We bought a cutting machine from them. They were easy to work with until we needed service and customer support. In all the years that I have been in business this ranks as the worst company to do business with by far. It seems to me that they make an effort not to be helpful by scheduling a technician up to 6 weeks out and then not showing up. This machine is a machine that needs to be running in order for our factory to be efficient.
