I have done business with Lowes for over 15 years and spent thousands of dollars and have always been treated badly, every order wrong etc.at ( Lowes) and others, But after dealing with J.B. and Oldham lumber company I will always spend my money here at Oldham Lumber. Competitive prices and on time delivery. These guys are very professional, and courteous to say the very least. This is what business and being human is all about. Delivery was promised on Friday, no one called, Heath the sales rep did not notify anyone that the delivery would not happen as scheduled, we spent the night at the job site because we had other material that was delivered based on Oldham delivering our dimensional lumber, had we known in advance we would not have had our framers waiting all day and lined them up fir when they would deliver materiel. Good communication is the key to success and maintains that success. We have another house package that is supposed to be delivered Monday, do I judge on past performance and communication that it means Tuesday? You tell me? If our experience is better we will reflect it, if not we will see.

Complete lack of integrity! Unbelievable company. Cannot believe they are still in business! Not surprised by their poor reviews!

I unloaded there and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes!

JB in sales was great, but almost everything else is not good. They did get 1 order out to me hours before I was told it would come. It was short about 142 pieces, but they offered to bring them later. I was told my most important delivery was coming Friday Jan 17 (order paid/placed Jan 15) so the framers could have 4 good days to work before it rained again causing more water damage to my house (another contractor caused). Nobody called me Friday to tell me that the delivery wasnt coming. I had to reach out to them only to hear them blame Boise Cascade for the delay. So here I am today Mon Jan 20 expecting a morning delivery..... still waiting and it is 5pm. My framing crew is waiting and about to go home. Now it is going to rain tomorrow night, meaning more damage to the house. I spoke to TJ and he didnt seemed too bothered or eager to help expedite things. He told me that the driver is close, but had small drops to make. So they put my large delivery (60 I-Joists and about 8 LVLs) at the end of the day behind a bunch of other small deliveries.......... some service

Unloaded here yesterday and is a little tight but was unloaded and out of there very quickly and with respect.

Might have competitive prices but lack respect for public safety. I will do everything in my power to let the public know how negligent this company looks hiring drivers who drive commercial vehicles while going 70+ miles an hour in rainy weather and while driving in the left lane ignoring all Texas laws when NO TRUCKS are allowed in the left lane. Worst company in general. No safety is practiced with this company. Stay away by all means.

Ive bought from him from Oldham and his previous employer. Whenever we do an extensive reroofing project with lots of framing, carpentry and roof modifications we call olham Lumber

Slow to unload rude disrespectful and yard barely big enough for full size truck

Worst place to unload better get ready to give up three to four hours cause they suck
