Great customer service. I dont usually drive to Dallas for my parts. Had to today due to a truck being down. Claudia is always very nice, she was not in this morning but the young man who waited on me at Will call was great. Thank yall for keeping me supplied with parts.

I work at an industrial company that orders equipment from Briggs for the work going on on the property. I had a driver who was attempting to come on to property when he shouldnt have been. He got mad that I wouldnt let him, so he decided to yell at another customer that, She must be PMSing.That is sexual harassment. It reflects poorly on a company that they would not train their employees on proper work place attitudes.

The manager whose name is Paul is totally awesome. He really went out of his way to help me.
