I wished there were reviews prior to mine so I would have known the type of poor service that is provided, and I would not have wasted my time. Upon arrival the associate offered me water to drink, which sounds nice EXCEPT my mother was with me. She didn’t acknowledge or speak to her. I told her WE would take waters and she came back with two waters one for me and one for herself and left my mother parched. I was in total shock! How rude! Then throughout my appointment the associate was far from helpful and a disappearing act. My mother overheard her complain to another associate that she was hungry and ready to go, and the entire time we were in the showroom the associate was on her cell phone. I had to “interrupt” her to ask questions about the linen. The best part was that my mother and I walk out at our average speed, I quickly placed my address in the gps, and the associate hopped in her car and beat us out of the parking lot! Our prescheduled appointment clearly was unwanted.
