I said, I LOVE THIS MALL!

Very rich mall, very fancy. Hardly anyone was inside the expensive clothing stores though because nobody wants to pay that much 😂. It’s very pretty and decorative though in the hallways. I liked the cafeteria area on the second floor — has a lot of natural light, an area with trees that looked lovely, and a cool view. However, there was an area with these fountains that WERE pretty... but there were ducks and turtles there that SHOULD NOT BE THERE. That is definitely not the right water for them — there were COINS in the water! Not to mention that the turtles looked like the wanted to stay out of the water as much as possible and the ducks were literally just swimming in circles. No soil or soft, warm ground that wasn’t tiles for them to stand/sit on!

Shopped at Eataly and they have almost everything you can imagine for authentic Italian dishes. We were looking for some specific ingredients for a traditional carbonara and they had everything and more.The mall is good, but Eataly is amazing. Highly recommend shopping here if you need anything Italian.

Very nice place to do casual shopping. Lots of varieties of brands clothing as well as stuffs. Maintained COVID-19 restrictions for visitors. Lots of places for children to enjoy as well. And the foods court are also awesome.

Beautiful mall, currently with gorgeous flower displays throughout. A great place to go for a walk in the hot summertime! I would rate it a 5 star if they had more reasonably priced stores. Most stores are $$$ but its still a very nice place to visit!

My favorite mall in Dallas. Besides the large variety of shops they have, the mall has a large collection of unique plants that reflect different seasons of the year. It forms a square so you can start from anywhere and eventually come back to the same spot without having to back track. I usually enter from Eataly and savor some coffee and pastries beforehand.

Really cool place for to take our mind off of shopping. You can look at the art.

First time visiting and I’m already in love with this beautiful mall!! Hope there were more ones like this in the metroplex…

Excellent place to go with family and friends, lot or restaurants options and a variety of stores for everyone. Also they always have beautiful plant for all the seasons. Our favorite time of the year is spring when they have tulips everywhere, also in Christmas the decoration is beautiful.

Nice mall at North of Dallas city, you can find a bounch of options in very important brands. I had the opportunity to dinner at Kona. Was nice

This is a great place to do some shopping. I enjoyed the wide variety of higher-end merchants. The selections were of good caliber retailers. But the time I chose was poor. This was a Saturday mid afternoon visit with an amazing amount of people inside. I understood this prior to going inside as the parking lot showed minimal available space unless parking near Park lane. I still enjoyed the fairly quick visit but was simply amazed at the large number of people inside. This place is popular.

This place has alot of variety in the way of shopping. Pretty expensive, but alot of choices. The reason Im giving it 3 stars is because of the pond. It has live animals in it and they alow people to throw processed human food at them. There are also tons of coins at the bottom which the animals could easily mistake for food, which would lead to it most likely falling ill. Its unsanitary and makes me sad.

My husband and I visited your Mall today. I was just amazed at this place. It was such a very clean and beautiful Mall. Every and I mean EVERY employee in the Mall were just over abundant with politeness. ALL EMPLOYEES were very neat in appearance very professional. The Mall itself was just immaculate. We are from Shreveport Louisiana area actually just outside Shreveport. The Mall appeared to have been built and stocked yesterday. Brand new look. All associates/employees should be very proud of the appearance of your Mall.

Neatly decorated and their cleanness is on point. There’s people who’s cleaning the door so when you first walk in, they even open the door for you. The covid regulations are very well followed.Even I went to eat during the shopping time, the food court was very clean. The cleaning ladies change the disposable paper on the table whenever people leave.Since this place is huge, everyone able to follow the 6 feet social distance.Personally, I had a very impressive experience in this department store. I went to Nordstrom and Dior was on 15% off. Can you imagine you get a discount on such luxury items? I would never. I got 15% off from Dior make-up.

I love Northpark it’s honestly a great experience I don’t recommend going at 5 o’clock.

I love this mall! There is a great mix of high end and every day stores. There are a lot of seasonal events and the issues with parking only exist around Christmas.

Upscale mall with high-end brand storefronts such as Gucci, Balenciaga, Tory Burch, Dolce & Gabana, LV, Rolex and more! Well-maintained with a decent food court and a rich aesthetic and some nice art exhibits throughout; this is the kind of place you go for quality items that cost the price.

Not the ordinary mall in any fashion - just the best. Top brands from across the globe have shops here. Great location, clean, easy to navigate, and the offerings are plentiful. Highlights that I recommend - Eataly, Burberry, Tesla, Nike, and Gucci. Great interiors with decor everywhere. Staff was friendly throughout the center - highly recommend!!! Bring your wallet, enjoy food, and take home some great finds from the various stored throughout! Great place!

This place was amazing they had so many interesting things in the mall like super rare luxury cars and sculptures and a Tesla store! I highly recommend it for the experience! 😁👍

Love this mall. Theres not many left, but this is one of the best.

North Park Center is an experience. The architecture is beautiful and the building is impeccably clean. Navigation is easy and the manicured flowers inside and out are superb. We enjoyed the current garden exhibit. While there is extremely high end shopping, you can find an affordable food court and lower end stores upstairs. Movie theater on site.

I love the artwork they have around the mall. It’s always well kept up and very beautiful.

One of my favorite malls in America. You have got to buy the fresh popcorn here at the popcorn store. I was shocked by how good it is. Next time I am at this mall, Im buying at least 10 of the small bags of different flavors, my first time I bought just 2 and lived to regret that I didnt buy more.

They are anti-second amendment and don’t want you to defend yourself.

Beautiful mall. Pretty flowers inside and outside. Food Court was clean with a nice variety of restaurants. Lots of stores to shop from. We went to AMC 15 and its a wonderful theater. I cant wait to return for dinner, shopping and a movie.

I love Northpark Center. Sometimes I just go there for lunch. Then if I have time I go to the movies.

I use NorthPark for some shopping, some dining, and my regular walks for exercise. If you make complete circuits of both levels, youve gone 1.6 miles with a few stairs thrown in. Climate change may make it easier to do this outdoors in Dallas, but in the meantime, theres always the mall.

Place is always clean. Easier to park compared to Galleria. The art work and indoor landscaping around the mall is always amazing

Fun place. Lots of the mainstream stores & a good selection of designer brands. You need lots of time if you want to visit a variety of stores. COVID precautions are still in effect in some stores & you will wait in line to get in.Busy on weekends, not so much on weekdays. Parking is not to bad.

What can you say about North Park? I have loved going to North Park since childhood and still do. It is an iconic shopping mall in Dallas that most visitors always want to go to when they come to Dallas. The holidays are always full if festivities for everyone.

Great place to go to spend money from daddys credit card to buy a 500$ handbag at one of the bajillion pretentiously named clothing and accessory outlets.Come for the flocks of people that drove here from their gated community but stay for the excellent pretzels from Annes.

I know the retail/service industry is in a crisis for labor but every single store I went into the customer service was horrific. I was planning on spending a lot of money today but did not end up doing so. Nordstrom’s customer service was appalling- I stood in front of two employees to ask them where something was and they ignored me while they were laughing watching videos on their phone. Then I walked to the other side of the store where the ladies were nice enough to inform me I was in the correct area originally where the employees were ignoring me. Then I went back over, they informed me that the items I wanted were now only online… okay so at this point wouldn’t you make a sale and order it for me online? No they did not offer to do that. Then I went downstairs to buy some facial/makeup products, once again wasn’t even acknowledged while many employees passed me, didn’t even give me the courtesy to say “someone will be right with you” so I decided I would go to a different department store. I went to Macy’s to find my products instead (I never ever go to Macy’s) clearly it was understaffed which is okay I understand but then I found a line that was shorter and the employees tried to argue with me about going to a different line because they don’t usually check out what I was buying- which was 200$ crystal glasses. *eyeroll* I guess I will be shopping online from now on but I do know I won’t be going back to this mall. Which allegedly is supposed to be the nicest mall in DFW.

This is the premiere mall of DFW.This mall has the best luxury goods in the area, as well as fantastic design and interesting spaces throughout.It is conveniently located in Dallas, and often very busy during the weekend.I recommend visiting Northpark Center if you enjoy shopping.

A very large shopping mall, hundreds of name brand stores, very nice and clean.

Great mall to shop and to socialize. When this mall opened up in the fifties or thereabouts, it was the largest enclosed air conditioned space in the world. Isn’t that an amazing fact?I’ve always loved to visit this mall since the place is so inviting - several sculptures and art pieces littered around the walkways, lots of plants (perhaps fake, not sure) and the air conditioning is always ice cold. All the high end stores have a home in this mall. Several great eating options both within the mall and around it.I suppose they’re hosting a mini Auto show this week, as there were several new cars being showcased in the mall.

High end shopping mall. Love the decorations, flowers, sculptures.Christmas time they have miniature trains, and kids show.The only one Eataly (Italian marketplace) in Dallas is at North Park.Ample parking spaces - garage and outdoor.

The service team at the 2nd floor food court is fantastic. They are paying attention to every detail to ensure the cleanliness of the area. Every table is wrapped in butcher paper and changed before the next person sits down. Above and beyond service

This Mall is a really very nice Mall. It is located in a very nice and convenient location. There are plenty of stores to shop from. There are very nice Restaurants too. My family and I love coming here. My kids especially love coming here. They love Microsoft Store and Apple Store. The Location is fantastic and the Mall is very easy to navigate. A very good tourist attraction. The Food Court is very nice and neat. The House Keeping Staff are always cleaning the tables after every customer. This Mall is definitely a very good Tourist Attraction

This was our first time at Eataly. We loved it.They were very efficient. The service was excellent. The food amazing.We spent about 30 mins just walking around the grocery and food bars after dinner. Such a great experience.

A very cool mall with high end stores. If Im being honest, I dont shop at any of the stores here, because theyre out of my price range. However, the mall itself is very beautiful, modern, and hip. Plus, they always have some kind of entertainment going on in the main hallway on the first floor. Children singing, piano players, performance artists. Its just a great place to walk around and people watch. You can also see a movie here at the inside AMC theater. Worth visiting.

What a great mall with an owner who has an appreciation for art! Sculptures line the paths and interactive pieces are everywhere. The flowers are even artistically placed. Its almost like an art gallery and shopping mall in one. Definitely an unexpected but appreciated surprise when running into Lenscrafters! There was even a live pianist playing so we stopped to listen for a few minutes. Loved all the stores in there as well! The biggest Lush Ive ever seen.

I love the atmosphere. I love the fact that it was the first indoor shopping mall in the U.S., and that it is now in the capable leadership of the second generation. Many of the displays encourage the shopper, not only to buy, but to give to benefit the hungry, hurting, hopeless, & homeless, of our community.

Northpark is and has always been my favorite mall. I worked in that mall back in the 80s. My kids grew up in that mall, Christmas time was always A-Mazing!

If I could give a zero star I would. My friend and I came to see a movie and it let out at 9:30. Both of our phones are dead and we have no way home. We asked multiple workers for help. We asked the theater and the stores with workers in them. They all told us no. They have no care for the well being of people and their safety. This is a problem they could get someone seriously hurt.

Always a pleasure to visit, it’s one of my favorite places on Earth!

The AMC inside the mall has IMAX and participates in the Fathom Events! We watched Transformers The Animated Movie 35th Anniversary and it was glorious! But definitely do IMAX whenever its available for new movies like Shang Chi, you wont be disappointed.

This place is great! Artwork is displayed everywhere all over the mall, giving the mall a nice touch. The only issue I have with this mall is the fact they still use lines for stores, even though they don’t require masks, and this defeats the purpose since people are always in close contact.

GEEEZ...Then in stores signs posted wear a mask before entering But I look inside and see 4-5 men with no masks on!!! Even on the escalators a person right up on me not even two steps behind me and no mask! Really people?? I left in a hurry they did Not get one cent of my money here!!! This was my Moms and I favorite place to go together back when the Shoe Box was there were as a young child I got my high top shoes Mr Ron was my sales person well in my teenage years. Even when he moved on to Dillards. Woolworth and Wyatts cafeteria was there.. I love, love Brighton and want to visit in person today, and Im so glad I did!.. The mall still has that warm, peaceful inviting atmosphere...

We simply wandered in the mall to kill time. Did not waste any money shopping because it appeared that most stores were run by people that dont keep up with the news and still believe that the Covid 19 is something to fear requiring useless masks. Or else they enjoy the feeling of power over others and require the useless mask. It was a nice mall though and we enjoyed the walk and interesting art exhibits.

Mall was clean, full of people, and the selection of shops was amazing. We loved trying out new stores and finding all of our favorites as well. This mall continues to be one of the best in Dallas. One small detail that may go unnoticed is the door greeters at every entrance. They always open the door for you whether you are coming or going. Absolutely amazing!

One of the top malls in the US. Amazing selection of upscale stores and an incredible variety of things to do and see. Clean, upscale, friendly and very well run. Lots of Valet parking and world-class stores. Plus a few great restaurants. Its a 10. Still well visited in these times. The movie theater sometimes draws rowdy crowds--but there is a lot of mall security to keep an eye on things. Keeping kids and crowds away who just want to gather at the mall is important to the experience.

This place is so nice to go and walk around. Its been getting really crowded lately so i like to go really early in the morning.

The mall is dated but does have very high-end stores. We saw Gucci, LV, TAG Heuer, Rolex, Tiffany, and Co, Dolce and Gabbana, David Yurman, and Tommy Bahama just to name a few. Dont forget to dine and shop at Eataly! We highly recommend it.
