I wanted to take a moment to share the outstanding service I received from Ross at Texas Hot Tub Company. My husband and I wandered into his store in May knowing very little about hot tubs. All we knew is we wanted one. Ross was very patient and explained the different brands of hot tubs and what each model featured. He told us about optional features and made recommendations based on our individual needs. He never tried to pressure or upsell us. We ultimately decided on the Hot Springs Aria which was scheduled to be delivered in September. I called Ross a few times between May and September to ask various questions and Ross always took the time to answer my questions. He even goes above and beyond to call missed numbers back when no message is left. When our hot tub was delivered I called Ross yet again with another question and he was able to quickly answer for me. If you are in the market for a hot tub, go see Ross! You will not be disappointed. ROSS IS AWESOME!

We’re so happy that we chose Texas Hot Tub Company for our new spa. Ross was absolutely the best! He spent time with us by phone and in person answering our questions and helped us pick the perfect spa for us. He was so quick to return calls and emails. Additionally, we dealt with Amie, Eddie and James on our delivery and follow up. Since this is our first spa purchase we had a lot of questions and everyone is so nice and patient. Delivery was on time and team was very professional and respectful of our new patio/yard set up. We highly recommend Texas Hot Tub Company!!

We had a pleasant experience buying swim spa from Texas Hot Tub- Dallas. Ross explained all the delays due to supply chain issues and due to pandemic. Ross kept us up to date on the delivery related topics. Customer service was at its best.Robert was always very proactive in arranging all aspects of the delivery and installation. Robert also displayed tremendous sense of customer service.I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for SPA and pools to definitely engage with Texas Hot Tub company. You will have amazing experience.

Ross, our sales rep was a breath of fresh air in the current no service society. He was a professional, knowledgeable, no pressure salesman. He did up sell us to more tub than we thought we wanted and l thank you! He listened to our needs and concerns. He explained pros and cons of several units. He took our order and promised delivery by the end of July. Texas Hot Tub called in mid June ready to deliver. Delivery team was great. We have had our spa about a month and I have zero complaints about the product or the service.

My husband and I had gone to several hot tub expos, numerous stores and did extensive research; in hindsight I wish we would of found Ross a lot earlier. He was very knowledgeable, with a great personality; but not pushy like so many others had been just trying to make a sale. The customer service at Texas Hot Tub Company - Dallas is first rate. Phillip McGough is your man to answer all your questions with a no nonsense and informative presentation. My wife and I had no idea how the whole process of purchasing and installing a swim spa works and Phillip was able to explain everything so that we could comprehend our project better. Ill be honest, my wife and I visited other hot tub companies in the DFW area, but they came no where close to providing the informative and considerate assistance that we received with Phillip at Texas Hot Tub Company in Dallas.

We have a Jacuzzi brand hot tub, repaired under warranty. The staff was friendly and courteous. Pressure switches are one of the most common parts to replace in the hot tub repair business. We asked TX Hot Tub Company to please have one on the repair truck as we suspected it was needed. The pressure switch was out and they did not have it on their repair truck and did not keep the switch in stock. We called Jacuzzi to expedite the shipping of the part & then TX Hot Tubs service scheduler advised it would be TWO WEEKS before they could come back out to install the part. I was finally able to talk with Teddy (very helpful) who expedited our return service call to the next morning. Both techs who came out were knowledgeable & friendly. Our only complaint is that they dont keep common parts in stock, so they arent likely to make repairs expeditiously. The entire process took about 10 days.

I went to the Texas Hot Tub Company in Dallas to buy a Hot tub.I ‘ve met with a gentleman name Phillip M.He is the best employee I have ever dealt with in my whole life, I am almost 50, it has been awhile for me.I know what great customer service is because I have been in the retail management for 30 years +, he is kind, passionate willing to go the extra mile to satisfy me as a customer, he treated me like I was his favorite Brother, they have the best prices for quality items, let us talk about the delivery, I was able to get my Hot tub delivered within 5 days, with this Covid-19 pandemic, that is unheard of.The delivery company team are so attentive and courteous, I was talking to the guy in charge of the delivery about family, what’s going on around the world like we were friends, the delivery guys that came in to deliver were so good, so friendly, they ensure that understood how to operate my Hot tub, they were professional and so careful, they kept their promise to be on time like they said they would.Best place to buy a hot tub, they are trustworthy, you can feel it when walk in the place by the way Phillip greets and acknowledge customers.I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

We recently purchased a Finnleo sauna (the Flex) from Texas Hot Tub (Coleman), working with Phillip at the North Dallas location. We greatly appreciated Phillips responsiveness and helpfulness before and after our purchase. It felt like concierge service from end-to-end. Just a few days after installation, we have used the sauna several times and are VERY happy. Also, it looks terrific - we originally thought to get an outdoor traditional sauna but much easier to go with the indoor traditional sauna.

Update: Im not sure if I just got a lemon from them or what but Ive had a rough experience with my Jacuzzi hot tub. Ive detailed out below the issues that Ive had. I have asked too if this is considered normal and I was told to ask the service department is this is normal. All that to say, its not a great feeling to spend so much money on an item and then experience so many challenges. Im still trying to determine if this is all part of owning a hot tub or if I got one that just was bad.1. The Jacuzzi hot tub would not function properly from the very beginning because of some bad wiring. This required a service call and repair from the start.2. A leaking waterfall. This required a service call. Service Call was performed on 12/23 and a part was ordered. This part has still not been received as of 3/11/2021. My hot tub has been leaking for nearly 4 months now.3. During the 12/23 service call, I was also made aware that the fully saturated and potentially molded insulation on the back side of the hot tub is not included in the warranty repair.4. I got a watchdog error where the Jacuzzi hot tub was overheated. This turns out to be a faulty sensor. Service call initiated and the sensor was replaced.5. I noticed the Jacuzzi was nearly drained after 2 days. It appears theres a new leak with water pouring out of the hole where the electrical conduit enters the bottom shale. Ive made the service area aware of this.

OMG what an experience! I love my spa, my friends and family are aslo super happy with it! It took longer time to arrive but Ross at Dallas store kept checking on the status of the delivery and keept me posted. He is the best customer service person I have ever done business with!!!
