Have not received the pool/spa yet. Our sales person, Dustin, is terrific! Communications after the sale, which is not handled by Dustin, are non-existent. We were told when we bought the spa that it would take approximately 10 to 12 weeks to receive it. After 10 weeks I have reached out to ask if they had an update on the spa. No one bothered to respond in any form, i.e. text, e-mail, phone. Only after phoning again and letting the person know that I should not be sent to an answering machine that I got an update. The spa is now expected to be delivered in December. Considering the current times, the delay is understandable. No update or even a return message is much more difficult to understand.

We had a great experience and especially appreciate Mark, Kevin, Roger and Rachel for the time they spent with us on getting our first hot tub. From tracking down the model we wanted in stock at another area store, helping us check all the boxes for the site inspection and installation prep, the actual installation, training us on use and maintenance, and the follow-up afterwards, the entire experience was fairly smooth. Sometimes there were delays in communicating back to us, but we understand that was likely due to the increased demand during the pandemic, but we still got in a hot tub much faster than the 10-12 weeks others quoted us. We are enjoying our hot tub immensely!

Having an addition built on to the back of our house for a hot tub and was trying to purchase one ASAP. The salesman/manager (Mark) at this location told us he had some in stock and could deliver within four weeks. He intentionally delayed the process and never came through with any of his promises. Ended up finding out that he was delaying delivery of sold units to keep them as displays. Im assuming he is doing this because he lied about having stock. He conducts business like an used car salesman.

Cant say enough about our experience with Dolphin Pools. We wanted a new spa for our new outdoor patio and kitchen we were constructing. Every phase of our purchase went flawlessly and that is due to the professionalism and detail on customer service that the entire staff provides. Our Sales experience was wonderful and we never felt any pressure. The site inspection was very necessary and insured a smooth installation. The install was quick and efficient and Kenny was awesome in explaining how to operate, maintain the chemistry and maintenance of the tub. Everyone communicates and they even call you to let you know they are on there way with an ETA. The level customer service they provide is harder and harder to find but Dolphin made it seem effortless. Finally, we are so enjoying our new spa and have since the day it was installed.

Our hot tub was installed yesterday and the process was painless. We had PoolWerx do the slab and electrical and they had this done in about 5 hours. We were soaking in 102° spa water by 9pm last night !

Dustin was awesome!!! He knew me and my wife wanted a tub and kept in touch with us until we decide to make the purchase. We are excited to get our tub delivered so quickly after purchase!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.

We purchased this tub because the brand is know for the best, and after 7 combat tours in the Marines, hubby deserves the best. The delivery crew was so great, they gave A LOT of information. I wish I could review You Tube videos, or a DVD, to make sure I am doing everything correctly. So far the tub has been well worth the money, now just to get the water where it needs to be and I will be able to truly relax. Hubby LOVES it and doesnt know how he lived without it.

I recently purchased a 6 person hot tub from Dolphin and took delivery last Friday. I have a lot to say about my experience and I hope it is helpful to readers of my review.I found Dolphin on the internet and drove to their showroom not having ever been there or knowing any staff member. I was met by a sales rep named Mark. Mark is a completely no pressure rep that is extremely knowledgeable about the products he represents. Before I made the purchase, I visited the showroom a total of 2 times and worked with Mark for a total of 5 1/2 hours while he patiently answered ALL of my one million and one questions. I do my homework before I make a sizable purchase. Mark really listened to what my needs and desires were as well as my concerns. Ive also been back in to see him since I received the hot tub and I can say with confidence that there is service after the sale!Next, a rep named Larry came to home to assess my patio, my electrical need and make sure everything would work properly. He was timely and presented me with the necessary preparations that I would need before delivery.Third, the electrician came to install a 220 power source for the new tub. Although he was a sub-contractor, he was timely and did the installation without a hitch.Last, Rob, Kenny and Sammy delivered and installed my tub. I live in a condo and my patio is somewhat small. The 3 gentlemen worked efficiently and professionally as a team to careful and safely get the tub in place and operational. Kenny sat at my dining room table and carefully educated me on precisely and easily how to care for my new indulgence. He broke it down so well, I have no doubt that I will be able to take care of the tub and its sanitation needs with ease.Every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I could only wish that all the businesses I do biz with could be this professional. You guys set a high bar!Overall, I definitely received 5 Star White Glove service from Dolphin Pool Supply & Service. We just moved back to Texas, and Dolphin was recommended. We bought a home with an older pool that Dolphin helped bring back to life. Great service and support through the project. Our service tech Andrew was excellent throughout our project. I would highly reccomend Dolphin for routine maintenance to a more complex job.

Chuck Allen did an outstanding job as usual. He has performed several repairs over the years. He is very knowledgeable and does good work.You should recognize his customer service abilities and be thankful that he is on your team. He is the reason we continue to use Dolphin as our vendor.

I have been using Dolphin Pool for the last few years on DE filter cleanings twice per year. They have also worked on my spa as well as replacement of a pool pump motor. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Forest Lane store since they started their business. They have installed multiple motors and at least one pump and filter over the decades. Recently I thought I needed a new motor and was pleasantly surprised when all it needed was a capacitor!!! Thanks Guys

Love the Dolphin team top to bottom. The Sundance product is fabulous in day-to-day use and were extremely pleased with our spa choice. Initial build quality leaves a bit to be desired. I expected a higher level of QC in a product at this price point.

We recently moved to the Dallas area and tried one pool maintenance company which turned out disastrously. So we switched to Dolphin Pool and are very happy with the service provided. Last week we had an issue with the power supply to the pool, Tim the manager came out himself to investigate, identified the electrical problem and got everything working and spent time ensuring exactly what the problem with the air pump was, saving us over $100 in new parts in the process.

Dolphin Pools has been servicing my swimming pool for many years. The Service Department is always very helpful when I call and my Pool Tech is always prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend the services of Dolphin Pool to everyone with a pool.

The gentleman that came to my house were very knowledgeable. They determined quickly that a hose was disconnected. Afterward one of them asked if I had bleach which helped clean out dirt minimalizing my clean up.

I bought a bleeder for the filter,from Lesleis and I paid over $43. for it. Then I thought I better check other places. So I went 2 minutes away to Dolphin Pool supply, bout the same exact thing for $32.

Dolphin is a very professional company who puts their customers first. It is refreshing knowing that Dolphin has highly skilled and trained technicians who excel in customer satisfaction. There is much more to this company than just a sale.

Paid $50 for a part to fix a cleaner I bought from Dolphin every other store had for $25, asked the associate if they had any discounts they could offer to lessen the disparity. He said, We dont price match with anyone. I was sort of shocked.. Not a deal breaker for my part but more than likely will explore other options in the future.

What a joke. I have been waiting on their remodel guy Isam to call me back. He came out and was gonna quote a pool cover. No big deal. He said I would have the quote by Thursday. That was over a week ago. No call. I have emailed twice and tried to reach out to them. Dont waste your time with this company. I have a project I am working on and one of my customers has a pool, spa, and a fountain area that needs a complete overhaul because the construction has ruined their pool. But they wont call back or email or anything. So I found another company that wants the work. Imagine that a pool company that wants to work on pools. I am a plumbing contractor in town and dolphin pools missed a big opportunity because the guy they sent out is not in any hurry to do anything apparently.
